I fell asleep just as we got to the TARDIS. I woke up in my bed still soaking wet and freezing. I had about three blankets covering me which warmed me up slightly. I smiled as the Doctor walked in with his usual purple outfit on. "You feeling better now?" He asked.
"Yeah I guess. Last time I was freezing it was after we had gone up against the Cybermen on that alien planet. You sent me home and I..." I stopped my sentence after realising my next words. Adrian and Danny. I forgot all about them. Danny would have had his trial and Adrian was in care. I forgot about them. I guess that's what travelling in the TARDIS does to you. "What's wrong?" The Doctor sat down on the bed at my feet. "I just remembered some people I had left on Earth. Danny and Adrian. Danny had his trial and Adrian was left in a carehome."
"I'm guessing you want to visit them." I nodded and smiled again.

After getting showered and changed, the Doctor and I looked up Danny's trial on the TARDIS screen. An article came up. It said that Danny's trial was eight months before and that I was a witness. "But I never went to the trial. I didn't know that I was invited." I said to the Doctor.

"Your past self may not have gone but your future self might." The Doctor said. I had to go to the trial. Ash and Gale came into the room with hopeful looks. "Right, you have a choice. You two can stay here and explore the TARDIS or come with us to a trial." The Doctor asked the two.

"Who's trial?" Gale asked.

"My... friend. Long story short he was being controlled by there metal men called the Cybermen and started shooting things on our street. He didn't know he was doing it. I'm a witness and apparently I'm also the defendent."
"I think I saw that on the news. Three injured in a shooting somewhere in London. " Ash commented.

"So, are you coming or not?" Gale and Ash looked at each other and nodded.

"We'll go."

I was about to go and get changed, again, for the trial but I remembered something so, so important. "Doctor, we have a slight problem." I said.
"What's that?" He asked looking for a date and coordinates.
"Well, since that I have regenerated. I don't look anything like they will expect." The Doctor looked up and back at the screen trying to think of something. "Just say it was dark. They couldn't have seen you properly. I don't know!" I went with the plan and went to the wardrobe to find a suitable outfit for a trial. I found a black dress and put my leather jacket over it with a pair of black converse. 

This was going to be hard.
