Another day in Troll Kingdom.

In Techno Reef, Trollex was sleeping peacefully as he woke up with a soft arm, stretched his arms, and smiled when he opened his eyes. He couldn't forget his first trip on land, all thanks to the princess of Harmonious Land herself.

But Trollex couldn't help but think about Aggie. He knew they just met, but there was something about Aggie that he couldn't figure out yet. He saw her as the nicest Troll he ever met, but why would he feel something funny whenever he thought of her or looked at her? Trollex was confused by the feeling as he decided to ignore it for a while, and decided to do his routines today.

After finishing his duties in preparation for his coronation and his arranged wedding, Trollex went outside his castle with Beat, and put back the Smollex statue he made yesterday. Like yesterday, he had to leave Smollex in charge, covering for Trollex, and Beat was still panicking about that plan. The prince soon swam towards the direction of land.

At the shore of Harmonious Land, Aggie paced around the beach, waiting for Trollex. She could've sworn he promised they'll meet again the next day. Too bad they didn't share numbers yet so they can't text each other.

While Aggie was pacing around. She was thinking of Trollex. She felt something inside of her that she never felt with other Trolls before. Showing Trollex around yesterday made Aggie... really happy, happier than when she was with her other friends. She even laughed at his curiosity. He was very nice and cute and all, but too bad he will get married soon. Guess Aggie has to be supportive because she and Trollex started to become good friends. She shook her head, and let those thoughts go for now.

She then noticed something... or someone... emerged from the water. It was none other than the Prince of Techno himself

Aggie laughed in relief, "Trollex, you're here again! I would've thought you decided to stop visiting the land!"

Trollex then dragged himself out of the water, and stood on his fins, "Are you kidding? After having a good time yesterday, I'm craving for more adventures out of the water," they both laughed, "So, where are we going next?"

"I think we can go to Pop Village. It's our neighboring kingdom. And one of the nicest kingdoms of all!" Aggie suggested.

"Yeah, I heard of the Pop Trolls, my parents were friends with King Peppy," Trollex said.

"Great! Let's go!" Aggie took out her Aggie decoy from under the rock, and placed it on top of it. She grabbed Trollex's hand, and dragged her with him out of the beach.

Trollex blushed a little when he felt Aggie held his hand, and tried to catch up with her pace she was running in excitement.

When Trollex and Aggie took a bus from the bus station of Harmonious Land, it took them to another kingdom, where the Pop Trolls live; Pop Village.

The bus made a stop as the two royals hopped down, and the bus sped up away.

Here in Pop Village, only music that Trollex heard here was Pop music as the Trolls were led to sing by their princess.

Aggie smirked at Trollex, who was looking around wondrously. He had never seen Pop Village before, nor did he do anything about the Pop Tribe. The whole place was so colorful and cheerful, similar to his tribe. He saw how young Pop Trolls played happily together, and running with their little feet. Pop Troll parents kept their eggs and younglings in their hair, and most of the tribe ate a lot of sweets. Trollex then looked up at the biggest tree in all of Pop Village. It consisted of colorful pods hanging on branches. He had never seen such colorful hanging pods before. They looked like lanterns on a tree.

"Pop Trolls lived in those pods?" He asked,

"Yeah, the pods were made of their hair. And they have them hang on trees," Aggie explained.

"Very impressive. I mean, I see a lot of pods back in Techno Reef, but maybe ours are aquatic pods, and they were placed on the ocean floor or on corals."

Just then, a cheerful and optimistic voice was heard to their left, "Princess Aggie!"

Aggie turned around, and saw the pink Pop Troll that she recognized, "Princess Poppy!"

The two princesses ran towards each other, and shared a tight hug.

"What are you doing here?! I mean, the holidays aren't close yet, but the sooner, the better, right?" Poppy laughed,

"Actually, Poppy, I'm with..." Before Aggie could finish, Poppy noticed a Techno Troll behind the Magic Musical Princess.

"Prince Trollex," She gasped as Trollex nervously waved a hand on the Pop princess, "What are you doing here? Are you allowed to go on land?"

"Um..." Trollex shouldn't tell Princess Poppy the truth that he was sneaking out just to visit the land as he nodded with a sheepish grin, "Yeah, yes I am! So. There's no need to tell my parents, right? Because I'm allowed!"

