Jane had just said goodbye to, Sloane, Lila, Viktor, Diego, Luther and Klaus and she was now walking down the hallway alone while Five was going to retracing his steps from last night.

The plan was that she would meet with Five so they could be together in the end and go down together, just like they always wanted.

She walked past the White Buffalo Suite to see Reginald inside "Jane, I want to talk to you" he said "Good to know" Jane said as she kept walking "Jane, please" he said and she stopped in her track before she took a step back and turned to the opened door.

"What?" she asked "Can you come in here?" he asked "No, I think I better stay out here" she said since it look like Reginald was a fox that was trying to lure it's pray into it's home.

"I'm sorry for the way I treated you" he said "Why did you do it?" she asked "I did it to---" "Not that" she said, cutting him off.

"I read the pager, 'keep her away from the jumpy guy and make sure she don't regain her memories' was writing on it. Why?" she asked "Cause I saw great qualities, leadership qualities, potential and strength in you, I saw a fighter and a survivor, but that potential was being held back so--" he said "So you took me in cause you need someone powerful with or without powers. A living weapon, and you thought by saving my life and give me these powers, I would be grateful to you and I would be loyal to you like Ben is?" she asked and he nodded "You took me away from them" she said "I saved your life. Shouldn't that count for something?" he asked "You want me to thank you? Be loyal to you? Follow you blindly?" she asked and let out a scoffs "I'd rather chew off my own foot!" she said.

"What's wrong? I thought you and I were om good terms" he said "Not anymore" she said as she shook her head "I'm done with you, once and for all. You kept me away from them and made me live in a lie, what kind of psychopath would do that?" she asked "I saved your life" he said "But you still made me live in a lie for years. Why?" she asked "I saw great potential in your eyes, something that was holding back by Five" Reginald "He was not holding me back, he was my light and you took me away from him" she said "He was still the one that hold you back" he said "Yeah from being a coldhearted killing bitch, that was who he hold me back from becoming a person like that and I will be forever grateful" she said before she looked down.

"You lost the vote, Reginald" she said "Listen, Jane there is still time, you can convince the others" he said and she looked back up at him "And why would I do that?" she asked "The possibility to have the chance of living that life you and Five could have had together, where you can retire together" he said before he took a step forward towards her "Even if I chosen to go, Five would still have stayed" she said "That guy, your partner in crime and boyfriend as stubborn and cut-throat as he may be, he has a gentle touch when he comes to you. You can lead him, not because he is scared of you or threated by you, but because he love you and he would put his trust and his love into you before anything else. You can still save the universe" he said.

"Listen, Five wouldn't be on board unless it's the last possible solution. He will do anything to stop the apocalypse. It's kinda have been his thing since he ended up in the post-apocalypse future" Jane said "Then convince him" he said "No" she said as she shook her head "Why would you do this for me. You owe me" he said and she let out a scoff.

"I don't owe you anything. You took me away from my home, from the only person in a very long time who have ever loved me for me. You treated me like a living weapon, like a hamster for you to poke and prod at. So if you think for just a moment that I will join your side, you are wrong, the only reason I wanted to go was the chance of saving the universe. Be that good person that Five believe I am and if there was a chance to have a wonderful life with the man I love, a life where we can retire together, grow old together, walk our dog Riley along the beach, I would take that chance. But this is a suicide mission and I'm not going to drag myself and Five through hell when he have told me that he's done. Five don't deserve anymore of this and neither do I or the others" she said.

"Jane, you are my daughter" he said and she shook her head "I may have being many things in my life, an orphan, a sister, homeless, an assassin, an agent, an living weapon, a partner, a girlfriend, but I'm not your daughter" she said "Zero--" "Shut up, Reginald!" she shouted at him "My name is not Number Zero. My name is Jane. Jane Griffin, former member of The Commission, partner and girlfriend to Five Hargreeves" she said before she took a deep breath.

"You are such a disappointment, just as I thought that you were going to be someone great, but it turns out that you will always be a nobody" Reginald said "There is the real Reginald, and just when I was about to think that you have actually changed, but you haven't, you are just a careless heartless person who only care about us cause you know what we can do for you. You don't have a heart" she said.

"So are you going to kill me?" he asked as he took a few steps back, like he was challenging her to enter the room and Jane took a step forward.

