All the alumnis met with their faculties who after addressing their old students went from there letting the youngsters enjoy the evening.

Raghu and Parthavi were in conversation with her gang, where the girls introduced their partners.

"So, Mr. Sanjeev, you are a software developer you say?"

Raghu asked trying to get hang of his Fiance's friends.

"Yeah.. And I am his partner."

Said Naz's fiance, Nawaz Haider.

"Wow Naz, how did you guys connect."

"Long story Partha, you want to know, you gotta stay."

Partha sighed listening to Mathi as next day the girls planned for a get together party at Ishaani's house.

"VED!"

Ishaani and Harshita called Ved who was going to the bar in the party hall. Ved winced as he turned to them and came there.

"What were you doing?"

Laddoo asked with her hands on hips. Parthavi bit her lip and turned to Raghu who was stifling his chuckle as well.

"Laksh.. Come on.. I was going to get juice."

"Orei! Juice bar is on the other side."

Tasha said pulling his ears.

"Ouch ouch! Rangeela! If you dont leave my ears then it will turn laal peela like your nose."

"Don't call me Rangeela you idiot"

Tasha said twisting his ears making him squeal like a girl.

"Quit squealing like a girl Lo.. Ved"

Sathya came there giving juice to Ishaani.

"Ahh thanks!"

Sanjeev said as Ishaani took the apple juice.

"No need to thank me. She looks tired Bava"

"I was going to get juice for her!"

"And I got"

Ved and Sathya stood head on. But Raghunandhu went to Ishaani and Sanjeev.

"How many months?"

Parthavi was taken by surprise. She looked at Ishaani with wide eyes.

"7 weeks"

Ishaani said sipping the juice as other girls yelled loud.

"Ishaani!"

Parthavi glared at her.

"I missed your call last week because we were in clinic. After that your mobile was so busy"

Ishaani said to Parthavi with a twinkle in her eyes.

"Oye! My mobile was not.."

"Save your breath Partha. We know!"

"Oh Shut up Priya. Raghu.. Come we are leaving this place which has nothing but strangers."

Raghu shook his head chuckling.

"And starts the dramaqueen."

Rashika said shaking her head.

"Save the drama and come on girls! Lets not fight over petty things. After all we are meeting after a long time."

Laddoo said holding on to Ved who smiled at her. But as he looked up he saw Sathya raising her eye brow. But Ved only looked other side. This tension was noticed by Raghu and Parthu.

Ved did not say anything to them. But they stood by him as they saw how disturbed he was sometime back.

"Partha! Tomorrow's get together at our place is to announce our good news and your engagement ra. We thought of breaking it then. But looks like your guy here is much experienced."

Sanjeev said eyeing Raghu who chuckled.

"Thanks to my Sister and Vadina."

"Bava all excuses! So after 2 years, you make me pinni."

"That delaying credits goes to your friend ra. She wanted to complete her studies!"

"Oho Brother! That wait ought to be excruciating"

Ved said earning a slap from Ishaani.

"Shut up! You men are all promises. After baby comes how will I study idiot? He is running around his office all time not able to make time for me. What will he do for baby."

"Hey my Bava is going around you like puppy and you are complaining?"

Vidhya and Parthavi said pulling Ishaani's legs.

"Yeah yeah! Bava ki Chamchees!"

Ishaani said but anyone could see the bright crimson color rising on her cheeks.

"Hey enough! Don't trouble the poor girl"

HArshita came for her support.

"Only a married woman understands the plight. You will understand very soon Partha!"

Harshita and Ishaani said in chorus.

"Hello! We are still here"

Raghu and Sanjeev said faking anger making everyone laugh.

"So Architect Bava. How did you even like this Parthavi? She is angry bird."

Naz asked. Raghu looked at Parthavi who looked elsewhere. But Ishaani, Harshita and Sathya dashed each other's shoulders looking at Raghu tightening his hold on Parthu's hand. Laddoo, Tasha, Rashika, Vidhya and Naz cleared their throat as Raghu started speaking.

"I saw her Angry bird Avtar the day I met her. Angry that I called for a second time. Angry for all the dolling up she was put through. But I saw she was straight forward and did not mind putting forward her wishes. She was like a fresh breeze even when her nose was flaring like fire breathing dragon in her anger."

Raghu said in low voice earning a jab from Parthavi who was now so red and could not wait to run from there.

"Azhahiya thendrale aadai Kattum minnale.. Thirumugam kaatadi kovam enna ennile.."

Anbu started singing attracting everyone. Everyone got excited and started joining her singing and dancing. Sanjeev and Matheysh looked at their women singing.

"Kodi idai Kaatrodu, Naatragi aaduthey.. Manasula un peru maaratha Kaadhal achu.. Maarapu rosave veeraapu yenadi"

Raghu looked at Parthu and winked his eyes mouthing.

"Maaman naan thaaney raasathiye.."

Parthu gave him another jab giggling. Soon the party was getting on to the mood. As Anbu gave the mic to Vedmohan. Parthavi held Raghu's hands not knowing what he will do given his disturbed mood sometime back. But Ved was sport as he started.

Parthavi widened her eyes looking at Sathya who was glaring at him.

Ved started dancing with the girls who joined. Parthavi raised her eyebrow at Raghu who took the mic and joined his cousin.

Towards the end Sanjeev joined them and made Ishaani beat the hell out of him. As the song ended everyone laughed. The day was joyful as it was meant to be. The gang dispersed promising to meet the next day at Ishaani's place.

As Ved was about to go get the car, Raghu and Parthavi saw Sathya standing there frowning at her mobile. Parthavi went to her.

