One day after the first lesson on the library Ikiara had woken up with a small yawn, stretching her arms and rubbing one of her eyes and sitting up, looking at her window and letting out a small sigh "I hope you're okay, wherever you are guys..." she spoke to herself, followed by her standing up and getting ready for the day, taking a small shower and getting changing into a clean pair of clothes, hearing a knock on the door as she was fixing her hair.

"Fallen angel? Are you awake?" Luridad's voice asked through the door, making the girl turn around to look at the door, smiling a bit "yeah I was just getting ready, I'll be there for a second "she spoke, in response the other young female nodded in response "alrigth, I'll be waiting for you downstairs, father is making breakfast", "I'll be there "after that exchange the girl in black walked back downstairs while Ikiara turned to the mirror once more.

After a couple of minutes Ikiara finished getting her hair ready, taking a small breath and walking outside of her room making her way downstairs and over to the kitchen, saying good morning to Yugikari. both girls finished their breakfast in a couple of minutes, leaving the house and heading back to the first library, walking inside and looking over for some of the books they had picked up last day, to a table, dropping their books on It as they sat down "alrigth we should probably continue with elemental magic today, once you get that mastered, we will be able to get to something more advanced "Luridad spoke "understood "Ikiara responded to her words.

Opening the book and passing through the fire spell she had achieved previously, stopping on the next page "alrigth this one is a gust of wind, do you think you can manage that Ikiara?" she asked making her nod "I'll do my best "she said with a smile on her face taking a good look at the page and tilting her head a bit observing the picture and instructions for it "okay... I think I got it "she said closing her eyes for a moment and following the movements with her hands almost down to every detail, and as the last sign of her hand finished a small gust of wind was produced from her palms, making Luridad clapping her hands "amazing fallen angel! you did it!" she cheered excitedly.

"Are you sure I did it right? That gust was very small" Ikiara commented as she looked over at her palms for a moment, then turning her sight back towards Luridad who just smiled and giggled softly " well of course it is, You're still a beginner, even you are incredibly talented you can't except to create a hurricane on your first try" she said " don't worry you'll be a high class sorceress in no time" she added with a wink making Ikiara blush for a moment looking away as she moved one of the locks of her hair in embarrassment.

"u...uh what do you mean by high class?" the purple eyed female responded trying to change the subject "oh right! I guess I forgot to say this yesterday to the power of a magician, sorcerer, witch and so on is divided by classes, you for example are a beginner, a prodigy beginner I would say but still one, after that there is medium, advanced, high class and lastly the expert class" she explained "huh... that's interesting "Ikiara said before she looked back down at her hands "so I'm a beginner ..."

"Well, well, well what do we have here" a voice not to far from them said, it was a straight and ever so slightly classy tone, this caused both girls to turn over to the direction of the voice, another female coming on sigh, a porcelain skin colored and long puffy blond hair as well as blue eyes and wearing a dark blue and black uniform like clothing.

"Uh... hello?" Ikiara said a little confused by the sudden interruption from this new person "so there is a bit of fresh meat on the library "she said while smiling looking at them with her hands on her back "What are you doing here Elizabeth? Luridad asking revealing the name of the girl in front of them "hmmm I was merely curious about why the daughter of Darligh family is hanging around a commoner foreigner "she said with a judgmental tone towards Ikiara while having a smug smile on her face.

"Oh, please Elizabeth the only reason you're a high-class sorceress is because daddy has gotten everything for you, especially rigged tests "Luridad shot back while she gave a small glare "she's a high class? But isn't she around the same age as us? "Ikiara asked as she looked over, not seeming to bothered by the words by Elizabeth and only more curious about the situation "well of course I am, some people are just born with more talent than others, and I happen to be one of the few high-class sorceresses of my age "she spoke with a hand on her chest and pride on her tone.

"With a little help from daddy dearest "Luridad spoke as she leaned her head to the side with a small cheeky smile "Hmpf say what you wish Luridad, as I was saying before you interrupted, I am one of the few high classes of our age and you happen to be the another one, so my question still stands, why is someone like you with someone like her?" she asked with her arms crossed and her hand opened.

"Ah well that is very easy, the reason why she is with me is because she's helping me, I kinda ended up in this place by accident and she as well as her father were kind enough to give a place to live on learn about this magic stuff, because well.... i have two brothers, and I don't know where they are, learning magic is the only chance I have to find a way to reunite with them... "Ikiara responded to her before closing the book for a moment and then turning her sight back at Elizabeth "I think that is a good reason don't you? It's not some cheap status or wealth position but I think it's enough" she added with a very straight look, she wasn't smug or checky like the other two girls, she just gave a very direct look that said clear as day that it was time for the blond girl to leave them alone.

Upon such straight forwardness from Ikiara and her bold words caused her to gasp, offended of being talked by such a peasant, or so she said, so she simply crossed her arms and strolled away.

"wow, I never expected you to tell off Elizabeth that directly fallen angel... didn't even knew you had it in you" she said while she smiled softly at her, making Ikiara turn her head back over at her "oh...uhm sorry I didn't knew what came over me, I just started to not like the way she was talking, and I wanted to make it very clear that she is not welcomed here as long as she has that attitude " Ikiara responded with a small sigh before opening the book once more "I guess I just prefer to tell people things directly" she added.

Luridad giggled a little as she listened while she leaned her hand onto her cheek "every day I learn new things, I love that "she responded making the other female blush slightly while she smiled lightly "ah, well thank you, that's very sweet of you, should we continue on with the book?" she asked smiling nervously as she played with her hair a little once more.

"well off course " she said and leaned a bit closer to her, as the day went through the girls looked down through the pages of this elemental magic book, and just like the day before showed to be a fast learner, being able to replicate all sorts of elemental spells in a impressively short amount of time.

But even though her progress was quicker than usual, her spells weren't quite perfect, or well not perfect on practice, while in theory they didn't had flaws they were still not nearly as powerful as they should be, so if she wanted to achieve her goal, she would need to not only learn the process to perform these spells but she would also need to train herself in order to use them in full force.

Heeeeeeeey author here, yeah sorry for completely fumbling the bag with the updates, I kinda lost motivation for a long time, but I managed to get it back with the new year, hopefully I'll be able to make more consistent updates this years, and to anyone who's reading this book, thank you.
