Morning came and Ash still wasn't talking. We went through the morning in silence. At lunch I confronted her about it, knowing that at any minute that portal could open. "Hey, Ash, I wanted to talk to you."

"About what?" She asked.

"I'm sorry if me being a 'Son of Poseidon' made you mad. But hey it's not like I can control it."

"It's not that. I just...well...it's just hard for me to imagine that. Especially after what happened a few years ago."

"Yeah. I get it." I responded having no clue what she was talking about.

"Thanks" she said.

"So, what's up with that Cara girl? You two were really hitting it out yesterday. So, friend or enemy?"

"Hmm....merciless friend." She answered, "she can be nice, and is, but when it comes to training it's no mercy. Plus, her mom is Hera. Our moms don't really get along so it's hard to hang out with her."

"Ah. So, what are we doing in training?"

"Well..."

"Guys, they're coming. Like 5 minutes away." Erin warned. Our whole table got up and started to run. We heard an alarm go off. I looked inside the room and saw older Nico. A portal opened behind him and Clarisse ran into the room with Chris. "How far?" She asked.

"2 minutes." Nico responded. I didn't know what was happening but I knew it was bad and I knew we had to get into that portal. Soon Percy, Annabeth, Zach, Cara, Cory, Peri, and Amber came in followed by Hazel. Clarisss let out a scream. "AH! It's happening. It's happening now!!" It was at this moment I made my decision. I started yelling at everybody to get into the portal.

"I have a plan." I stated. "Everybody into that portal!"

"But..." Blaire started.

"NO BUTS GET INTO THE PORTAL!!!!" Everybody started running in. First went Clarisse, Chris, and Blaire. Then an asian looking guy showed up. "I'm Frank. Where's Clarisse?"

"Into the portal." I said as he went running in. Next was Nico, Hazel, and Erin. Pericles, Cara, and Amber. Zach, Cory, and the twins. All the people left in the room were me and Annabeth, the older us, and Ash. "What's going on?" Ash asked.

"No time to explain." I stated. Then I saw these things coming straight for us. They looked like dead people. Then I realized they were dead people. One was close to a door when a silver arrow went through it's head, sending it down. Out of the hallway came a friend who I barely recognized. Her hair was so much longer and she looked....older? But it was definitely her. It was Thalia.

"Come on we gotta go." She stated. And with that me, Annabeth, Percy, Thalia, older Annabeth, and Ash ran into the portal and didn't look back.
