After my weird encounter with Chase, I found Everest and headed to the Field. Most of the Boys' were playing Football, a game I could never fully never understand...I was blathering to Everest about my talk with Chase, but I don't think she was paying attention to me, her eyes were mostly viewing the Football Captain...

Marshall.

"Pass it to Tuck, Rex!" Marshall yelled, waving his hands up in the air. Rex was in his own reality...His foot was right next to the ball but he didn't even kick it, he was presumably half asleep.

"Eh...?" He finally came to reality, he glanced at the ball and laughed awkwardly "Heh...Sorry," He kicked it to the bewildered Tuck and gawked at the grass.

Afterwards, while Tuck was jogging, someone, from the other team, took the football from Tuck and scored...

Marshall's team (The PAWS) were against my former school Humdinger Academy...Who they will be against for the Semi Final Football game. The PAWS were losing their match. It was up to Marshall to help his teammates...

"Guys! This isn't some great Teamwork going on! We need everyone in the The PAWS to stop being lousy and shy and just be in the team!" Marshall shouted across the field, the team awkwardly nodded

"Rex, Tracker, Tuck! distract the other team and me and-" Marshall's eyes widened, the football randomly banged on his head out of nowhere, he collapsed on the ground... His eyes opened, he glared at his teammates and fainted.

Me and Everest were in shock, before I knew it Eve ran past me and shoved through the crowded, concerned players.

She sat down on the lawn on grass and shook Marshall gently, continuously

"Marshall...Can you hear me?" Everest mumbled and touched Marshall's chilly, pale cheek

A pair of sky, blue eyes steadily unlocked, Everest grinned while Marshall looked utterly bewildered

"Everest...?!" Marshall gasped and glanced at Eve's soft hand that was on his damp cheek

Eve briskly removed her hand, her face completely turned red, she took her eyes off Marshall and looked at the ground in embarrassment

Marshall gave a beaming smile, while everyone around him and Eve were chuckling and cooing. He also turned bright red, possibly like a Fire Truck.

Everest got up and accidentally tripped on Marshall's leg that was stretched out, she fell on the grass, her admirer gasped, she landed next to Marshall...they both laughed as they knew they were protective over each other...

I giggled, 

they make a fine pair...

Everest danced happily through the halls, along the way we found Zuma and Rubble, who were quite confused why Everest was in such a joyful mood

It was nearing Valentines Day, so I was teasing Eve about going on a date with Marshall, she would ignore me but smile underneath. Marshall was dazed after that incident with him and Eve, he continued with Football with teammates gossiping about him and started small rumours

 A Football team Captain and a 'Save The Planet' obsessed girl? Together? The future will be the judge of that.

We had so much of our Lunch break time to spend, we could do anything.

Rubble suggested to go to a Burger place not far from School
Zuma suggested if they could go to the music room
Everest wanted to go to the Café across the street

They were all chatting amongst themselves, like the closest friends ever. We laughed, we smiled, we were in embarrassment and we just listened...We were unbreakable.

"So, one time, I was on a hill with my dad and it was quite snowy outside, so we were hitting snowballs at each other, but my dad made such a big snowball that when he hit me, I fell down the hill! I was like a barrel rolling! and my father had to chase me down! It was hilarious!" Everest chuckled, everyone joined in

"That must've been quite a new experience, right?" Zuma asked while laughing tremendously, he stopped though and slowly pointed at a crowd of people circling a big scene...

They could hear someone yelling also a person screaming. My friends and I dashed through the crowd, and witnessed something terrible.

A bunch of boys were beating up and yelling at a boy that looked very familiar...

Rocky.

"You just had to tell the teacher that I was skipping class and threatening people in school...just for credit?! You insufferable jerk!" A guy named Dwayne punched Rocky's nose, causing Rocky's eyes to water

"S-stop please! I won't do It again!" He pleaded, tears came out of his frightened eyes, he covered his face with his scratched hands as defence

"Marshall!  What should we do with him?" Dwayne asked the incredibly shocked Marshall, Everest eyes widened, was Marshall a bully?

Marshall glanced at her in guilt, he stared at the ground

"N-no Dwayne, we won't do anything, as I've told you, leave the guy alone...You've hit him enough..." Marshall begged and scratched his head

"Marshall, he's a jerk!" Dwayne snapped and kicked Rocky

"Stop! I mean it! Or else, you could get kicked out the Football team, I have the right to do so,"  Marshall answered proudly and helped Rocky up. Everest grinned slightly.

"You wouldn't dare..." Dwayne frowned and glared at him

"Try me," Marshall stated keenly, and walked one step back

"I'm one of the best Football players in the whole school!" Dwayne bragged and closed his fists

"Do you think I care? Do you think I would allow a bully to be in my team?!" Marshall said in a unusual tone, he pushed the terrified Rocky behind him and bickered with Dwayne, the one with big, bunny teeth and blond hair.

Principal Goodway approached the scene, her hands were glued to her waist and he gave the boys' a stern look

"What on earth is happening here?!" The principal shot in a deadly tone, she spotted Rocky, all beaten up and two mad boys still arguing. She sighed

Everyone stayed silent

"T-this teen," Rocky pointed at Dwayne "Hurt me! I didn't do anything wrong but that guy just showed up and ruined me!" He ended his sentence and sobbed intensely 

"Excuse me?! You're the one who was ruining me!" Dwayne protested and pushed Rocky to the ground

"This isn't the behaviour we tolerate in this school Dwayne! You will explain to me what you did in an hours detention!" Goodway snapped causing Dwayne to get startled 

"Anyways. Are you alright Rocky? Do you need to go to the Medic?" Principal Goodway asked with a concerned look

I didn't know how to react, I didn't like Rocky nor Dwayne, both jerks, overreacted, not my type of friend choice. 

