"Starry, starry night. Paint your palette blue and grey. Look out on a summer's day. With eyes that know the darkness in my soul." Juniper sang to herself as she looked up at a Vincent Van Gogh's 'The Starry Night'. Her Mom used to have her own version of the painting in their flat back on The Ark. 

Juniper was currently enclosed in a white room, speckled with white furniture and she yanked the IV from her arm. She had already established that she was in Mount Weather's Quarantine space because she had seen a sign on the wall and spoken to a few doctors- telling her she could leave the room.

But did she care? No. Juniper was refusing to leave the room even though she could leave. Juniper just wanted to sit on the bed and touch where her necklace should have been. Juniper could only think about Bellamy and how he was dead. She could still remember touching the skeleton before she passed out with the gas. 

"You sing?" A voice said from behind the window. Juniper turned around and saw this old man smiling, it was a big smile but his lips were pursed. She slowly walked up to the window and saw that he was putting on a suit. "We have a lovely musical collection up the stairs if you would like to see it." The voice said as the door opened. Juniper sat back down on the bed, she could not looked scared, but she was. 

"Who are you?" Juniper sneered as she took the needle from the IV and held onto it tightly. She was not scared to stab him. Not like she used to have been.

"Dante." Dante answered as he held out his gloved hand. Juniper looked down at it and slowly shook his head. "I'm the President of Mount Weather." He continued and Juniper just looked blankly up at him. "Are you the leader of your people?" He asked trying to strike up a conversation.

"No. Second in command with-" Juniper answered back but stopped at Bellamy's name, she could not bring herself to say it. "How many of did you capture?" Juniper asked as she dropped the needle, she could see that the man was not dangerous.

"Forty-eight, including you." He answered and Juniper sighed because she knew that Bellamy was not one of them. "I have somebody up the stairs who wants to meet you." Dante added and Juniper raised an eyebrow.

"Me?" She said as two people in big hazmat suits, like Dante, rolled in a cart before opening it, revealing beautiful dresses, shoes, trousers, tops. It was very neat and fancy clothes, something that Juniper was used to on The Ark. 

"Yes. They say they have been waiting a long time for this." Dante smiled before he pointed to the cart. "Get changed and we will meet you pass the quarantine point." Dante instructed before he left the room. Juniper walked up the cart, she grazed her hands above the garments, they felt smooth. She had finally brushed her hair after two weeks of not, and got a shower.

"What do we have here?" Juniper stated as she saw a pair of stripy pants and a suit jacket that matched it. As well as a white trainers and a white vest top. Juniper got changed into it before leaving the room and the quarantine area. "Let's meet this person." Juniper stated before she stood next to Dante. She had her hands in her pockets to conceal her hands from Dante, they were shaking like leaves.

"You will like it here, we are not your enemies." Dante promised but Juniper just looked straight ahead. She could not bear any emotions at the moment, she was still recovering over Bellamy. "The person is just up there. Once you are ready they will take you to dinner." Dante explained before he pointed to the room opposite the elevator. Juniper said nothing as she got out of the elevator and turned around as the doors closed.

It was just a long, grey corridor with a door on the other end. Nothing but paintings speckled the wall. Classical music sang it's way through, Juniper had never heard or seen anything so beautiful in her life. It made her feel calm and relaxed.

"Juniper. It's just a door, you have defeated worse and bigger things, like when Dad tried to help you with Earth Skills homework." Juniper laughed to herself to make herself feel better, something that was impossible now. Juniper placed her hand on the door before she pushed it open.

Inside the room, there was a woman with her back to Juniper. She had olive skin, sleek black hair like Juniper's, and a mole on her lower arm, just like Juniper's.

"Mom?" Juniper asked as her voice croaked. Juniper's Mom, Eden, had died when Jaha floated her for trying to be Red Robin. The woman turned around and Juniper gasped before looking away. She could barely see the woman with her tears clouding her eyesight. 

"I've waited for this day for so long." Eden smiled as the tears welled up in her eyes. She was a light pink dress with a white cardigan and white tennis shoes, it was all too fancy for Eden. Eden went to hug her daughter but Juniper took a step back. 

"You died in space. How are you here?" Juniper asked in shock, she remembered sitting in her cell, with nobody around her as a member of The Guard stormed the cell and read out a message of her Mom dying.

"Can you just hug me before we go into that?" Eden asked as she held onto her daughter and the pair of them wept in each other's arms. Eden thought that Juniper had been floated by now and Juniper was told that her Mom was dead, her Dad even told her that. "How's your father?" Eden asked and that's when Juniper took a step back.

"Where you in that bunker that day?" Juniper asked and Eden furrowed her eyebrows. "You spoke to me about Dad and Bellamy." Juniper added and Eden shook her head.

