THE NEXT DAY.

The Flames Alchemist unit arrived in the morning and most was regretting taking this mission on since sitting on a train for twelve hours killed most of them. Havoc, falman, breda, fuery and mustang was the ones most complaining and grunting as they walked out of the train station. Riza also felt a little discomfort but stayed silent since she knew complaining wouldn't make it go away and the rest was doing her heads since they been acting like children since the first hour of the train ride. After five minutes of walking they all stop complaining and kept an eye out for Fullmetal Alchemist who they needed to save. The town seemed normal but silent and the unit not seen many walking around. Even some shops was closed like they were all hiding. Riza was now regretting to bring Black Hayate but she had to keep it back at base with hughes since the train wouldn't allowed dogs, not even for the army. 

"where the hell is Fullmetal Alchemist" breda said annoyed since its now been half n hour and they not seen him. "He should have left something white out the window where he staying but we seen nothing around town like that" fuery said as they reached the middle of town where a nice water fountain stood. "we could just ask someone but no one out and the ones we did see walking quickly ran away when we tried to ask" falman said as they all sat on the fountain for a break. "if that kid done a runner before we arrived and the twelve hour train ride was for nothing then I'm going to hunt him down and kill him" havoc said annoyed and all the other males agreed.

"major, could you please read this card out for me" riza asked mustang as she passed a small bit of card with a couple on lines on. "the  Fullmetal Alchemist is so short that even goblins laugh at him and his brain smaller then any nuts I seen" the major yelled out a little puzzled and soon running footsteps could be heard.

"who you calling short" Edward the Fullmetal Alchemist yelled with anger and stopped right in front of the major glaring at him. "Edwards what have you done this time" falman asked as the others couldn't be bother to act nice after that long train ride. "what do you mean, I'm always good and never start trouble" Edwards laughed and rubbed his neck. "then why would we get called over" fuery said with a smile. "maybe its to keep you guys on your feet, you do sit at desk all day" Edwards said with a grin. "well you know who else might end up behind a desk until he old, if we keep getting called out" breda said with a grin and Edwards gulped. "so this is the Fullmetal Alchemist, he much shorter then I heard" mustang said with a small smile as he looked Edwards over. "I'm not short" Edwards yelled with anger.

"Alphonse, what did your brother do this time" riza asked his taller full metal armoured brother kindly. "he blew up their pray house and said their cold sucks since what good is a god of dirt" Alphonse said in a low voice that echo in his armour and everyone turned to Edwards. "Alphonse you traitor" Edwards hissed and crossed his arms. "but I like riza she nice to us" Alphonse said in a kind voice and riza patted his armour arm. "thank you Alphonse, I like you both very much as well" riza  said before glaring at Edward. "what a god of dirt is stupid" Edward yelled trying to save himself. "you idiot this is a farming town, they need dirt to farm most of their food, that why the god so important to them" havoc yelled back. 

"wow the fullmetal alchemist really is an idiot" mustang said shocked and Edward glared at him again. "do you have your bag, we should get going since the town seems scared" riza  said with a hand on her hip. "we left it in the small shed we were staying in" Alphonse said and riza nodded. "Alphonse take us to the shed, me and fuery will go with you to pick it up" breda said with a small smile. "we back soon, we call if their trouble lieutenant" fuery said with a smile as the three started to walk. 

"ha you most be another useless major if they still tell lieutenant everything first" Edward said with a grin and this time major glared at him.  "I go get our train tickets lieutenant" falman said with a smile and walked away. "shouldn't the men be telling me not you, lieutenant" mustang asked with worry. "your next to me so I'm sure you heard what they said sir" riza  said with a blank face and mustang just frown. "dont worry sir, once we can trust you as a good major who lead us instead of leaving us, we follow you" havoc said with a smile and mustang just nodded not sure what to say back. "must suck not having your unit not trust you more then their lieutenant" Edward laughed knowing it was annoying mustang. "its only my third day with them, I still have time to gain their trust" mustang said proudly. "well I would pick riza before you, so I can understand them" Edward said with a straight face. "lieutenant is there anyway we can shut this brat up" mustang yelled. "no sir, he is a brat" riza said as both mustang and Edwards pouted at her words. 

"I think they going to be great friends" havoc grinned like an idiot as he watched the two pout. "dont have to much fun watching them suffer, you dont know when you be depressed again because of the extra work they make" fuery said with a smile. "we ready to go, lieutenant" breda said as he held a bag. "lets move out" mustang and Edwards said at the same time. "well they think a lot and talk together,  lets hope they can shut up together" Alphonse said with a giggle. "if only we be that lucky" riza sighed as they all walk to the train stop.
