Monday: Running 15 min 25 pull ups, 17 push-ups, 100 wall push-ups (and now 20 or more push ups)
Tuesday: Dance 45 min - up to 3 hours
Wedsday: Running 15 min 25 pull ups, 17 push-ups, 100 wall push ups (and now 20 or more push ups)
Thursday: Dance 45 min - up to 3 hours
Friday: Running 15 min 25 pull ups, 17 push-ups, 100 wall push-ups (and now 20 or more push ups)
Saturday: Dance 45 min - up to 3 hours
Sunday: dance 45 min - up to 3 hours
I also lift weights too. I do sets of 50 for each I do my legs but mostly my arms. I'll try to find the names of the ones I do so you know it.
