A BRIGHT LIGHT was the first thing that Lillian saw, she suddenly woke up and saw her surroundings. She looked to see other students that had been petrified, seeing that they were given the cure and some were awake and some were sleeping peacefully Right beside Lillian on her left was Hermione. She was sleeping peacefully and still hadn't woken up from the Mandrake potion. She looked around her and saw many gifts from students and was quiet shocked at all the gifts.

When everyone in Hogwarts heard of Lillian Potter being petrified it caused a sadness to spread throughout Hogwarts. Even Draco came to see Lillian and brought her a gift and felt sympathy toward her.

All the teachers were upset and especially Snape as he stood over the girl. It grew dark at Hogwarts and everyone wished that all the students would wake up, especially Lillian.

Lillian turned her head and saw Jewel on her pillow and she pet the Niffler. The niffler's eyes shot open and saw that Lillian was awake and jumped into her arms.

"Hello my little diamond." Lillian said as she hugged the Niffler close to her.

"Pretty bird." Icarus cawed and hopped onto her bed and rubbed against her neck.

She looked over and saw Newt in a plant and he jumped out and sat on her chest and touched her cheek.

"It's glad to have all of you, my family ." She said to her animals.

Lillian got up from the bed and she got out of the bed and her legs almost gave out and she touched the bed for support.

She than heard someone coming into the hospital wing and she turned her head and saw Harry rushing in.

"Harry?" Lillian asked and Harry looked at his sister in shock and ran over to her, hugging her tightly.

She was shocked and confused, wondering why she had been in the hospital. They parted and Harry was breathless and grinning.

"Your alright!" He says. "We were all so worried."

"What happened? The last thing I saw were eyes and-" Lillian was then cut off by Harry as he hugged her once more.

"It's all over now." He said. "Ron and I found out what was petrifying students."

"But how?" Lillian asked. "Are you two alright?"

"We're fine, but everyone will be happy to know your alright." Harry said. "I heard all the Hufflepuffs were blue because of you being petrified."

"I saw eyes and I- oh Harry I'm sorry. I can't imagine what you went through." Lillian said and Harry saw her saddened look.

"Lillian it wasn't your fault." Harry said. "I'm glad your alright."

Harry sat beside her and took her hand gently and continued to tell Lillian everything that happened after her being petrified. From Gilderoy losing his memory, Ginny being controlled, Hagrid being sent to prison, and to Harry killing the creature with the sword. Even the part of the truth behind Tom Riddle and showing her the destroyed journal.

"I knew that Tom Riddle was as suspicious." Lillian told Harry as she looked at the journal

"Tom Riddle was the heir of Slytherin, he opened the chambers." Harry said. "He was controlling Ginny and she was almost dead when I found her."

Lillian tried to wrap around her head what happened, she just woken up and already missed so much.

"Is Ginny Alright?" Lillian asked and Harry nodded and looking over to a few beds down where Ginny was sleeping soundly..

"She'll be alright, I know she's gonna feel absolutely guilty." He said.

"It wasn't her fault. She couldn't have known what was gonna happen." Lillian said. "I'll make sure of that."

"Yeah and of course Dobby- Dobby!" Harry realized and he began to run out.

"Harry!" Lillian shouted and she ran after Harry through the halls, she tried to keep up as best she could and when he stopped Lillian met up with Harry and she saw Draco's father and Dobby leaving. Harry saw Lillian and he looked at her shoes.

"Quick give me your sock." Harry told Lillian.

"What?" She asked.

"Just do it Lillian." He said and she listened and quickly took off her shoes and gave him the sock. He placed it into the journal and held the journal in his hands.

"Mr.Malfoy!" Harry shouts making Dobby and Mr.Malfoy stop.

"I have something of yours." Harry takes Tom Riddle's diary and shoves it into his arms.

"Mine? I don't know what your talking about?" Mr.Malfoy sneered.

"I think you do sir, I think you slipped the diary into Ginny Weasley's cauldron that day at Diagonal Alley."  Harry said and Lillian glared at the man.

"You do?" He moves closer to the twins and gives them a glare. "Prove it."