"I have no idea what you are talking about." Eden answered truthfully as she took a seat on one armchair and Juniper slowly sat down on the other. There was two slices of cake on the table, Juniper's mouth-watered at the sight of the chocolate oozing from the icing. "Take a slice and I will explain everything." Eden instructed as she pushed the cake forward. Juniper nodded her head and slowly took a piece of cake. "You like?" Eden asked laughing as Juniper's face paused. She had never felt so much flavor in her life.

"I love." Juniper laughed with a mouthful full of cake and Eden laughed as she picked up her piece of cake as well. "Why are you here?" Juniper asked as she calmed down.

"You and whoever you came down were not the first." Eden stated. "Damon managed to make a deal that I would go down to Earth, go down to Mount Weather." Eden added and Juniper was shocked.

"Why did Dad never tell me that he wanted to send you down to Earth?" Juniper asked and Eden shrugged her shoulders. "Why did they need to put The Hundred down after you, why not the whole population of The Ark?" Juniper said as she placed down her finished plate of cake.

"My communication broke, they do not know that I am here." Eden answered as she looked away. Juniper nodded her head as she held onto her Mom's hand.

"The Ark is here." Juniper said. "We saw The Ark fall from the sky when we were with the Grounders." Eden just started to cry as she lay her head down."Mom, that's a good thing, you can see Dad. We can be a family again." Juniper smiled at her Mom. 

"We can't leave her. If we do then these people could die from radiation exposure." Eden explained and Juniper looked at her confused. "These people can't go outside, they don't have the same radiation levels as us. We metabolize radiation." Eden explained and Juniper shook her head.

"There must be an exit, how did we get in here?" Juniper asked and Eden just looked away silently. "Mom, how did we get in here?" Juniper asked again loudly before Eden shushed her.

"They are listening to us." Eden shushed as she looked up to a camera. "Just get into the hospital." Eden instructed without saying a word, she was miming her lips. Juniper nodded her head before she put on a false smile.

"Mom, can I lick the chocolate from your fork?" Juniper asked and Eden nodded her head as she passed the fork to Juniper. Juniper licked the fork before she tucked it into her blazer pocket.

"Now, tell me how you got down to Earth." Eden instructed as she rested back in the chair. Juniper just wanted to know what was happening, why she had to get into the hospital, why her Mom was not with everything else, what was the big secret behind Mount Weather. 

"I was apart of The Hundred, it was everybody below the age of eighteen in jail who's life was expendable. That's how Jaha put it at least."  Juniper explained and Eden just nodded her head.

"I want to know everything." Eden instructed smiling and Juniper nodded her head. Something to distract her until she was taken away. 

"Wells was apart of The Hundred, Clarke was apart of the Hundred." Juniper started of saying and Eden raised an eyebrow at Wells and Clarke. "Wells was arrested for burning something I think, and Clarke was arrested because of her Dad's secrets." Juniper explained.

"Clarke's Dad is dead?" Eden asked and Juniper slowly nodded her head. 

"He knew that The Ark was dying and was going to tell everyone but Abby handed him over to Jaha." Juniper explained and Eden just shook her head as she held her mouth.

"That's why he said I was the lucky one as he got me ready for the pod." Eden whispered and Juniper nodded her head. "Who else came down?" Eden asked and Juniper thought who Eden would know- just Octavia and Bellamy.

"Octavia and Bell-Bellamy." Juniper stuttered, it was difficult to say his name. Eden looked confused.

"Bellamy, is what twenty-two or three, why wasn't he just floated?" Eden asked.

"A member of The Guard gave him gun and a place on the dropship if he shot Jaha. Jaha survived the bullet though and Bell was cleared of all charges." Juniper explained and Eden just gasped.

"How did it go with Bellamy after what happened? Do you think he is here?" Eden asked getting all excited, she liked Bellamy and thought that Juniper and Bellamy were a great pair.

"He's dead. He died during the battle with The Grounders." Juniper stated coldly as she stopped herself from crying.

"Did you guys-?" Eden asked as she tried to comfort her daughter but Juniper did not want that. She just wanted Bellamy back.

"We were together. He died because of my idea. My idea to do the ring of fire." Juniper explained as she tried not to cry. Eden came over and just held onto her crying child. Juniper had just lost the love of her life. 

A few minutes later, Eden got Juniper to calm down and Juniper was explaining the battle against the Grounders.

"It was my idea to get Raven to make the rocket fuel burn creating a ring of fire which would effectively burn all The Grounders. Bellamy and Finn never made it to the ship in time and Clarke gave Jasper the go. I thought that Bellamy would have run away but when we left the Dropship, gas was fired into the camp. As I fell to the ground, I saw my necklace next to a body." Juniper finished explained and Eden did not look too sure.

