Part 60 Nervousness Everywhere 

Aman stopped the bike, seeing Khushi rushing towards him.

"Khushi... what's happening? Is Arnav missing? Do you know about it?"

"Yes, I know"

"Where did he go? Did he call you?"

"How did you know about it?"

"Murugan said"

"Murugan? Who told him?"

"Arvind uncle enquired Murugan about Arnav"

"It was your department guys who took him with them," She said, gritting her teeth with an extreme level of anger.

"What do you mean, Khushi?" Aman could not believe it.

"Yes, my father is the one who is behind this conspiracy"

"Your father? But why? He is going to be your husband. Is not your father making your wedding arrangements happily?"

"He was pretending like, making arrangements happily but he didn't like this wedding"

"But why?"

"He suspects Arnav to be a werewolf"

"Whaaaat?"

"Yes, that's why he took him somewhere else to check whether he is transforming as today is a full moon day. I want to find him before they do anything meaningless" She said restlessly.

Aman thought for a while.

"You go home, Khushi. I will search for Arnav. It's my responsibility to bring him to you"

"No... I can't be sitting at home and I will not go to my house again" She said furiously.

"What do you mean Khushi?" Aman frowned.

"I just broke all the ties with my father... that's what I meant"

"But, Khushi..."

"Aman, we have no time to discuss all of them now. Arnav is in danger. Will you take me or shall I go on my own?"

"Ok, ok, let's go"

Khushi sat behind him on his bike and Aman started the bike. Khushi was nervous as she didn't know what her father's plan was.

After fifteen minutes, they came to a lonely building on the outskirts. Khushi rushed in, turning her mobile torch on. Aman ran behind her. The building was empty. Khushi looked nervous.

"They are not here..." She sighed.

"By the way, Khushi, why does your father think Arnav would be the werewolf?" Aman raised a valuable question.

Khushi was stuck. She didn't know if she could tell him the truth. She made up herself as she had no choice.

"It's because he is a werewolf..." she said in a low tone.

"Whaaaat?" Aman was shocked.

Khushi nodded yes.

"He became a werewolf due to a CURSE..."

"Curse? Who cursed him?"

"The Wolfman...when Arnav was a kid"

"But..."

"Aman, please, we will talk about it later. We should find him before he transforms. Or else, something horrible will happen. Then we can never save Arnav"

"He is a werewolf. Yet, you love him?"

Aman was stunned.

Aman was horrified. He could do it because there was a case filed about Werewolf.

"I think my father should have gotten a silver knife to kill Arnav," Khushi said helplessly.

Aman was more horrified because he knew Shashi had a Gun with silver bullets.

"No, Khushi, he would not have gotten a silver knife," he said horrified.

"No, Aman, he would have... because the werewolf can be killed with a silver knife only..."

"It can be killed with silver bullets too..." Aman said gulping down.

"Of course, but it's not easy to get a gun with silver bullets," Khushi said confidently.

"Your father has one..."

"Whaaat? What are you saying?" She was horrified.

"Yes, Khushi... I was the one who handed it to him"

"You? From where did you get it?"

"I found it in the Wolfman's cave. I submitted it to the SP sir. I think he will use it to kill Arnav when he transforms"

Khushi suffocated to even imagine about it.

"Aman, please do something... please take me to Arnav"

That was when Aman got a call on his mobile. He attended it. it was SI Murugan.

"Tell me, Muruga..."

"Aman, there was a big mess happened in the SP office. SP's daughter fought with SP sir to arrest Arvind sir's son. Pretending to arrange their marriage, SP sir played his cards it seems"

"Do you know where did his team take Arnav?"

"SP sir is keeping it so secretly. Except for the team, no one knew about it but I can guess it"

"What did you guess?" he asked excitedly.

"Two days ago, I saw SP sir going towards the Downhill road"

"Downhill?"

"Yes... I saw him going there as that was my sister-in-law's daughter's birthday"

"But, it was Arnav's area. His house is there only. Then, how could he take him there?"

"So what? He might have selected the place, not anyone to guess his move. Just think, why did he go there, when he was busy with CM's program?" Murugan asked.

"You are right... it makes sense"

"Don't waste time"

"Thanks Murugan... I will go there"

Aman disconnected the call and looked at Khushi.

"Let's go..."

Aman rushed out and Khushi followed him. Aman started the bike.

"Where are we going?" Khushi asked.

"Downhill... Murugan said he saw your father in the area two days ago"

"I can't believe he turned so cunning" She gritted her teeth.

Taking her mobile, she dialed Arvind. He attended the call.

"Khushi beta..."

"Uncle, is there any lonely abandoned building in the Downhill?"

"Yes, there is an abandoned building on the way to our house"

"If you are close to the place, could you go there, uncle?"

"But why, beta?"

"We suspect Arnav should be taken to the building"

"We?"

"Aman is with me. We are going there"

"Ok, we will also come there,"

Arvind disconnected the call and started to the building with Ratna.

He started the bike.

On the other side, Shashi called the secret number that he provided to Vinoth. He attended the call.

"Is everything all right there?"

"Yes, sir. The cameraman just called me. He is on the way and will be here in five minutes"

"Make it fast... the moon is going to rise..."

"Yes, sir"

"Is the gun ready?"

"Yes, sir"

"Don't waste time. The transformation will look so horrible. Without even wasting a single minute, shoot him"

"Yes, sir... I'm ready with the Gun"

"He should not be missed"

"Ok, sir"

"He will become unimaginably aggressive. He will destroy all of you. Be alert and get ready..."

"Ok, sir" he disconnected the call and gulped down hard.

As the moonrise neared, he became nervous. He looked at his teammates.

"SP sir asked us to be alert. It seems the transformation will be so gruesome..." he said and others glanced at each other.

They saw the cameraman entering.

"Why are you late? Didn't I ask you to come earlier?"

"Sorry, sir..."

"Make it fast... fix the camera"

"What do you want me to capture sir?"

"Look at the guy"

The cameraman looked at Arnav through the window.

"You have to capture him and whatever happens here,"

"What is he going to do?"

"Capture whatever he does"

"But, he is sitting silently..."

"Just do what I said"

The cameraman shrugged his shoulder and removed the camera.

"Make it fast... the moon is going to rise"

"Doing sir..." the cameraman hurried his action.

He fixed the camera with a high-quality lens and changed the night mode.

"I'm ready, sir" Keeping the video camera on his shoulder, he focused on Arnav who was sitting, circling his knees with his arms.

He started running the camera.

"Sir, who is he, sir? He is looking handsome..." the cameraman asked.

Vinoth was looking at the sky restlessly. His nervousness raised when the moon rose. He removed the gun, looking at Arnav who closed his eyes.

Vinoth waited for him to transform, pointing the gun at Arnav. Their heartbeat increased. The cameraman was horrified seeing them pointing the gun at Arnav. What was happening there?

"Sir, what are you doing?"

"Shut up and capture him" Vinoth shouted, looking at the moon.

Vinoth was feeling heaviness in his hands as he was holding the gun for more than ten minutes, pointing at Arnav. He looked at the moon and then at Arnav who smirked, seeing their restlessness.
