Monday: Running 15 min 25 pull ups, 17 push-ups, 50 wall push-ups (I had started those here to help strengthen the muscles for push-ups as hated my push up count)

Tuesday: Dance 45 min

Wedsday: Running 15 min 25 pull ups, 17 push-ups, 50 wall push ups 

Thursday: Dance 45 min

Friday: Running 15 min 25 pull ups, 17 push-ups, 50 wall push-ups

Saturday: Dance 45 min

Sunday: dance 45 min

(yes I'm boring I LITERALLY DO THE SAME WORKOUT EVERY WEEK)
