The Collector

On land, at the Country Area of Harmonious Land, a stampede of sheep scattered away in fear, leaving a cloud of dust behind them. Aggie was spinning her lasso in the air while riding on a horse to catch the runaway sheep. The horse she rode on wasn't a horse at all, but revealed to be a Normal Country Troll named Gust Tumbleweed, helping her catch a runaway herd, and bringing them back in their pen.

While Gust was rounding up the sheep, Aggie noticed a black one running away from the herd.

"Yeeeeeee-haaaaaaaw! Rope them doggies!" Aggie yelled as she finally threw her lasso to the black sheep, hoping to reach for it, and the rope tied it all over its waist. Aggie was happy that she got her sheep. She slowly pulled the rope with the sheep while Gust brought all of them to their pen.

When all of the sheep returned to the pen with Gust holding the door, Aggie hopped down from his back, and dragged the little black sheep into the pen with the others, and the Country Trolls closed the pen, and locked it tight.

"Great wawk, Aggie," Gust commented as he high0fived with Aggie, "Ay think y'all's lassoing skills done had done improved!"

"Thanks to you, Gust. I can't think of any best friend who can help me become a cowgirl other than you," Aggie patted Gust on the shoulder.

"Eh, that's what friends are faw," the Country Troll ruffled Aggie's hair, "So, what are ya gunna do faw the rest av the day?"

"Gee, I don't know," the colorless Magic Musical Troll shook her head, "I always go to the beach to collect more ocean stuff,"

"Whoa, whoa, settle down there, Aggie. Are ya sure ya weren't tered ov collecting mawe underwatuurr collection? Ay mean, ya collec since... fawevuurr!"

"I can't help myself, Gust! The ocean... it's like my one true love, and its materials and objects, they are filled with wonders I can't explain. Not just seashells, there are bright fishes, the beautiful corals, the beats of Techno music."

"What's awful wrong with Country music? ayn' what's awful wrong a-livin' on land?"

"Nothing's wrong with them, Gust... But I want something more, and I've been living on land my whole life. I want something new, I want something different," Aggie looked at the horizon, the direction where the beach is, "There's a whole other world out there."

Gust sighed while tilting his hat, feeling concerned for his friend, "Aggie, this here is where ya belawng. We live on land. Ay should know, I'm y'all's best friend. Ay know that there. As y'all's best friend, ay should be suppawtive, but ay don't want y'all ta get in trouble with y'all's parents."

"Exactly! And that is why I trust you to cover for me... and help me out if I find more ocean collection on the beach."

"I can't today, Aggie, I have important work to do."

"Important work? Was it the rodeo, or fun sheriffing... or your date with Holly Darlin'?" Aggie smirked.

Gust turned to her with a blush on his face, "What?! what makes y'all say that there?!"

"Come on, Gust. I know you and Holly have some kind of chemistry, and you have had a crush on her since we're kids! Maybe it's time to ask her out," the princess of the Magic Musical Trolls advised.

But Gust fiddled his finger in embarrassment as he stammered, "I... ay can't. I'm afeared she done might say naw, ayn' holly darlin' is too beautiful faw me."

"And deserves a handsome fellow like you," Aggie playfully punched him on his shoulder, "Gust, you're the most unique, honest, brave, loyal, smart, and determined Troll I know. How will Holly say no to that kind of Troll like you?"

"Aaawww, ya done said that there ta othuurr Trolls, Aggie, ayn' ay would like ta say the same with ya," Gust chuckled, until he changed the topic, "Which reminds me, when are ya gunna faand ayy Troll in y'all's life?"

"Gust, I have no time to find someone," the princess rolled her eyes, "Besides, if I found a Troll, he won't understand my love for ocean materials. Also, I already found my true love... the ocean."

"Hmm, yeah, a-knowin' y'all, y'all like thay ...uhh ocean," the cowboy said, "All right, if ya nee help done related ta that there, ay ken help ya, but just this here mawning!" Aggie nodded to him, "So, what do ya nee?"

"There is one thing," Aggie said.

Later, when Aggie and Gust went to the beach, they each had their shovel, and dug on the sand.

"Ay can't believe ay agree ta help ya," Gust wiped the sweat off his forehead as he continued digging.

"Well, you said so, so you did," Aggie chuckled while digging.

The two Trolls were digging for an hour, and the sun was getting hotter.

