STEP ONE) open up PicsArt with a picture of your faceclaim. I would recommend to put whatever filter you want before you open up PicsArt

STEP TWO) go to the drawing icon and place the pencil to 20 and the color to white.

STEP THREE) now outline your faceclaim. Try not to get too close to the body of the faceclaim but not too far. I tried my best to make the lines as clean as possible. Took me a couple of times to get it to where I liked it. Apply when done.

STEP FOUR) go to add image and add these flowers. Place the flowers on screen and adjust them to where you would like. Save when done.

STEP FIVE) open up Phonto and add a filter if you like. Use a simple font for the title. Using something dance would just be too cluttered in my opinion. When you have got the cover to where you like it, your done.
