•Ch.6•

LILLIAN WAS STANDING BESIDE HANNAH as they were in the fields with a broomstick to their side. Newt was still in her pocket, and had enjoyed going around Hogwarts so far with her today. Though Newt did look nervous when he looked at the brooms. Lillian didn't know what to think of flying on a broomstick, she always loved flying as an owl. She felt like she could do anything when flying and to extent she could.

Lillian felt that it would be easy to fly cause if she could do it as an animal, how hard would it be on a broom?

Madame Hooch came in front of the Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaw and smiled. She blew her whistle to get their attention and all eyes were on her.

"Hello everyone!" She greeted happily.

"Good afternoon Madame Hooch." The class answered.

Madame Hooch walked to and from the line of students that were line up and looked to see the new students.

"Welcome to your first flying lesson." She looked at the students as they stood still. "Well what are you waiting for? Everyone step up to the left side of your broom, come on now hurry up."

Lillian and the rest of class did as they were told and walked over to their broomsticks immediately and waited for her next command.

"Now stick you right hand over the broom and say up!" She instructed and made a movement with her arm.

Lillian looked at the broom and she reached her hand out, she looked beside her and Hannah did the same thing as her.

"Up." Hannah said, and immediately the broom flew up into her arms.

Lillian looked down at the broom and confidently she spoke.

"Up." She commanded, and the broom flew up in her hands.

The broom was gripped tightly and Lillian smiled as she accomplished her goal. Hannah smiled as well and both of them looked at the broom in their hands.

"Now you are going to mount your broom." Madame Hooch told them once more and Lillian did what everyone else does. "Now you are going to slightly hover."

Lillian watched as a Ravenclaw hovered and she looked back down at her feet and decided to lift her feet up. When she reached above ground, she gripped the broom and tried to balance herself. She tried to remember what Miss Peregrine told her when she was first starting to fly as a bird.

"Remember, when flying you are balancing as if there is a book on your head." She whispered to herself, quoting Miss Peregrine. "If you want to fly smoothly, don't focus too much on the mental aspect but the feeling."

Lillian watched as most of the Ravenclaws and Hufflepuff struggled, with the exception of few. Madame Hooch looked at Lillian as she was there with such balance and control and eyes her curiously.

"Miss Potter, I want to throw you something and I want you to catch it." Madame Hooch said and went over and grabbed a ball. "Your brother has talents I want to see yours as well."

Lillian looked nervous and all the Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws looked at her.

"Go Lillian!" Hannah yelled, cheering her on.

Newt was still in her pocket, and went down below in her pocket to avoid the dangers and gave her a green thumbs up.

Madame Hooch threw the ball and blew her whistle, Lillian looked at the ball and flew forward and when she felt that familiar feeling when flying, she smiled.

She moved forward more quickly, going forward and grabbing the ball with ease and coming over to Madame Hooch and handing her the ball. Hearing the Hufflepuffs cheer as Lillian successfully catches the ball.

"Well done Miss Potter." Madame Hooch said impressed. "Have you flown on a broom before?"

"I fly quite often." Lillian said, joking knowing that it was her turning into a bird than using a broom.

"Well, you are gonna be quite the quidditch player. Hufflepuff doesn't need a new chaser, but we'll definitely keep an eye on you." Madame Hooch said and blew the whistle. "Alright children, we are gonna fly around and perhaps throw a couple balls around to one another."

Lillian went over to Hannah as she smiled at her with amazement.

"Lillian is there anything you can't do?" Hannah said.

"I can't cook." Lillian said laughing. "I can help but put me alone in the kitchen and I guarantee something is gonna be set on fire."

Hannah laughed as she mounted her broom and flew beside Lillian. Both of the girls, enjoying flight class and Lillian couldn't wait to tell Cedric of her flying success.

••••••••

It was later in the afternoon and Lillian had finished with classes for the day, she had dropped off Newt in her room, and got to say hello to Jewel as she enjoyed staying in the room and playing with Lillian's shiny objects. She was currently walking alone through the halls. Hannah and her had different classes at the end of the day and was going toward Gryffindor to talk with Harry.

She wandered through the halls but while doing so she heard Sir Nicholas talking to another ghost.

"Did you hear Harry Potter became the new Gryffindor Seeker? I knew that boy was special." He said and Lillian ran over to Sir Nicholas.

"Excuse me Sir Nicholas what did you say?" Lillian asked him.

"Well my dear, your brother became the new seeker of Gryffindor when you see him tell him I said congratulations." He said and now Lillian really wanted to go find Harry when hearing Harry had became the new Gryffindor seeker. Upon doing so she bumped into two red headed twins.

"Oh hey Fred, George." Lillian said looking up at the two.

"Hey lily." Both twins responded.

"Uh have you seen Harry I heard he was the new seeker and I wanted to talk to him." She said and soon began to walk to the two.