"How deep are we gunna faand here?" Gust asked.

"When you already find anything but seashells and other moving sea animals," Aggie said.

As they kept digging, Gust felt his shovel hit a solid object below, "Look at what ay done found!"

Aggie was so excited when she heard Gust what he had found as the two continued to dug even faster to see the whole thing.

It only took 15 minutes when they completed digging, and the two Trolls moved backwards to see what they've got.

"Wow!" Aggie gasped as it was revealed to be a skeleton of an aquatic mammal, but more like an infant than an adult, "A baby orca skeleton!"

"So, how are we gunna get it out ov here?" Gust asked.

When she looked at him, Aggie smirked.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the castle of the Magic Musical Royal Family, Aggie and Gust decided to take the back door of the kitchen. Aggie poked her head from the door to see if there was any Troll around. Seeing that the kitchen is empty, Aggie nodded at Gust behind her as she helped him get in with a baby orca skeleton on his back. Before Aggie and Gust could reach the door out of the kitchen, Aggie saw a platter of cupcakes from the counter as she was about to get some.

But Gust pissed at her quietly, and reminded, "Psst! Aggie, would ya stop a-thinkin' about food, ayn' help me get this here skeleton ta y'all's collecshun roawum?!"

When Gust slowly galloped ahead, Aggie took just one cupcake, and hid it in her hair before following Gust to help him out of the kitchen to the hallway.

Aggie poked her head from hiding behind the plant. When she nodded, she helped Gust carry the baby orca skeleton across the castle halls while trying to stay hidden from the staff and her family.

Carrying a baby orca skeleton on his back wasn't so easy. Gust tried to keep the bones intact while carrying the skeleton across the halls as quietly as he could. But he couldn't help but his hooves made loud taps on the floor.

"Sshhh!" Aggie called him

"I'm a-tryin', but this here skeleton is so heavy!" Gust complained quietly.

Just then, at the next hall, Aggie and Gust noticed a large shadow figure shrinking. That meant someone's coming.

Aggie quickly pushed Gust with the baby orca skeleton at the nearby janitor's closet, and closed it to hide him there.

When 3 Magic Pop Troll maids came by, they only saw Aggie in the middle of the hall.

"Hi!" She greeted sheepishly.

The 3 maids were a little suspicious about the princess since they noticed her smile wasn't a real smile, but they didn't seem to care since the princess did mischievous things before, and some weren't so harmful.

When the maids left, Aggie sighed in relief as she opened the janitor's closet's door, and noticed Gust groaned in pain with the baby orca's skeleton on his back. Aggie helped him get up with the skeleton, and guided her friend through the halls.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When Aggie and Gust made it to another empty hall, Aggie recognized this part of the castle as she pushed something on the wall, a square button, and the wall opened, revealing a secret room

Aggie entered inside while dragging Gust along, "Come on!"

When the two entered the room with Aggie closing the door shut behind them. The room was revealed to be a collection room full of the underwater-themed objects, such as seashells, sea glass, objects such as utensils and dining plate sets made of corals and clams, starfishes that were kept in fish bowls, and skeletons from different sea creatures. The surroundings looked like an underwater cave with lights rippled like water.

Gust already knew the place all his life. He was helping Aggie collect underwater materials and he had been in this secret place when they were younger.

Gust put down the skeleton with some bones that were detached from each other, "So, we bring the bones here. Where should we put it aw how will y'all put it here?"

Aggie smirked in response.

The two then put the skeleton pieces back together with metal joints so the points won't detach from each other again.

"Whel, it's nahwt ayy jigsaw puzzle, but it would be darn good faw me ta improve my puzzling skill faw a-bein' ayy fun sheriff," Gust groaned as he attached one bone to another.

"See? I told you it's fun!" Aggie chuckled.

After 2 hours, Aggie and Gust finished putting the baby orca skeleton together without any mistake at all. It wasn't easy since it's a big skeleton, but thanks to what they had researched on the internet, they know which bone of the orca was placed in another. It was complete with no missing part.

"Okay, I think we did a great job!" Aggie placed her hands on her shoulders while staring at the finished baby orca skeleton, "Now all we have to do is to hang it..."

When Aggie turned around, she noticed Gust was sleeping after all that work of putting the skeleton together like a puzzle. Aggie quietly chuckled as she won't miss this opportunity to sneak out without anyone, not even her friend, to stop her. She tiptoed out of the room, and quietly closed the wall.