The twins say nothing and he gives a small laugh. Mr.Malfoy then throws the book at Dobby and turns away from the twins.

"Come Dobby." Mr.Malfoy begins to walk but Dobby is hesitant.

"Open it." Harry whispers to Dobby.

Dobby was confused and did what Harry says to reveal Lillian's sock and gasped.

"Dobby!" Mr.Malfoy yells.

"Master has given Dobby a sock?" Dobby said and Mr.Malfoy turned around in confusion.

"What I didn't give you a-" he stops speaking after seeing the sock. Lillian smirks and lifts up her robes to reveal her missing sock.

"Master has presented Dobby with clothes... Dobby is free!" Dobby said happily.

Mr.Malfoy looks at Lillian with anger and seethed with anger.

"You lost me my servant!" He pulls out his wand and aims it at Lillian and was about to cast the killing curse.

"You shall not hurt Lillian Potter!" Dobby shouts and stood in front of Lillian and shoots out magic and hit Mr.Malfoy straight in the chest and he flies backwards and lands on his back, hard. After a couple moments Mr.Malfoy gets up slowly and glared at them

"Your parents were meddlesome fools too, mark my words Potters. One day soon you are going to meet the same sticky end." He walks away in anger and Dobby turns to the twins.

"Lillian and Harry Potter freed Dobby, how could Dobby ever repay them?" Dobby said and Harry looked down at Harry.

"Just promise us one thing." Harry says.

"Anything sir." Dobby said happily.

"Never try to save our lives again." He said Dobby nods and Lillian crouches down to Dobby.

"And don't ever think you are stupid or idiotic and never hit yourself either. You are a one of a kind elf Dobby don't you ever forget that." Lillian said.

"Thank you Miss Potter." Dobby hugs her. "You are a true friend miss."

"If you ever need a friend Dobby just snap your fingers and I'll be there." Lillian told him and he nodded her and looked down at her sock.

"I will always cherish this sock, Miss." Dobby told Lillian.With that he snapped his fingers and left without a trace and Lillian got up and stood beside Harry.

"Come on let's get you to the hospital wing before Madame Pomfrey has a fit."  Harry said.

Lillian laughs and walks with Harry to the medical wing, holding their hands happy that brother and sister were together.

Lillian was laying in bed as she read the letters and cards she was given. She let her animals lay on her and watch as she read the letters.

News was spreading fast as they heard Lillian Potter was awake and well. Some students came by to see her and see if she was alright. She even gave them some of the gifts she received, and thanked them for their concerns.

She sat for a while and when she looked up she saw Cedric and Hannah run in with such speed and Lillian's eyes widened when they looked around.

"About time you came to see me." Lillian said and the two of them were filled with such joy. "Thought you forgot about me."

Cedric and Hannah ran over to her and hugged her tightly.

"The three badgers are back." Hannah said and hugged Lillian tighter.

"I'm so glad your alright, everyone in Hufflepuff were so worried. Wait til Sprout tells the new." Cedric tells her and Lillian handed them a chocolate.

"Yeah, has Hagrid been released yet? Harry told me what happened." Lillian said and Hannah shook her head.

"Not yet, I heard they sent an owl." Hannah said and the three of them turned as they heard Hermione stir and her eyes opened.

"Hermione!" Lillian shouted and got out of bed and hugged her and caused her yelp.

"Lillian! What on earth." Hermione said and she looked around and saw that she was in the hospital. "What happened?"

"It's a long story, but what's glad is that we are all okay." Lillian said and Hannah and Cedric smiled and waved to Hermione, glad she was alright.

"Welcome back Hermione." Hannah said.

It was the last day of school and that meant the final feast before everyone would leave. Lillian was next to Hermione when she finally woken up from being petrified. Lillian and Hermione were walking into the great hall and saw Sir Nicholas.

"Hermione! Lillian! Welcome back." Sir Nicholas said.

"Thank you, Sir Nicholas." Lillian And Hermione say.

"Look it's Hermione and Lillian." Neville says.

Everyone at the Gryffindor table looks and Fred looked up frantically seeing Lillian. She smiled at Fred and ran over to him quickly as Hermione ran to Harry to greet him. Fred got up and hugged her tightly.