"Yeah it's all the school talks about, a couple of Ravenclaws we're even talking about you too." George said.

"Really?" She asked.

"Yeah Madame Hooch said that you would be a great chaser on the Hufflepuff team." Fred said to her. "Diggory was ecstatic to hear that so he could replace John Rufus for next year since he is graduating this year."

As the three of them walked Lillian could see Harry walking with Ron. Lillian sighed and ran over to him and hugged him from behind.

"I heard the news Harry congratulations." She said. "I guess I'm the pretty twin and your the athletic twin. It works out." Harry laughed and smiled at her.

"Thanks Lils, I'm really excited. I heard you were great too, too bad they didn't have a chaser available." He said, feeling bad that she didn't get on the team.

"It's fine, there's alway next year. Plus gives me a year to cheer you on until I compete against you." She said and walking with the two until the red headed twins coming up behind them, George went beside Ron and Fred beside Lillian.

"Well done Harry, we heard from Wood." Fred said.

"Fred and George are on the team too beaters." Ron explained.

"Our job is to make sure you don't get bloodied up too bad can't make any promises of course, rough game Quidditch." George says.

"No one has died in years-" Fred was cut off by an elbow to the stomach. Lillian glares at him.

"Don't say that Fred, that's not really encouraging is it. I don't want you to tell us that." Lillian said scolding.

"Jeez fine some people vanish-" Lillian was about to elbow him again until he rushed to his twin and just before leaving George shouted finishing for Fred.

"-They turn up in a month or two."

Harry soon began to worry Ron and Lillian noticed, Ron spoke up to calm his nerves.

"Go on Harry Quidditch is great, best game there is." Ron said, and looked at Lillian. "You too, Lillian. You both could be amazing players."

"But I've never played Quidditch before, what if I make a fool of myself?" Harry asked nervously. Hermione came up to the three and heard the conversation speaking up to get them to notice.

"You won't make a fool of yourself, its in your guys' blood." The three looked confused and Hermione rolled her eyes.

"Come on I'll show you." She told them, and the three followed Hermione down the corridors and found a glass case filled with trophies and plaques. The stopped in front of it, Hermione pointed at one in particular and the Potter twins gasped. There it was on one of the plaques, in bold letters.

"Harry, you've never told me your father was a chaser!" Ron said astonished.

"I- I didn't know." Harry said amazed.

Lillian smiled at the thought, Lillian was just like their mom and Harry was just like their dad.

••••••••

It much later after discovering something about their father and Lillian was sitting in Harry's room as everyone was at dinner. Lillian had told Harry that she was wanting to talk to him, seeing that she hasn't talked to him at all since they got here.

They were sitting at the window, and both didn't know where to start. What are you suppose to begin when you haven't seen your twin in the past eleven years?

Lillian had looked nervous and finally spoke first and breaking the awkward barrier.

"So what was it like, living with our aunty and uncle?" She asked. "My legal guardian said you were sent to them and she took me in."

"It was awful, they hated me. I felt more like a servant than a family member. I didn't even know who I was until Hagrid came to me. They kept hiding my letters, refusing me to come here." Harry explained. "They even told me that you had died, that you were a stillbirth. You couldn't believe how angry Hagrid was when he heard that they said that."

"How awful." She told him. "I wish I could have been there with you."

"Why weren't you?" Harry asked. "Hagrid told me that an unknown lady came and took you in."

"I'm special in a way, I have an ability that most can't do." She explained. "Miss Peregrine says it unwise to say the details, the less you know the less danger you'd be in."

"What kind of danger?" He asked.

"Life threatening, I was taken in because of my abilities. I was taken to Miss Peregrine's Foster home and was raised by her and my six brothers and five sisters." Harry's eyes widen from the many people in the house. "I know they would adore you, I wanted to come see you I really did. Miss Peregrine didn't know much of our family but she did tell me about you. I begged and begged but she said when I came to Hogwarts I could see you."

"I wish I could of been with your family." He said with a bit of sadness.

"Me too, but know we have each other." Lillian said and Lillian comes over and hugs Harry. "Your stuck with me now, and trust me you can't get rid of me."

Harry laughed and hugged her back, never feeling this type of family love. He was glad to have a sister, to have someone from his family to actually care for him.

"Thanks Lillian, I'm glad to have you in my life." Harry said.

"I wish I was in Gryffindor, I want to be close to you and be able to talk more." She said sadly.

"I wish you were too, but your in Hufflepuff don't be feel bad about that. Who says we can't talk more?" He said and thought for a moment. "How about every Tuesday we can talk to each other, whether it be by mail or in person. Or we can talk to each other during the day."

"Okay, do you think the fat lady minds if I come in?" She asked.

"I'll sneak you in if I have to." Harry jokes and could hear the Gryffindor people coming back to their rooms. "Everyone is returning to their room, you better hurry before Filch catches you."