Aggie quietly ran through many halls of the castle until she found the doors, and burst out to run and head towards the beach.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When Aggie made it to the beach, she wore her glass helmet and dove into the water. Aggie swam all over as she only saw small corals and fishes, but nothing much excitement she noticed here. She already collected things for her collection in the shallow water. She wanted something new and exciting.

She then stared at the horizon of the ocean from afar, where she was forbidden to explore there. Aggie knew her parents won't allow her to go further into the ocean, but she wanted to see something new and more of the ocean, and, at least, collect one small thing. Aggie sighed. As much as she loved to go farther, she had to obey her parents. She decided to head back to shore... but before she could reach the edge of the shore, she looked back...

It might be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for her to go farther as she shrugged, and decided to swim forward. When the ocean got deeper and deeper, Aggie swam down below, far from the surface. She was then encountered by a red dolphin. Aggie was a little scared at first because dolphins have teeth, but the dolphin meant no harm as it swam all over her, making her twirl. Aggie chuckled when she felt a little tickling with the dolphin twirling her around. The dolphin then showed its back, wanting her to ride on.

Aggie never rode on a dolphin before, but it looked like it wanted to show her something. So, Aggie grabbed its dorsal fin, and swam off. The dolphin then led her in a crystal underwater cave. Aggie gasped as she saw how deep and dark the cave is. The dolphin then led her in. They swam into the dark cave with no scary or surprising sea creatures to spook them. When the dolphin then swam up, Aggie realized the dolphin took her up to the surface of the water where they were in a crystal cave filled with blue and purple crystals.

Aggie's jaws dropped in amazement as she never saw a cave like this underwater before. These crystals are so new and beautiful to her. Just exactly what she needed for her collection. She started to gather some crystals, and put them in the bag.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Meanwhile, back in the castle, in Aggie's secret collection room, Gust woke up from his nap with a drool from his mouth to his palm. He shook his head, and rubbed his eyes. He didn't know how long he was sleeping, but he looked around, and realized he was all alone with Aggie's collection.

"Wha-?" Gust noticed that Aggie was nowhere to be found, "Aggie, Aggie, where are ya?"

Realizing that Aggie might be out there back in the beach again, Gust groaned as he got up, and ran out of the room, not before closing the wall so no one would know about Aggie's secret room.

"Ugh! I knew she would do this! Why did I fall asleep?" He murmured to himself as he galloped through the hallway.

When Gust turned to head to another hall, he was encountered by King Galileo, Queen Bernadette, Noel, and Agnes themselves. The Country Troll gasped as he put his hooves down to himself from running over the royal leaders.

"Gust?" Queen Bernadette recognized the Country Troll.

"What are you doing here?" King Galileo asked.

Gust stared at the Magic Musical leaders in fear as he couldn't lie to them. He was too honest to cover for Aggie from the King and Queen of the Magic Musical Trolls

"Umm, whel, ferst ay done came here ta bring Aggie bak, but... I... uh...," Gust was about to explain, but he promised to keep one thing about Aggie.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Back in the crystal cave, Aggie finished collecting the crystals while the dolphin was waiting for her. Aggie dove back into the water with her bag, and the dolphin sent her out of the cave with her holding on the dorsal fin.

The dolphin then sent Aggie back to the swallowed part of the sea. Aggie patted the dolphin as a gesture of a[[recitation before giving it a fish as its treat. The dolphin accepted it before swimming away. Aggie waved goodbye to the dolphin before swimming towards the shore.

When Aggie made it back on land, she panted tiredly because of all that swimming. Sometimes, the water that soaked her dress made her look heavy. She took off her water-proof glass helmet, and put the bag down. Just then, she heard loud clear throat sounds, and saw 2 pairs of feet (one pair is dark red, and the other pair is yellow with glitter).

Aggie looked up, and saw her parents, glaring disappointedly on her with her half-siblings and Gust behind them.

"Sawry, Aggie, ay done tried," Gust confessed in guilt for not trying to cover for his friend.

Aggie groaned in defeat before dumping her head on the sand. She knew she was in big trouble.

Finally, I posted Aggie's chapter where she was introduced! In this AU, Aggie is still gray, and her best friend is Gust Tumbleweed. She's also a collector for aquatic and oceanic things.

I hope you like this new chapter!