'I will try to lure Jane into the Suit and when Five and the others finds out what had happen to her, they will agree with my plan in saving the world' Jane suddenly remember Reginald said to whoever he was talking to.

So she stopped before she took a step back "Well, a part of me want to, but I'm not that person anymore. I don't want to kill people that I hate. Not anymore, I'm done with that" she said "Listen--" "No. I'm done listening to you and you know what, I don't want to be rude or anything, but I'm tired of talking to you" she said before she took a step back.

"May you burn in hell, Reginald" she said before she turned around and walked away.

"Hey Jane" a voice said and Jane turned around to see Ben "Hey" she said "Can we talk?" he asked and she nodded "Privately" he said "Alright" she said before the two walked passed the suite and she opened a door to a hotel room before the two walked in and Ben closed the door.

"What do you want?" she asked "I wanted to talk to you" Ben said "About what?" she asked "Everything" he said as he walked farther into the room

"I treated you so poorly that it drove you away. Every morning and every night I walk past your room, unconsciously over the way I have treated you. Until now I realise everything I've done to you. I have being a horrible person" he said "Yes you have" she said "Okay you didn't...hesitate" he said before he let out a sigh "Look, I apologies for everything and I really need you to convince the others to changed their vote" he said "No" she said as she shook her head "You're just gonna turn your back on the others" he said a little aggressive "I'm not turning my back on anyone. I'm looking out for myself. Something I should've have done a long time ago and if you excuse me, I have to find Five so we can spend the last hours together" she said as she walked towards to the door.

"What's so damn special about The Umbrella Academy and about that Five guy?" he asked and she turned around to look at him "They're a real family. They love and cherish one another" she said "We... love each other" he said "No, we don't. We exists for action figures and tote bags. We don't respect each other, and we don't love each other like they do. It's just how it is" she said "So what, you're not a part of our family anymore?" he asked "I never really was. I was the black sheep. The person that nobody wanted, other than Reginald and that was only for his own good. You're criticizing me for 'Abandoning the family' while you are surrounded by all the things that you got out of life and I spend 16 years of my life alone as the family reject" she said "That's insane, Jane" he said "Is it?" she asked and his face fell "I'm sorry. I am well and truly sorry. And if you don't believer me, I understand. I just need you to know" he said "I appreciate it and I may be able to forgive you but I can never forget it" she said "I understand" he said before he took a deep breath.

"So will you talk to Five about changing his vote?" he asked and she let out a smile "I knew there was a catch" she said as she clicked her tongue "That's why you apologized, because you know that I can convince Five, but I'm not the boss of him. He can do what he want and Five and I made a promise to each other and that is to always support each other even if we don't agree, we can talk to each other about it, but never force one another to change our mind" she said before she let out a sigh "I knew that you didn't care" she said.

"I care about you, Jane" she said as he took a step closer to her "If you really cared about me, you would have proof it a long time ago" she said and he looked down "You asked me what was so special about Five?" she asked and he looked back at her "In those eight years now, Five and I have being partners in crime, he have showed more that he cared about me then he have told me. Action always speaks louder than words" she said before taking a deep breath "He made me feel special, as if I'm the only person in the word. He make my heart smile. He is always there for me, no matter what. He makes me feel as if I can be myself around him. He believe in me when no one else did. He makes me feel safe and free. I fell in love with him because of the way he treated me. He made me feel loved like no one else has. He's fixing a heart that he never broke. Five is like no other person, he's different, he stands out. He's the only one in my eyes that I will love with all my heart" she said.

"Please Jane, Dad have changed, if you just give him a chance" he said "Reg is never going to change and you are never going to change, you're never gonna stop straining to find one tiny speck of redemption, you are still clinging to Reg, like a lost puppy, like you actually think he care about you or he is gonna say that he is proud of you and Reg is never gonna stop disappoint" she said "You're wrong, you don't know the whole story and you don't want to hear him not--" "I don't want to know the whole story or hear him out, Ben!" she shouted at him "I don't wanna know any more excuses or lies or anything that tells me anything other than the way I know it went down. Reg destroyed and manipulate us while also emotionally abusing us, giving us trauma. He is a sadistic lunatic who's planning on gambling all of our lives in another pointless mission. Reg saw us as nothing more than experimental material that could be tested, prodded, and abused in order to accomplish the tasks he set out for us. He don't care about us" she said before she took a deep breath "That's the only story and truths that matter, Ben" she said before she let out a sigh.