"How do you know it was Bellamy?" Eden asked and Juniper did not want to think about the moment anymore. But decided to answer the questions for her Mom.

"I gave him the necklace in case something like that happened." Juniper answered and Eden raised her eyebrows. "What, Mom?" Juniper asked infuriated. Juniper knew what had happened, Bellamy was dead, what else was there to say?

"The necklace was beside him, not on him. Maybe Bellamy dropped it." Eden suggested and Juniper shook her head.

"I know what I say, I saw Bellamy's burnt skeleton. That's the end of that. False hope does me no good." Juniper stated just as there was a knock on the door. The woman stood up and watched a man dressed in a Guard's uniform walk in. 

"Miss Green, it's not dinner time." The Guard said as another one brought in one tray of food. "Mrs Green, you are still required to stay in this room. Here is your dinner." The Guard said as he pointed to the tray. Eden nodded her head before she gave Juniper a hug.

"Hospital." Eden whispered in Juniper's ear and Juniper gave her a worried look. "I'm fine. It's just that I hurt my leg and because I am bleeding, radiation could be seeping out." Eden explained and Juniper knew that was a lie because The Guards were not properly protected from radiation.

"I will visit you again soon, Mom. I love you." Juniper whispered as Eden squeezed her hand. Juniper followed the men into the elevator, she did not say a word to them. She just wanted to be reunited with her friends, and to tell Clarke what she knew. She had a simple plan to get into the hospital and needed Clarke to do so.

"Here it is, Miss Green." The Guard said and Juniper stood at the top of the dining hall opposite Dante who was giving thanks. Juniper looked at them all as she tried to find her friends. Monty stood up first and pointed at Juniper.

"You made it!" Monty shouted before he ran over to her and held onto her. Soon enough, everybody from The Hundred had followed suit. Juniper realized that one person was hanging back, Clarke. This was when she had to do her plan.

"Don't touch me." Juniper growled at Clarke. Clarke took a step back and Jasper looked at Juniper in shock.

"Clarke saved us." Jasper explained and Juniper shook her head as she pointed at Clarke.

"Bellamy is dead because of her. She just had to pull the lever." Juniper explained and Clarke started to well up. Juniper felt horrible but she needed to get Clarke so annoyed that she would fight back. "Trying to be a hero, just like her Dad. Look what has happened." Juniper stated and Clarke scoffed.

"You just sat and cried when I had to make the hard decisions or you would just turn to Bellamy!" Clarke shouted back and Juniper could see her plan working.

"And you never fucked Finn on the job?" Juniper asked angrily and Clarke chuckled to herself.

"At least I was sleeping with my boyfriend, Raven slept with yours." Clarke added and Juniper lunged at her. They started to wrestle to the  ground and Juniper was able to hold Clarke down.

"After I stab you, you stab me, trust me." Juniper whispered to Clarke and Clarke looked up into Juniper's eyes. Juniper took the knife from her pocket and stabbed it into Clarke's arm. Juniper, purposely dropped the knife, as she stood up. Clarke grabbed the knife and stabbed it into Juniper's leg. Juniper growled in pain before she fell to the ground.

"What the hell is happening with these two?" Monty whispered to Jasper who was just looking elsewhere, at his new found love interest, Maya. 

"There was a rumor that Bellamy had died because people could hear Juniper scream his name before we all passed out." Jasper whispered to Monty as the Guards took Juniper and Clarke to the hospital area.

Juniper winked at Clarke as she hobbled beside a Guard who was taking the pair of them to the hospital area. Problem was, Juniper had no idea why she had to go to the hospital. What was down there?

Meanwhile, back at the camp, a pair of boots were crunching through the ashes and slowly bent down to pick something up. 

"Here, I found something!" Damon shouted as he held up his daughters necklace. Damon walked over to Bellamy, who had his hands bound behind him. He had been arrested for attacking Murphy. "Why would Juniper take this off?" Damon asked as he showed Bellamy the necklace.

"I had the necklace on, Juniper gave it to me before the battle." Bellamy answered as he looked straight at the necklace. "It's what we did." Bellamy added and Damon could see that Bellamy was telling the truth.

"Thank you for looking after, Juniper." Damon thanked as he slipped the necklace into Bellamy's bomber jacket pocket. "I heard that you two were happy again." Damon sighed as he sat down beside Bellamy on the rock.

"I promised her I would get into that dropship. She was hit trying to save me." Bellamy cried a little as he tried his best not too. Damon shook his head as he rested a hand on Bellamy's shoulder.

"You saved her life and we will get her back. If you love someone then you always find your way back to them." Damon whispered as he thought back to his wife. He was not only looking for Juniper, but for Eden too. He knew that Eden had to still be alive, he just had a feeling.
