Criminal
Virgil landed behind Creativity, standing in an alley staying silent for the moment. He knew the hero had heard him land, that was the point. If Virgil didn't want to be heard he wouldn't have been.
"So, who's there?" Creaitivity hummed, eyes still trained on the criminals he and Morality had just apprehended. Virgil smirked.
"Uh, the missing chunk of your arm, 'tivity." Virgil replied sarcastically. He made sure his mask was still on his face well. That would be the worst thing to lose. Creativity rolled his eyes a little, still not looking for the criminal. He knew exactly who it was, it was Anxiety, the self-proclaimed emo minor-criminal.
"Funny." Creativity replied dryly.
"Thank you." Anxiety chirped. Virgil, aka Anxiety, stepped out of the shadowy alleyway, Creativity finally turning to look at him. Anxiety gave him a little friendly wave. The silence was thick like soup, Anxiety walking closer to Creativity, who was quickly putting more and more of his guard up.
"So, what do you want?" Creativity asked. Anxiety pointed at the criminals.
"They're the bad guys here, remember that okay?" Anxiety said. Virgil walked up to the forcefields surrounding the criminals. And one second he was outside the box, the next he was inside, yoinking wallets out of the criminal's pockets, taking the cash and one nice looking Dairy King giftcard for later. Anxiety would return the wallets before teleporting to behind Creativity.
"Thanks for letting me grab that, 'tiv. You're always so kind to me." Virgil called sarcastically to Creativity as he began to walk off.
"Well well, to whom do we owe the pleasure?" Morality's voice rang. Virgil looked around, seeing both Logic and Morality closing in on him. Creativity looked at Anxiety.
"To the man himself, of course. He played his own game and still ended up losing!" Creativity replied. Anxiety's head whipped around, the thief looking for an escape route. He couldn't go up, Morality would get him. He couldn't run, both Creativity and Logic would be able to get him. So, that only left one option.
"Did I really lose? You haven't caught me yet!" Anxiety said.
"Creativity- grab him!" Morality called. Anxiety used his power, appearing behind Creativity and kicking at the back of the hero's legs, Creativity falling to the ground.
"Ah- Anxiety! Get back here you slippery shadow!" Morality called, flying towards Anxiety only to end up looking at nothing but an empty alley. Logic floated himself over to Creativity, helping him up.
"It's alright, he's not our goal tonight. We saved the mayor, though, I don't like his demeanor." Logic said.
"Me neither. Who spends time on the shady side of town just for fun?" Patton said, looking around a little.

"That stings like a motherfucker!" Roman whined, teeth clenched together tightly. The hero let out a soft hiss through them as the pain continued.
"I'm aware. Hydrogen Peroxide tends to do that." Logan replied. He was able to feel Roman's hand on his shoulder about to snap all of the bones in it as he administered the disinfectant to Roman's arm wound.
"Lo, I know your fun facts are how you show love but I personally break shatter your arm bones if you- shit!" Roman replied, yelping as Logan poured another round of the peroxide. Patton gently ran his fingers in Roman's hair.
"Alright you two, keep it civil." Patton said sweetly, Roman nodding a bit and Logan just silently wiping off the peroxide and spreading a bit of antiseptic over the wound.
"So, bedtime after this?" Patton added, trying to distract Roman from the faint pain of Logan wrapping the wound with bandages.
"We could, or we could watch a movie perhaps? To decompress from our outing tonight." Logan suggested gently.
"Not tonight. I have to fix my suit, and I want to see if I can do more research into that villain." Roman replied to the both of them. Patton sighed softly.
"Not a bad idea, perhaps. Though really, there is very little left to look into. Anxiety is a nuisance, yes, but a very intelligent nuisance. He's excellent at covering his tracks." Logan spoke, taping Roman's bandage in place before beginning to organize the medical kit back to how it had been.
Roman groaned.
"Don't remind me. I mean- every villain has a weakness! It's never this hard to track down a villain!" Roman complained. Patton gently kissed Roman's temple, hand resting on the back of his head.
"Tell you what. Half an hour of work, but then we're done for the night. Then, one hour of TV, I know you've been wanting to catch up on Steven Universe Logan, then bed." Patton suggested. Roman considered Patton's suggestion slowly, debating it with himself.
"Alright." Roman said.
"Exellent." Logan agreed. He shut the medical kit and replaced it to the cabinet below the sink, and made his way to the kitchen.
Roman stood up and kissed Patton gently before heading out of the bathroom as well. What a night it had been so far. The hero hoped that tonights research may lead somewhere, Anxiety had been a thorn in the trios side for months.
Logan watched as Roman walked into the kitchen, sitting at the table with his laptop. Roman sat as well, opening his phone up to begin his search for more evidence into this Anxiety character.
"Anxiety's banter is pretty fun though, you do have to admit." Patton said, the last of the three to enter the kitchen. He grabbed three glasses and poured some water, setting a glass down for both Roman and Logan who quietly thanked their lover.
"It is. He is entertaining, almost reminds me of Roman." Logan agreed. The red-themed Roman gasped in offense.
"Me? The same as that emo? Never! He may be witty but I have my dashing good looks and my fantastic personality!" Roman replied. Patton giggled softly.
"You do, yes, but he's funny! I don't know. Just an observation Roro." Patton replied, sitting down and opening his laptop. Roman sipped his glass of water, sulking at the revelation he shared much of his dramatics and humor with his nemesis.
"Logan's pretty quick with his comebacks, too." Roman said, Logan chuckling softly.
"Thank you Roman. I do try to keep up with you as much as I can, otherwise you'd outshine me into oblivion." Logan replied, scrolling on his computer through lists of names.
"Very true. I am the life of the hero scene." Roman said, seemingly satisfied with his compliments and finally turning to the work he had planned on starting.