"I'm so sorry, I'm sorry I wasn't there." He said.

"It's alright, I'm here now." Lillian says and greets Georgie, Lee, and all the others around her and smile being with her friends again.

"Welcome back, Hermione." Ron said shaking her hand. "You too Lillian."

"Its good to be back." Hermione says. "Congratulations we can't believe you solved it".

"Well we had loads of help from both of you. We couldn't have done it without you." Harry tells them.

"Thanks big bro." Lillian says hugging him once more.

Lillian turns her head to the Hufflepuff table and all of them were smiling with joy from seeing Lillian safe.

"I'll see you guys later." Lillian said and gave Fred one more hug and went over to the Hufflepuff table as everyone smiled at Lillian.

Then Professor McGonagall taps her glass and gets everyone's attention, the crowd grew silent and she cleared her throat.

"May I have your attention, please?"She spoke and Dumbledore stood up.

"Before we begin the feast let us have a round of applause for Professor Sprout, Madame Pomfrey whose Mandrake juice has been so successfully administered to all who have been petrified." Dumbledore said and pointed to Professor Sprout and Madame Pomfrey. The entire Hufflepuff house roared in applause for their headmistress.

Madame Pomfrey and Professor Sprout smiled as the crowds continued to cheer.

"Also in light of recent events as a school treat all exams have been cancelled." He told them all.

Again the cheers roared again as Hermione mouthed "oh no", and Lillian laughed at her friend as everyone around them was happy.

The big doors opened and everyone in the room looked and revealed Hagrid.

"Sorry I'm late. The owl that delivered my release papers got all lost and confused. Some ruddy bird called Errol." Hagrid said.

Ron's face fell as he realized it was his owl. Hagrid walked over to the three at the Gryffindor table and looked down at them.

"I'd just like to say that if it hadn't been for you,Harry, Hermione and Ron." he said and turned to look over at Lillian. "And Lillian Of course I would still be you-know-where... so I'd just like to say thanks."

Harry got up and looked up at Hagrid and smiled. Lillian got up from the Hufflepuff table and went over to Hagrid.

"There's no Hogswart without you, Hagrid." Lillian says and the twins both hugged him. Hagrid smiles and hugged them back. Dumbledore stood up and began to cheer, more people began to stand up and cheer for Hagrid and soon the whole room burst into joy for Hagrid.

It was the day everyone was boarding the train and as usual, Lillian wasn't going on the train. She was saying goodbye to her friends and her brother as the train was leaving soon.

Harry smiled as it was going to be long time since they'd see each other again.

"Please send me letters. Dobby isn't here to stop those letter this time." She joked.

"I will, I promise. I love you Lillian." Harry says hugging her one last time.

"I love you too." Lillian says and with one final goodbye he got onto the train.

She waved until, someone came up behind Lillian and placed their hands over her eyes.

"Guess who?" Fred said and Lillian smirked.

"A weird redhead." She said.

She turned around and saw Fred smiling down at her.

"I'm gonna miss you, birdie." He says.

"I'm gonna miss you too, redhead." She said.

"I wanted to give you this its to add to your owl bracelet."  He said and he handed her another bracelet and it was a charm with a book. She shrieked and jumped onto Fred tightly.

"I love it! Put it on me!" She said and handed him the bracelet and he took her hand and placed the bracelet on her wrist beside her owl bracelet.

"Thank you, write to me. Will you?" Lillian asked.

"Of course, I'll write to you everyday." Fred told her.

On the train a window was pulled down and out popped George's head.

"Fred, the train's about to leave." George said. "See ya Lillian, Fred will dream about you on the way back."

Lillian frowned and hugged him one last time, as he was about to leave Lillian tiptoed and kissed his cheek. Fred's cheeks turned red and smiled like a lovesick puppy.

"See you next time, redhead." Lillian says and walked over to Hagrid.

George got off the train to drag his lovesick brother onto the train. Lillian stood beside Hagrid waving goodbye to the kids on the train as it began to go back to London. As it disappeared Lillian saw Icarus and he flew down onto her shoulder.
