Q: I'm not happy with my face-claim! What do I do?

A: First, you should probably talk to your face-claimer and tell them what exactly it is that you don't like. They might even offer to do another face-claim. If this is the case, please ensure you provide them with enough details to satisfy your requests. If you want your cast to have high cheek-bones, make sure you mention that in the form. The best way to avoid unsatisfactory face-claims is by including an adequate amount of detail in the form you submit. 

Q: What is the estimated delivery time?

A: It depends from face-claimer to face-claimer. Please refer to the chapter about your face-claimer for more details. 

Q: My story isn't published yet... can I still request?

A: This will change from face-claimer to face-claimer. Some prefer to read about a character before giving them a face-claim, some don't care. Make sure you negotiate with your face-claimer if this is the case. 

Q: Is there a limit to what we request?

A: You may request as many characters as you want to a face-claimer. 

Q: Do your face-claimers also help come up with character names?

A: Absolutely! Make sure you tell them what type of name you want, though. There's definitely a difference between fantasy names and modern-day chicklit names. 

Q: What happens if I don't complete payment?

A: The face-claimer will find the face-claims, but we will not publish it until the payment has been completed. It's simply our way of ensuring the face-claimer hasn't been cheated out of payment.