"He only trained us just so we could die, he trick us into believing that we were trained to save the world, but he only had us just so he could preparing us with the expectation which we might never return. He will toss us aside without any concern what will happen to us. As for my concern, he deserve to die and not get what he want" she said "I thought that you were on my side" he said "I was never on your side, I was lied to, kept away from my real home, manipulation with, almost brainwash. Reginald only had me and experimented on me cause he wanted to made me his own living weapon" she said as she pointed on herself "And you, you are never going to opened up your eyes, cause you are too proud and selfless" she said as she pointed at him "And let me tell you something, Ben. Every inch of me wants to hate you for everything you have said and done. Every damn part. But I can't because you're my brother. Even though you've been a shit one of them and I have absolutely no idea why" she said "So you hate me?" he asked "I don't hate you" she said as he looked at her "I've just lost all respect for you and have nothing to say to you anymore" she said before she turned around "Where are you going?" he asked "I'm going to find Five, so we can be together when the universe ends" she said as she put her hand on the door handle "I was actually hoping we could pull the strings out and call peace once and for all, but you broke that, like always. Goodbye Ben" she said as she opened the door before leaving and a tear felled from Ben's eyes as his face felled.

Luther was walking down the hallway before he stopped by the Buffalo Suite where the door was opened and he saw Reginald sitting on the white couch.

Luther took a deep breath "Oh, heck" he said quietly before he sigh and push the door more opened causing Reginald to turn his head and look at him "Hey, Dad" Luther said "Krug 1968" Reginald said as he saw Luther holding a bottle of wine in a tub of ice.

"Excellent year" Reginald said "Yeah. One last toast with Sloane before, um...The ice machine was broken on our floor, so I, you know..." Luther said "Hm" Reginald said before looking down at his hands trying to act like he was about to cry, so he could get sympathy from Luther.

"Are you okay?" Luther asked "This is the failure of my life. I sat here staring at centuries wasted all because different me was unkind to his children" Reginald said and Luther put down the tub on a small round table.

"Listen, Dad. It's not that simple, all right? You are so hard to say no to. You know that? But I had to" Luther said "Luther, the universe is tearing itself apart" Reginald said as he stood up and walked over to Luther "Yes, I know, I know, but its' always something, you know?" Luther said as he walked passed Reginald, walking further into the room before stopping in the middle of it.

"I lived my whole life for you. Everything you ever wanted me to do, I did. And I won't anymore" Luther said as he shook his head "Nor should you. You're a remarkable man, Luther. Despite what I put you through, I hope you can forgive me" Reginald said and Luther stared at him in confusing.

"Will you?" Reginald asked as he walked towards Luther before he stopped in front of him "Will you forgive me, son?" he asked.

"Yeah" Luther mumbled "Yeah, yeah of course" he said "Thank you" Reginald said as he hugged Luther.

"I only wish your self-actualisation could have come at a better time for the universe" Reginald said "I...I don't understand" Luther said.

Then the sound of flesh ripping was heard as Reginald pierced through Luther's body with a sharp blue tentacle.

Luther started choking as Reginald pulled away from him and blood ran out of Luther's mouth "Dad..." he choked out.

"There's an old saying, Luther. The best way to bring a family together is at a wedding or a funeral. We tried the one. Now it's time for the other" Reginald said before he tore the tentacle form Luther's chest causing his blood to poured out of his wound.

Luther choked again as he fell down on his knees "Sloane...Sloane..." he whimpered his wife's name.

"I know, I know. Just as you found love. It is a terrible shame. But don't worry. I'll be sure to look after her" Reginald said before he lifted his arm and he slashed Luther across his chest with another sharp tentacle causing Luther's blood to spray into the air.

Luther felled sideways onto the white rug, laying in his own blood that began pooling around him.

Jane had walked out of that room where she had talked to Ben.

She let out a sigh as she walked down the hallway, but she suddenly stopped when she heard someone gasping.

She turned her head towards the opened door that lead to the Suite and she spotted blood.

"What?" she asked as she opened the door more before she enter, and her eyes widened when she saw Luther laying in his own pool of blood on the rug.

Jane let out a gasp before she rushed into the room and kneeled down to Luther "Luther" she said as she turned him so he was laying on his back. She then put her hands on the cut on his chest causing her hands to get covered in blood "LUTHER" she shouted with tears in her eyes. "Jane...Run..." he mumbled before he stopped breathing "Luther" she said as she shook him.