Lillian nodded and said goodnight to Harry as she left his room, happy that she had talked to her older brother. She headed down the steps and when entering the common room she saw Fred and George with a couple of friends.

"What are you doing here?" Fred Asked Lillian. "I didn't see you at dinner."

"You were trying to find me?" Lillian asked, and causing Fred to blush.

"N-no but I didn't see you with Hannah or Cedric and wanted to make sure you were okay." He said and Lillian blushed at his concern.

"That's very sweet, Fred. I would talk but I've got to hurry before I get in trouble with Filch. I've been told if you're out after hours you get detention." She said, about to leave but Fred grabbed her arm.

"Well you're in luck Miss Potter, George and I were going to prank anyway so we'll be your delighted tour guide." He said, and looked over to George. "George you got the bombs?"

"Yep, we going now?" George Asked, getting up from the chair and coming beside Fred.

"I'm gonna regret this, aren't I?" Lillian asked.

"Oh please Lillian, what could possible go wrong?" George said and put his arm around her.

Lillian cringed and begrudgingly went alone with Fred and George out of the painting and into the Hogwarts halls.

"You can see Fred and I in action, you can see why we are the prank kings of Hogwarts." George said and showed her the stink bombs. Lillian's eyes widened.

"Who are you gonna use it on?" She asked, as they walked down the stairs.

"The Slytherins, one of them snitched on us to Snape." He said and smirked. "But snitches end up in stitches."

"Oh I definitely don't want to be there for that." She said and tried to walk faster but Fred grabbed her hand.

"Why not? Don't want to have fun?" He taunted.

"I'm fun." She huffed, knowing that she would join the occasional prank with Hugh and Millard. "I can prank."

"I would love to see you try." Fred said to her and Lillian glared and huffed.

"I can and I don't think you want to see that Fredrick." She said, hearing his full name from Ron.

"Than join us, prank with us this one time and we won't make fun of you for being a sweet and soft Hufflepuff." Fred said and Lillian rolled her eyes.

"Fine." She said. "But if I get caught I will throw you to the wolves. I will not be pulled down for this."

Fred and George nodded and the three of them walked around the halls, making sure Filch or his cat Mrs.Norris.

"Now the excellence of not getting caught is to be able to sneakily avoid Filch. And if you see his cat, you book it and hide in the nearest place possible." George explained.

"And if you get caught, lie." Fred added and Lillian laughed.

"That's terrible advice, Fred." Lillian said, and turned to George. "Yours not too bad, George."

George stuck his tongue out and Fred and when they reached the Slytherin entrance, Fred looked at George and heard one of the Slytherins talk about the password.

"Pureblood." George said to the entrance and it opened. He turned to Lillian. "Now Lillian, if you do the honor throw it."'

Lillian looked at the bomb and was nervous, she looked back at the twins and could see their grins as she looked at them. She knew she had to do it, and before she could throw they heard a yell.

"Hey! What are you doing you trouble makers?" The man shouted, and three knew it was Filch. Lillian's eyes widen and Fred grabbed her hand.

"Remember when George said run?" He asked her and Lillian nodded. "That means now!"

Fred, George, and Lillian began to run as Filch was hot on their tale, Lillian gripped Fred's hand tightly as she was nervous from getting caught.

The three of them turned a corner, and quickly they went into a classroom. George hid in a cupboard and Lillian and Fred went into the supply closet. Fred put his hand over Lillian's mouth and put his finger to his lips to indicate she had to be absolutely quiet.

Lillian heard the door open and could hear Filch in the classroom and Fred pushed her further into the back and made sure to cover her with items and then doing the same.

After a couple of moments, Lillian's eyes widen when the door opened. But she let out a sigh of relief when she saw it was only George smiling.

"I saw him go toward the Gryffindor tower, we're gonna have to try tomorrow and not get caught." George said and looked over to Lillian. "Shame you didn't get to throw it, Filch always ruins the fun. But we should get you back to Hufflepuff before Filch comes back to check on Slytherin."

Lillian nodded and the three of them exited the classroom and looked around to see if Filch was around and when they didn't see anything, they ran. Fred once again took Lillian's hand and rush to the entrance of Hufflepuff as they reached the entrance, George and Fred smiled down.

"Sorry it didn't go as planned." George said.

"You did make it interesting." Lillian said. "Though I still have to show you that I can prank, one day though."

"I'd like to see that Lillian." George said.

"But thanks for bringing me, it made me feel like I was back home." Lillian said to the both of them.

"Anytime Lily." Fred said and Lillian waved goodbye and tapped on the barrels and going inside the Hufflepuff common room.

Fred couldn't stop smiling, his heart was beating faster, and he felt dizzy. He soon stopped smiling until he realized something, he may have a tiny crush on Lillian Potter.
