The evening passes by successfully and now Jeongguk was the first one to wake up. The sunlight peeking through the blinds annoyed him so he flutters his eyes open and the first thing he sees is Taehyung's angelic face. His lips were parted as he breathes steady and slow. Jeongguk was tempted to steal some kisses from the sleeping man but he doesn't want to disturb him; not when he's sleeping like this ㅡ so beautiful that Jeongguk is starting to question as to how he got so lucky for having someone like Taehyung. He pulls Taehyung closer while he ponders at the thought, making the latter squirm but when he finds comfort in Jeongguk's arms, his body relaxes and he then nuzzles his face on Jeongguk's bare chest.

Jeongguk decided to cuddle his lover some more, carding his fingers through Taehyung's hair while leaving light pecks on his forehead. When he looks at the clock on the bedside table, it reads 6:15 AM and both of their works start at 7:30. Jeongguk removes Taehyung's arms that were latched around him slowly, making the older whine at the sudden loss of skin contact.

"Gukkie, come back..." He mumbles, making Jeongguk coo as to how adorable it sounded despite his raspy and deep morning voice. He hushes him with a quick peck on the lips.

"Go back to sleep, baby. I'm gonna prepare breakfast for the three of us."

Taehyung hums and instantly drifts back to dreamland, but not before saying, "I love you, Gukkie." God, Jeongguk could never get tired of this.

"I love you too, my heart."

Once Jeongguk was out the bedroom, he first checks on Storm, not really surprised when the little boy is now sitting on his bed, tiny fists rubbing his drooping eyes. Jeongguk smiles and lets his presence be acknowledged by clearing his throat.

"Daddy, carry..." Storm mumbles sleepily, arms instantly reaching up towards Jeongguk. The latter scoops his son to his embrace and gives him his morning kiss on the forehead.

"Good morning, buddy. Did you sleep well?"

"Morning, daddy. Yep, I didn't have nightmares!"

"Aw, that's great, love. Wanna watch cartoons and play with Tannie as I go make breakfast?"

Storm's face lights up at the mention of the puppy's name and he nods frantically, making Jeongguk pinch his flushed cheeks which still had marks from his pillow.

Jeongguk settles Storm down the carpet with a sleeping Yeontan beside him. The puppy, however, seems to detect that there were persons around him so he drags his sleepy body on Storm's lap, letting the kid pet him and play with his fur. Jeongguk then proceeds inside the kitchen to cook breakfast for his family.

After an eventful breakfast, Taehyung told Jeongguk to shower first since he will be the one to bathe Storm. Thankfully, the little boy wasn't a handful when Taehyung settles him on the tub, making sure that the water was lukewarm and there were enough bubbles and toys to keep him entertained. When it was time to dry him up, Jeongguk was already dressed and leaning on the doorframe, taking Storm away from Taehyung's grasp so that the latter can take a shower.

"Thanks, babe! His clothes are already on top of his bed," Taehyung instructs the younger, pecking his lips after handing Storm to him. The child makes a sound of disgust and Jeongguk can't help but to tickle him as a revenge.

When the three of them are all dressed and ready to go, they settled inside the car, Jeongguk putting on some random song from his old playlist. He was checking on Storm from the rearview mirror, a smile creeping on his face whenever Storm's head bobs down, still drowsy. Upon arriving at the daycare, Jeongguk makes sure to kiss the both of them, wishing them a good day and reminding them that he will be picking them up later that afternoon.

Storm lets out a quick "Bye, daddy!" before rushing inside the center, leaving Taehyung and Jeongguk alone. Taehyung was about to follow suit but the younger was quick enough to grab him by the waist, stealing another kiss from him.

"Gukkie!"

"Later, peaches," Jeongguk says, playfully grabbing Taehyung by the ass and running back inside his car before Taehyung could even react.

"Pervert!" Taehyung shouts when Jeongguk rolls the window down.

"Your pervert," he corrects, sending a flying kiss towards Taehyung's direction and driving away.

Taehyung could only shake his head in amusement, pretending to catch the kiss and putting his hands on his lips.

"Dork."