"Y-yes, I feel like I'm dying! Like literally!" Rocky exaggerated, he was weeping on the ground, not caring about the giggles that hovered him

"Oh my," The Principal covered her mouth in shock

Goodway glanced at me for a bit, she smiled and I looked utterly confused

"Skye! Would you be a dear and escort Rocky to the Medic's room?" Goodway asked in a friendly tone "Your the only one I can fully trust," 

I absolutely would not! He's a pain, extremely selfish. The last time I made contact with him was in my first class, English, where he helped me just for credit! He wasn't actually bothered to help someone only if it's for getting the best reputation from the other teachers. I saw Principal Goodway give me a pleading face, I rolled my eyes that were undetectable to the Principal's sight. 

"I would have the pleasure to!" I responded in a sarcastic, giddy tone, I grabbed Rocky's shoulder tightly and walked to the Medic's, my friends came along too. It was terrible.

"Stop touching me, you disgusting being!" Rocky sneered and shook me off, I was delighted that I didn't have to touch him

Everest and Zuma looked annoyed and dull, They gave death glares at Rocky, who wouldn't stop complaining

"I know your doing this for credit! I know it!" Rocky snapped and shook his hands wildly

"I'm not you," I fumed, Rocky narrowed his eyes

"Wow, I never knew someone could be this irritating!" Zuma stated quietly to me and Everest

We finally reached the Medic, Rocky went in and whined to the Nurse

Me and my friends were desperate to just leave him but...That's not what the Nurse had in mind...

"Gasket, I'm gonna go somewhere, I'll be back before the next lesson," A cold, panicked voice stammered and sprinted, he felt that he was being followed...he wasn't sure who was stalking him but he knew it's was not a laughing matter.

Gasket's eyes shot at the scared figure and crossed her arms swiftly "Where the hell, do you think your going in such a hurry?"

He stopped. And glared at her in a moody expression "None of your business Gasket..." He thundered

"Chase, you're so...distant, You're making me go mad because of your damn behaviour!" Gasket snapped and stomped to Chase

"I'm not doing anything wrong Gasket, It's not my fault you have such a temper..." Chase rolled his cold, frustrated eyes

"Temper?! Do you know why I have a temper?!" She pounced and closed her fists

Chase didn't respond, Gasket chuckled sarcastically

"You're the closest friend I've ever had...The only one I feel comfortable with," Gasket whispered

"Please, don't tell me your confessing to me Gask, that'll practically ruin our family relationship," Chase laughed and crossed his arms

"You bastard! You don't take anything seriously! Why, would I do such a unusual thing like confessing to you?! Be real, for God's sake!" She fumed and kicked Chase's leg

"Ouch..." He responded sarcastically

"What's happening to your damn personality?! First your this annoying, stupid kid, then your this big softie for this troublesome new girl and then your an insufferable, overwhelming jerk!" She screamed causing students to glance at the two

Chase had to process all the words Gasket said. Chase looked at the crowd around them, he then grabbed her hand tightly and went to a classroom where they won't make such a scene in front of all the students.

When they got to the classroom, Gasket pulled her arms away. She kept pacing while holding her head as hard as she could

"Could you stop pacing? Your making my head hurt," Chase sighed

Gasket teared up "I hate you, your making my life miserable...!" She put her hands on her eyes and sobbed

"I wish you would just...not exist. So, you wouldn't experience death in front of your own scared eyes and get traumatised  for your whole entire life...affecting your friends, your left over family and m-me..." She stuttered "I want you to be safe, clever, less troublesome. I want you to forget about your past, your struggles and start fresh, I want you to be a better person, a person that can show himself and stop being so mysterious all the time...that's all I want from you, a smart, happy, open teen," Gasket sniffed and glanced at Chase who looked guilty

"Am I not dead to you? Like my dead parents, like my dead life," Chase whimpered and rubbed his head

"Chase, don't say that..." Gasket quivered, she glared at Chase and smiled weakly

"You can change, It just takes a while to process it, I know I won't be the best cousin but, I'll try to be as good as I can, If you'll let me...I might not be the most trustable, kind individual to others but I will keep your secrets, your stories to myself. But, I'm not letting anyone else hurt you so...I advice you to stay away from the new girl..." She sighed and touched Chase's shoulder

Chase's face turned stern "Why do I have to stay away from her...?" He snapped and shook his shoulder, making Gasket's hand drop

"She's a threat Chase, do you even know why she got expelled from her former school?!" She questioned and crossed her damp arms

"No? And, why does that matter? She isn't capable of hurting me, I can self defence myself If she does hurt me," Chase rolled his eyes and scoffed

"Not physically Chase, she can hurt you emotionally..." Gasket sighed, she stared at Chase for sometime, he didn't understand

"What do you mean?" He inquired, sitting on top of a table

"You can...get attached with her, with the Skye girl," She quickly responded

"I can't get stuck to her Gasket, that's impossible, only if we had the most strongest glue possible!" Chase laughed, falling on the wooden table

"You're so stupid," Gasket slapped herself gently and massaged her head, she sighed and spoke: "You could fall in love with her..." She breathed heavily, Chase stopped laughing, his eyes widened in shock...

Fall in love with Skye...? The new girl, with an innocent look, with a kind heart. Your friend...your extremely bossy and annoying friend with unique, attractive magenta eyes...that glows whenever you look at her.

She is almost perfect, she's beautiful, incredibly naive but...a heartbreaker? He wasn't sure.