Jane and Luther might never have getting along well and she might have always been bullying him and they hated each other at first, but they slowly started liking each other and saw each other as family.

Jane was about to shout for help but suddenly she felt a sharp pain in her right shoulder causing her to gasp as blood splattered from her shoulder causing her to let out a groan in pain.

The figure took the weapon out of Jane's shoulder causing her to fall forward, putting her hands on the floor.

The figure grabbed her hair before it lifted her up and push her against the wall before it bang her head against it a few times causing her to grunt.

The figure then threw her to the floor and blood started pouring out of a cut from her forehead.

Jane looked up and she could feel she was dizzy and her vision was blurry.

She spit out blood before she put her hands underneath her head.

As she was about to get up, the figure put it's foot on her back, pushing her back down on the floor before it grabbed her hair and pulled her head back.

Jane could feel that something sharp was put on the throat, ready to slash her throat opened.

"If you are gonna kill me, get it over with" she said as blood was dripping from her shoulder and forehead.

"I'm sorry, Five, I love you." Jane said before she closed her eyes, ready to meet her end.

Five was holding a huge bowl of cereal as he was walking down the hallway.

"Hey" a voice said and Five turned around to see Viktor walking towards him "Hey" he said "Where is Jane, I thought you two would stay together now" Viktor said "She told me that she would meet me here, so right now I'm eating cereal. Retracing my steps " Five said "Why?" Viktor asked "The old man is hiding something" Five said "Yeah, feels like there's a lot of that's going around" Viktor said and Five looked at him "What do you mean?" he asked "Allison apologized to me" Viktor said "Okay, and that suspicious, how?" Five asked "Last night she was ready to go ten round with me at the wedding, and this morning it's all family and Dad and love. I don't know. Something must have happen" Viktor said.

When he said that, Five's eyes widened before he froze and he dropped the bowl with cereal as the sight from last night came back to him and he now remember who it was he saw talking to Reginald.

It was Allison.

"Five! Five! What?" Viktor calls out to his frozen brother.

"It's Allison" Five said "What is?" Viktor asked "I need to find Jane, she is in danger. I can feel it" Five said.

Then suddenly they heard Sloane screaming "NO!" she screamed and the two rushed towards the scream.

Everyone rushed into the White Buffalo Suite to see Luther's head on Sloane's lap who was crying over his dead body. He had a huge cut by his stomach as he was laying in his own pool of blood.

Sloane was looking down at Luther with grief while she was crying hysterically over the death of her husband.

"JANE" Lila shouted as she rushed over to Jane who was laying on the floor while Diego froze at the sight as Allison sat down on the floor with blood on her hands.

Lila crouched down next to Jane as blood was pouring from a huge cut on her shoulder and from a cut on her forehead.

"Oh, my God, Luther" Viktor said as him and Five entered the room.

"STAR!" Five shouted before rushing over to Jane while tears was showing in his eyes.

"JANE!" he shouted again as he shook her a bit to get her to open her eyes.

"Jane, open your eyes, please, don't you leave me again" he said as tears was running down from his eyes "My Angel" he said as he put her face in his hands.

Then Jane opened her eyes slowly "Five..." she said before him and Lila helped her sit up and Lila quickly grabbed something in the Suite that she could use for the cuts.

"Who did this?" Five asked furious while Lila rushed back with a towel and Five pulled up his pocket knife before he started cutting a part of the towel off fast.

"If we tie it here" Lila said and pointed at the huge cut "It will stop the blood" she said "It's not that deep" Jane said "Yeah, it is, it went right through and if we don't tie it you will die of blood loss" Lila said and Five tied the towel around her shoulder while Lila wipe the blood off her forehead with the rest of the towel "It doesn't hurt" Jane said dizzy "Yeah, it does, so stop" Lila said as Five tighten the towel.

"What happened?" Five asked as he glanced between Luther's body and Jane.

"He went to get ice. I couldn't--" Sloane said as she was crying "He didn't come back. I...I don't know" she said, weeping.

Jane shook her head, trying to get her vision to stop blurry and she put her left hand on her right shoulder.

"Did you do this?" Allison asked Jane "No, how heartless and coldhearted do you think I am?" Jane asked "I don't know, but you are a coldhearted killer" Allison said and Jane looked at Five "I didn't do this" she said as she shook her head "I'm telling you the truth, Five, you have to believe me. I didn't do this" she said, her voice was cracking.