Aggie remembered that Trollex never told his parents about him visiting the land, until Trollex winked at her, gesturing to go with it. Aggie understood now as she grinned nervously.

"Alright then!" Poppy bought it as she nodded. Then, she noticed her hug time watch chimed, "Hug time!"

"HUG TIME!" The Pop Trolls and Aggie yelled happily as they all shared a hug with each other.

Trollex looked around confusingly, "What is going on?"

"It's hug time! We Pop Trolls have hug time every hour," Poppy explained while releasing Aggie from the hug

"What's that?" Trollex pointed to Poppy's wrist.

"It's a hug time watch. This is how we'll know when Hug Time is," the Pop princess brought his wrist in front of the Techno Prince's face for a closer look.

Trollex took a look at it, and saw it was like a bracelet or a wrist watch, but has a glowing flower on it, "It's... beautiful. I have never had this before."

"Here! You can have one!" Poppy took out a blue-flower hug time watch.

"Really? Thank you, Princess Poppy," Trollex took the watch, and put it on his wrist.

"Ah, just Poppy. Everyone always called me that. So, you came here for..."

Aggie then interrupted her, "Oh, you know Techno Trolls, they don't come to land at times, so... Trollex was..."

"Oh, you want to know more about Land Pop Trolls? I can show you around. We have a lot of things here in Pop Village. Let's go!" Poppy agreed to take Trollex on a tour in Pop Village.

Poppy led Trollex and Aggie to the marketplace where Pop Trolls sold goodies, like candies, cakes, cupcakes, chocolates, and other sweet stuff. Aggie bought two cones of cotton candy as she gave one for Trollex.

Along the way, Trollex bumped into a huge bug-like creature that was a Wooferbug. Trollex never saw a real Wooferbug before as he patted it. It was so furry, and he was immediately in love with it. Then, he heard a DJ scratching sound. He was familiar of it. He looked up, and noticed DJ Suki, watching him playing with Wooferbug. She then waved at the prince as Trollex waved back at her.

When Poppy and Aggie took Trollex to Satin and Chenille's pod, the Fashion Twins measured Trollex to make an outfit for him. It took only less than an hour for them to finish as Trollex was wearing a yellow T-shirt that says "Party on" in big light blue letters and is decorated with designs of confetti on it, and a white blue striped zebra jacket. Trollex looked at himself in the mirror, and he thought he looked good with it.

Next, the three met up with Cooper, one of the Funk princes himself. Cooper recognized Trollex too, but the latter didn't recognize the former. Cooper explained his life, and how he was interested among the Pop Trolls, and decided to visit them every day, and his parents didn't mind at all. Cooper then pooped out a cupcake, and handed it to Trollex, but the Techno Prince nicely declined the offer.

When Poppy showed Trollex the flowers she planted around with glowflies flying around the garden, Trollex bent down, and smelled down. These are the most beautiful flowers he had ever seen. He then picked some of them, making into a bouquet, and turned to give them to Aggie as a friendship gift., who was surprised by the gesture as Aggie happily accepted it. Both Trollex and Aggie turned away from each other, and began to blush. Though the flowers are just gifts for a friend, it might be for something else.

They then went to Branch's bunker where Branch showed Trollex around, and how he was able to survive. He even mentioned drinking his own sweat, which was disgusting. Trollex then noticed a shelf of invitations as he took and about to open one. Branch noticed the Techno Prince found his secret shelf as he ran to retrieve the invitation. But it was too late. Trollex opened it, causing glitter to burst out. This caught the princesses' attention as Poppy noticed the secret shelf that contained the old invitations she gave to Branch all these years. This caused Branch to blush embarrassingly as the royals laughed.

Then, Poppy and Aggie took Trollex to the glitter pits where the Glitter Trolls clung to the trees to shower glitter all over them. For the first time in his life, Trollex experienced what they called glitter. It was miraculous. He shoved some in his hands, and threw them in the air, showering even more glitter above. The other Pop Trolls joined in by diving into the glitter pit. Aggie was also enjoying the moment as she raised her hands in the air, and jumped around like a little kid.

