Since it's time to close categories for participants, here's an update of what happened so far:

💖 Genre Romance is currently being judged.

Postponed for August:
🐰 New Adult
💋 Best Kissing Scene
There are still open slots for participants and judges in both categories so you can apply 😉

Closed for participants:
🌹 Best Cliffhanger - entries will be announced in April
🌸 Best First Chapter - but we still need judges for this category

United categories:
🔎 Mystery and 🙊 Thriller became Mystery/Thriller and it stays open until slots are filled.

🐺 Werewolves went under
🔮 Paranormal, and this is also where 🩸Vampires will go if we get any Vampire entries this year. Genre Paranormal is still open for both participants and judges.

Still open for participants:
🌼 Fantasy
🌈 LGBTQ+
⚡️ Best Flashback
🦋 Best Epilogue
We need more judges for these categories as well, so don't be shy 😉