This was the first time, Jane have broken down like that in front of people.

"Shh, it's okay" he said as he put her face in his hands "I believe you and I always will believe you, in every universe and timeline. You don't ever have to doubt that" he said as he stroke his thumb down her cheek "I know you didn't do this, 'cause that is not who you are. It's my fault, I shouldn't have let you out of my sight" he said "It's okay, you couldn't have know" she said before she grits her teeth in pain.

"Then what happen?" Allison asked "I was walking down the hallway when I saw blood in the room and I enter to see Luther laying on the floor" Jane said before she turned her head to look at Sloane "Please, Sloane, you have to believe me, I didn't do this" Jane said "Yeah, right" Allison said sarcastic.

Sloane lifted her head before she looked at Jane "I know you didn't, sis" she said as she was sobbing.

"Then who did?" Allison asked "I don't know, someone attack me from behind and I didn't reach to see who it was" Jane said "I'm gonna kill whoever did this" Five said in anger.

Lila looked at the secret door with the symbols on to see that it was a little bit open "It must have been him. The guardian" she said "She's right" Diego said as he crouched down to look at Luther's body "Whatever did this had a long curved blade" Diego said as he was looking at the wounds.

"How...How can you be sure?" Viktor asked, stuttering "I don't know much, but I know knives" Diego answered also stuttering as his eyes was filled with tears.

They were all trying to hold back their tears and not breaking down crying.

"Children, what's going on" Reginald said as he entered the room but gasps when he saw Luther's dead body "Oh God! Luther" he said.

"If we attacked first, he would still be alive and Jane wouldn't have almost being killed" Ben said as Sloane kept crying.

Then suddenly the whole place started shaking causing everyone to gasp as the sound of explosion booms was heard outside.

Ben looked out the room to see the Kugelblitz coming closer, absorbing everything. "G-Guys? Hey, guys!" he said before walking back into the room while Five and Lila helped Jane to her feet "Leave me" Jane said "Never" Five said and while Lila held Jane by the shoulders gently, Five ran over to the door to see what was coming.

"What are we gonna do with Luther?" Sloane asked "Okay, we're out of time! The Kugelblitz is here" Five said as he ran over to Jane "I got her" he told Lila who nodded and let go "Just leave me, I will just slowly you down" Jane said "Never going to happen" Five said as he wrapped Jane's left arm around his shoulders before he grabbed her left wrist with his left hand while Diego grabbed a harpoon rifle that was hanging on the wall.

"Into the passage!" Reginald said as he ran over to the door "It's the only way" he said "Lila!" Five called out and Lila looked at him "Take her" Five said and she nodded before she rushed over and took Five's place.

"No, I will not leave you" Jane said "I'll be right behind you, I promise" he said as he put her face in his hands "I swear I will" he said before he kissed her on the forehead "You better be" she said as Ben also ran over and wrapped Jane's other arm around his shoulder before the two carried her into the passage.

"You agree to stay" Viktor told Diego who was on his way to the passage "They killed Luther and almost killed Jane, all right?" Diego said before he hurried into the passage.

"Come on, children! Hurry" Reginald said "We can't leave him" Sloane said as Allison try to pull her up while Viktor entered the passage "We go now, or we're gonna die" Allison said "No. God" Sloane said "Yes, yes. We have to go!" Allison said as she was trying to pull her up "Come on" she said "Hurry" Klaus said and Sloane stared down at Luther for a moment before she gave him one last kiss.

"Children! Hurry, please" Reginald said "Come on" Allison said as she pulled Sloane up before dragging her with her into the passage "Go, go, go!" Reginald said as the two entered.

Klaus then ran over to Five before he grabbed his arm "Come on! What are you waiting for?" he asked while Five glared at Reginald "This isn't over! And you stay away from Jane!" he shouted before he entered the passage.

"Get in the tunnel!" Klaus said as he ran over to the tunnel but Reginald stopped him "What! What are you doing?" Klaus asked "You've done a fine job bringing me back into the family fold. You're just more trouble than you're worth. Sorry, Klaus" Reginald said before he push him backward "No, Dad!" Klaus said as he felled to the floor while Reginald closed the door.

"NOO!" Klaus shouted as he got up before he tried to opened the door but it was lock.

"Some people will hurt you and then they will act like you hurt them"