While enjoying the glitter, Trollex slowly gazed at Aggie, who was enjoying her time. Because of the glitter showered around her, Trollex saw how pretty Aggie was, even with her big cheerful smile. He suddenly blushed whenever he saw her lovely face. She was so adorable. But then, Trollex snapped out of realization, still confused about how he felt for Aggie all of a sudden. They just started to become friends. He couldn't have feelings for her more than a friend. No! No. That was just hallucination from eating too many sweets earlier. It was just fragments of his subconscious mind. It was not real.

Later, after a fun time, Poppy, Trollex, and Aggie got out of the glitter pits as they brushed off the glitter off their clothes and body.

"Hey, I saw that look when you look at Branch. You liked him!" Aggie teased the Pop princess.

"No, not at all!" Poppy was in denial, but her face turned red.

"Watch your mouth, princess. When you keep saying, 'friends', you'll never find a king to take care of you!" The Magic Musical Princess warned as both princesses laughed while Trollex was behind them, and didn't laugh along with them. Aggie turned to notice a "loner" Trollex, "Trollex, are you okay?"

Trollex was startled when Aggie called him as he answered, "Uummm... yeah, I'm fine! Just... couldn't get over the glitter back there!" He chuckled, "And I didn't know Pop music also needed a DJ around here."

"DJ Suki is a professional! She hosted a lot of good parties besides myself," Poppy explained.

"Yeah, I... I noticed," Trollex then took off his Pop outfit, and put his Pop collection, like a bag of glitter, a hug watch, and a bag of candies and treats, in his hair for safe keeping, "So, where do you want to go next?!"

"Maybe we can go to Symphonyville, where the Classical Trolls lived," Aggie answered.

"Oh, you two need a hot air balloon instead of a bus. The mountains aren't easy to climb these days," Poppy said.

"In that case, can I borrow your hot air balloon?"

"Sure, Sheila won't mind!"

When Poppy prepared the hot-air balloon for Trollex and Aggie, the two hopped on the basket, and Poppy untied the ropes off the balloon, releasing it to fly.

"Thanks, Poppy, I'll return Sheila later!" Aggie shouted.

"Good luck, you two!" Poppy yelled back.

As Poppy watched the balloon carrying Trollex and Aggie to Symphonyville, Branch came by to join her.

"Something tells me there's gonna be chemistry between these two," He said.

"Yep... Yep they definitely do," the princess crossed her arms in agreement.

While traveling in the air, Trollex stuck his head out of the basket to see the world below the hot air balloon. Though this wasn't his first time flying because he rode on the Funk Trolls' spaceships, he was still amazed by the world below him. He could see small critters down there, and riding in a hot-air balloon was so slow. It was so new for him, that's why he was so happy and enthusiastic rather than being bored of travelling slower.

"Wow, you can definitely see the whole Pop Village up here," Trollex breathed the fresh air, and exhaled.

"First time flying?" Aggie asked.

"Not counting Vibe City because it's a close spaceship, then yeah."

"We'll be in Symphonyville in a few hours. Right now, let's... talk about something to... you know, pass the time."

"Yeah... that would be great."

Aggie sat down in the basket as Trollex sat beside him. The two didn't start talking yet as they kept their mouths shut, making awkward silences.

Then, Aggie finally spoke, "Is... there something on your mind, Trollex?"

Trollex then answered her, with a tone of jealousy, "You know what, Aggie? You're very lucky. Your parents allowed you to do whatever you want, and you'll be a queen soon in your own rights, while I... My parents forced me to do whatever they wanted to do for me. It's their 'tradition', they said. I should be around the kingdom all the time, and not go out to see the world because there will be no time for that once I become king."

Aggie felt sorry for Trollex while comforting him by patting his back, "That's... awful, but I know your parents knew what's best for you."

"What's best for me? Huh. Like they're going to force me to marry my childhood best friend!" Trollex shouted as he took out a photo of his future "fiancée", and showed it to Aggie, "Bliss Marina."

Aggie looked at the photo, and cooed, "Aaaawww, she's beautiful."

"She kinda is, but... I don't really love her romantically. She and I are best friends, and nothing else. I... I don't have feelings for her."

"Then why didn't you tell your parents that you don't wanna marry her?"

"I tried, but I can't get out of it. It was already arranged!" Trollex sighed loudly, "I hate it when my parents force me to do whatever they want for me to be a better king and a better ruler. I guess there's no other way but to follow my destiny."

