Shelia's P.O.V

The wind blew slowly as we stared at each other. I wanted to say something but everytime I tried nothing comes out. His hair was wet and was wearing the leather jacket he always wears. His eyes were a little red so I guess he was crying. It took every part of me not to burst into tears and jump into his arms. I miss him and I know he probably misses me too. Just the day we broke up replays in my head.

"Wish Granted"

I snapped out of it when I heard the man that was on the floor scooting away from me. I turned my head around and looked at him. When he seen me he started to scream and started to run.

"WHERE THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING" I yelled and got ready to grab my sword.

But before I managed to get it.....

*BAM*

The man was on the floor with blood spilling out of his body. I turned around to see Jason putting his gun back in his pocket.

"Damn he was annoying" he sighed.

"Yep still the same Jason I know....and love"

I shook my head and looked up at him. He rubbed the nape of his neck avoiding eye contact.

"Hey....Jason" I said looking away.

"Hey Shelia" he said.

It was an awkward silence between us. After about fifteen minutes Jason broke the silence.

"Looks like we have some catching up to do" he said.

My eyes widened and I looked up at him. He was doing his famous smile that I fell in love with. I blushed but nodded my head in agreement.

Small Time Skip...

We went to Jason's place where his friend Carlos was sleeping on the couch. I expected Jason to wake him up and tell him to go home. But instead he just picked him up amd put him outside saying he'll get the point and leave. I sighed and sat on the couch with him.

"So what have you been doing for the past three months" I asked.

"I've been in hiding since I saved you I noticed how the police have been tracking us more than they use to" I sighed looking down.

But he was right. It's hard for us to go on a mission to rob a bank because they're surrounding them.

"What about you" he said looking at me finally.

"I've been going on assassin mission but that's it" I said.

After that the silence was back. It was more difficult to talk to Jason than usual (That's new). I wanted a break from our relationship for a while but that doesn't mean I didn't want to be his partner in crime.

I ended up laying on the couch as Jason was looking out the window. But the silence broke yet again by Jason.

"Ok let's cut to the chase" he said "I know we both want a break but...does that mean we can't be partners?"

I sat up and blushed.

"Well look at that he read my mind"

"No as a matter of fact I still want to be your Partner Jason" I said.

"Really" he said standing up.

"Yep afterall it's boring without someone like you around to annoy the fuck out of you" I giggled.

Jason had a slught blush on his face when I said that. After a while he extended his hand towards me.

"Partners?"

I smiled and grabbed his hand and gave it a tight squeeze.

"Partners"
