I felt the need to expand into a different style for this drawing. As you can tell I went for a way more cartoony look than that I would normally do. The main reason I made this was so I would have a more "in season" profile pick. Now let's get to the drawing.

But yea. I made this drawing so I would have a christmassy profile pic icon thing.
It is not Darkstalker!
However I thought making it a NightWing would just work because Darkstalker lived with the NightWings.
Overall though I am really proud of this. A little bit of a different style but it's good to try out some new styles every once in a while.
Also, I just want to talk about something while I'm here.
So one of the gaming channels that I watch on YouTube played a game called Among The Sleep.
I watched the videos today and I almost CRIED watching them.
And this is a horror game!
And I didn't almost cry because I was scared half to death, I almost cried because of the story behind it.
So basically if you know how horror games work, they have some kind of backstory to them and it is really complex.
So basically the game can kinda be like BATIM (Bendy And The Ink Machine) and just go ahead and tell you what's going on and kinda give you the backstory when you start playing the game.
Or the game can be like Among The Sleep and most Minecraft horror maps and you just play through the game and use clues in the visuals and audio to figure out what exactly is going on and eventually at the end of the game you kinda understand the backstory.
So yea, Among The Sleep was one of those horror games where you have to use clues to find out the backstory.
Or you can watch a YouTube video that explains it and you don't have to figure out anything XD
So here was the backstory:
Basically this mother has two year old child with this man.
The mother becomes an alcoholic (yea...) and the dad of the child try's to take him and have the child live with him because of this.
So the mother forces the child to stay with her but kinda falls into a depression.
You can find clues about this throughout the game.
Because throughout the game there are bottles spread through out the scenery.
You know what the bottles mean right?
So basically since the mother is a psychopath and does all these things the child kinda interprets everything that happens into his nightmares where the mother is a monster and he has to collect memories.
Oh! And also there is this bear that helps you and he kinda reminds me of Imp from Twelve. Idk why.
But the game itself is really complicated and there is so much detail in it that it would take forever to explain so just go and watch someone play it or a video that explains it.
Or maybe even play it yourself.
But yea.
I just want to share a lesson that I learned from this game.
Stay away from drugs.
Their bad news.
Don't become an alcoholic especially when you have a two year old child.
You might mentally destroy them.
There was also a part in the game where there was this little enclosed room and it just had a chair and a light and that was a part that almost made me cry for.... reasons....
But enough rambling now.