"Well, at least you won't be alone ruling your kingdom... I will be," Aggie frowned.

"What are you talking about? I thought you don't want to be forced to get married."

"I don't, but honestly, I do want to get married. I mean, I want someone to rule Harmonious Land with me. Loving me every day, having kids, we'll be a happy family together. It would be a dream come true."

"What about Gust?"

"Eww, no! He's just my friend. Besides, he already has someone in mind, and I respect him. But, someday, I will find my one true love. I just know it."

Trollex felt sorry for Aggie. As much as she's okay not being forced to get married, she wanted a companion to rule with her and spend the rest of his life with her, "Well, I know that you'll find him someday... maybe he was just around and you don't know that yet."

"You're funny, but... thanks." Aggie snorted, but sighed a second later, "Actually, my parents didn't make me do everything I wanted. Why else I placed a decoy of myself on the beach? And they wanted to be a proper princess, and they didn't like how I became so obsessed with the sea. That's why they rather bought me sea collections made on land than collecting them from the sea."

"Wow, they do give you limits," Trollex understood her, and nodded, "Hey, you have your own clam phone, right?"

Aggie took out her rectangular touch phone from her hair, "You mean, cell phone? I do. You?"

Trollex took out his phone that looked like a clam shell from his hair, "Huh, our phones look different. You wanna share numbers?"

"Sure!" Aggie nodded as the two showed each other's cell phone numbers from their phone, "Wow, your phone is so cool! I didn't even know Techno Trolls have cell phones."

"Well, it looks different from land, I guess. We called them clam phones," Trollex then read Aggie's phone number, as he tapped "save" to add Aggie's number in his contacts, "There, now we can chat with each other, and... you have another friend!"

Aggie gasped, "You want to be my friend?"

"Well, you helped me show around, and we got a chance to get to know each other. I want to know more about you, even if we don't see each other... if you want to," Trollex said.

"Of course!" Aggie suddenly threw her arms around Trollex, much to his surprise.

Aggie was happy that she was friends with the Prince of Techno. Trollex was so surprised that a princess from Harmonious Land hugged him. She was so soft, and her hair was so silky. He wanted to react soon, but his arms just wrapped around her.

But then, she realized she was hugging him without giving him a heads up. Aggie pulled away, and said, feeling ashamed, "Oh, sorry, I shouldn't hug you all of a sudden like that. I was just so happy and..."

"It's okay. There's no need to apologize," Trollex assured her.

Aggie smiled, the looked down while blushing. She couldn't believe Trollex hugged her without a warning. But she did inhale his scent during the hug, and he smelled good. Suddenly, Aggie shook her head, not wanting to think about that. It's weird for her to think about her new friend.

Just then, the two heard beautiful and elegant music from afar. As they got closer at the area, the music, Violin Concerto in E Minor, Op. 64, MWV O 14: III. Allegro molto vivace, was played loudly but in a gentle mood.

"What's that sound?" Trollex asked.

"We're here!" Aggie said as she lowered the balloon down to the ground "Symphonyville!"

The two royals hopped out of the basket as Trollex was in awe of the scenery around him, especially the gentle serenity the environment had. He saw the marvelously tall, beautifully shaped buildings that looked like metronomes and other Classical instruments, and the high hills, where he noticed many Classical Trolls flying about, conversing with one another, and/or practicing their music. On the ground, he noticed the many fluffy cloud sheep and note critters that gently bounced around, and up high, near the highest mountain in Symphonyville, he saw a huge orchestra that was in the middle of practice, and the ring leader, or more specifically, the maestro of the orchestra, Conductor Wolfgang Amadeus Trollzart was conducting the band with his signature glowing baton that produced golden musical notes as he swung it around gently while conducting the orchestra.

"Wow! Are those Classical Trolls?" Trollex pointed to the flying Trolls.

"Yeah, they usually fly so we can walk as we want," Aggie chuckled.

"Their music... it's so..." Trollex closed his eyes, and let the music enter his ears, "So, peaceful."

"I know, right? Classical is one of my favorites, and that's why, I can't choose which music is the best for me, because every music is amazing!" Aggie frowned while Trollex looked at her with pity, "It's difficult for me to decide."