"Sathya, What happened?"

"Cabs levu Partha. The app is not taking requests."

Raghu looked at Parthavi who nodded her head.

"Where are you staying?"

"At her lavish Bungalow!"

Ved muttered making Sathya look at him with hurt expression.

"I was planning to crash at Tasha's place. But just now she got a call and she rushed in urgent. So I was planning on booking hotel. If only I get a cab"

"What happened to your.."

"Let it be Parthavi. Sathya would you mind joining us?"

"Vaddu.. I will.."

"She can stay at your penthouse Bava. I will take your Office Cabin."

"But Mohan.."

"That is a good idea Ved.. What say Sathya?"

Sathya nodded with hesitation. Raghu looked at Parthavi frowning.

"Kaani bava.. You both?"

"We will walk Ved.."

"Yeah.. the house is nearby only na.. From there I will ask Sreenu to send me my bike. Once I check the house and she is comfortable, I will come to office by my bike."

Though hesitant, they both went in Ved's car as Raghu and Parthu started walking to the house hand in hand looking at the night Hyderabad that was lit by lights and glowed in the night.

"Why did you send them alone Parthavi?"

"They need to resolve their issues Raghu. Looks like something happened in London."

"Sure did."

"She was silent girl in past, but the sadness in her eyes is really not like her."

"I understand. But.."

"I know Ved.. He will take care."

"I know him too.. But Sathya.."

"I think she is here to talk to him. And I just paved a way for it. So let them solve whatever is between them. For 6 years in college, I understood one thing."

"Never interfere between matters of people in relationship."

"Bingo. Very good Architect."

She said tapping his back making him laugh.

"And.. for a silent kid as praised by your family, you were quite noisy in there."

"Blame my company for the evening."

"Hey.."

She was about to hit him when he ran opening the gate and she rushed behind him closing it. He was already inside the house as Parthavi came in. She looked around standing in the middle of the living room when she heard the click.

She turned around and saw Raghunadhu had already locked the door. Her eyes widened.

"Raghu.."

He came forward losing his collar button as she moved back. He hummed..

"Hum tum.. Ek kamre mein bandh ho.."

"Hey! What the.."

"Aur Chabi kho jaaye.."

"Stay there!"

She said as she hit the wall. He smirked as moved forward and arrested her to the wall caging her between his arms and the wall.

"What are you doing?"

"You asked me not to tread into Husband wife boundary yet. But since we are engaged.. I do have some liberty right?"

He said leaning in. Her breath hitched.

"Raghu.."

"Hmm.."

He said as her hands moved up his torso and stayed on his chest. Her right hand rested above his heart that was thudding like a race horse. His forehead rested on hers as their breaths were uneven.

"Parthavi.."

He rasped.

"Hmm?"

She rasped back and looked up. Their eyes met. His eyes were asking her a question for which her answer was to bunch his shirt and pull him closer never averting her eyes off of his. His eyes twinkled and hers held a glint in response as their lips met.

It was fireworks as his hands traveled down to her exposed waist. Her body fit his frame perfectly. His hand held her waist and pulled her more close as her hand held his face. His other hand caressed her cheek.

Soon his other hand also came up and held her face as his thumbs kept caressing her cheeks making her open up for him.

Their kiss lasted longer than they thought as they came up breaking apart.

Both their eyes were wide and pupils dilated as they drank in the sight of the other person. His eyes glinted as he saw her smudged lip gloss, mussed up hair and saree that was about to snap from the pin on her shoulder. Her eyes took up on the sight of him, with his shirt crinkled, a button popped out and his hair cutely messed. Both of them smiled as her cheeks colored up and his ears turned red. She leaned on the wall behind as he leaned in placing his forehead on hers. But their eyes never turned away. Her hand again settled above his heart.

"Parthavi.."

"Mmhmm?"

"You.."

"Yeah?"

"Taste like Rasagulla.."

She who was waiting for him to say something nice, scowled at him and held pushed him flaring her nose.

"Very Bad Mr. RAghunandhu"

"Can't help it you know.. I like this fire breathing Dragon better.."

"You.."

Both ran around the house laughing and giggling as she threw anything she could grab on him which he ducked tactfully.

Exhausted both fell on the couch there and very naturally his arm went around her as she leaned in and placed her head on his shoulder.

"Raghu.."

"Tomorrow get together?"

"Don't worry ra, your flight is for wednesday evening. Tomorrow we will anyway be khaali only. And I know you love meeting your friends."

"Thank you.."

"No formalities. You go and change. I will also change and lets sleep."

Parthavi stood and gave him a salute.

"Yes boss!"

She giggled and went into the room where her luggage was.a Grabbing a Pj and top she freshened up and changed into her nightwear and came out.

Outside Raghu was sitting on the couch wearing his Pj and loose kurta.

"You aren't leaving?"

She asked as she sat down on the couch beside him.

"If that is what you want.."

"Hey!"

She said holding on to his kurta making him chuckle.

"Ved and Sathya are in my Penthouse Parthavi. I don't have any intention to disturb them."

"Oh my sensible Raghunandhu.."

She said pulling his cheeks irritating him. Both were engulfed in a very comfortable silence and the safety of each other's arms as they night passed on. After sometime Raghu opened his eyes and saw that Parthavi was sound asleep on his shoulder holding on to his kurta collar. Smiling he carried her to the bed and covered her. He came out with a duvet and settled on the couch as sleep overtook. Both slept with a beautiful smile lighting their faces.

In the penthouse stood Ved and Kanitha facing each other, not knowing how they both became strangers and who was at the wrong.