Just then, after the Classical Trolls ended their music, Trollzart turned, and spotted two non-Classical Trolls on the ground. He flew down with a gleeful smile, "Aggie, deary, it's so good to see you!"

"Trollzart!" Aggie bowed before the great conductor as he bowed back at her, "Oh, I like to introduce to you, Prince Trollex... of the Techno Trolls."

"The Techno Trolls? Ooh, we don't usually see any Techno Trolls here in Symphonyville... other than your parents, your highness," Trollzart told Trollex.

"Actually, I came up here on my own, seeing the world and all... with Aggie's help, of course," the young prince answered.

"Did your parents know about this?"

Just like Poppy, another leader asked if his parents knew about his whereabouts. Just what he needed. Trollex then lied again, "Yyyyyyes! Yes they do, actually!"

"Hhmmmm..." Trollzart looked sharply at the two. Trollex and Aggie grinned nervously, and almost sweated. Trollex hoped his lies worked while Aggie was still covering for him, "Well, royal children like you two don't lie, so I can take that. So, is there another reason why you choose Symphonyville to visit?"

"Uh, I..." Trollex tried to explain, but he was cut off by Aggie.

"Actually, Trollzart, yesterday, we went to Lonesome Flats and Vibe City. This morning, we went to Pop Village, so this is our next stop," Aggie explained, "And this prince right here, he's so curious about the land."

"A Techno Prince was curious about the land, and my kingdom?" the Classical leader inquired.

"Uh, yes," Prince Trollex nodded.

"Well, what are you waiting for? We, the Classical Trolls, welcome you to Symphonyville. Make yourselves at home, explore, and my Classical Trolls will take you on a grand tour, and become your hosts for your visit," Trollzart chuckled.

Few Classical Trolls flew down around Trollex and Aggie as they dragged them along.

Trollex and Aggie were invited to music theaters as they went to the two every hour or two. One was the opera, which made the two young royals almost fall asleep, and nearly leaned their heads against each other. The other theater was the orchestra theater where Trollzart was conducting on-stage and the Classical Trolls followed him.

Trollzart then led the two young royals to a Fine Dining restaurant where they served fine and classy food with fancier silverware and utensils. Trollex remembered he had these things in his collection. Now he understood where they came from. When they began to eat, Aggie showed how to properly and politely eat fine food as Trollex followed her actions.

Trollzart then welcomed Trollex and Aggie in his home as he gave Trollex a coat his size, and a spare baton to reminded him of Classical music, which the young prince happily accepted all of them. When Trollex tried the coat, it definitely fit his size. While Aggie was watching, her eyes widened when she saw Trollex in a fancy coat. He looked so handsome in her eyes. She could even daydream of him having twinkled stars around him. All of a sudden, Trollex turned to see Aggie if she was okay. This snapped Aggie out of her fantasies as she shook her head, and waved casually. Trollex nodded as he turned back to Trollex, who was fixing his coat. Aggie turned away as she realized this new feeling towards him. She couldn't be having a crush on Trollex. They're just friends, and he has someone else to marry. She has to stay focus of helping her friend explore the other kingdoms.

When another musical performance was held outdoors, Trollex and Aggie sat on chairs while Trollex ate some buttermilk cookies that the Classical Trolls made while listening to the music. When the music was finished, Trollzart turned to his guests, and bowed.

"Bravo! Bravo!" Aggie cheered.

"Another amazing performance!" Trollex added, "You never get tired of conducting, huh?"

"Young Trollex, I'm the conductor of the Classical Troll. I will never stop conducting until I retire," Trollzart patted the young Techno Prince's head.

"Umm, do you sing? Like with words?" asked Trollex.

"Aside from opera, we do sing," Trollzart answered.

Later, Trollzart led Trollex and Aggie back towards the hot air balloon where she was waiting for them. Trollex carried his new Classical collection like Classical sheet music, a spare baton Trollzart gave to him, a tea cup that he got from the restaurant, and a small harp in his arms.

"Trollzart, Symphonyville is amazing. It's so Classy, fancy, and also peaceful," Trollex said while tucking his new coat.

"Well, we Classical Trolls like to be polite and respect each other's differences. We would be rather clean and gentle than being... the opposite of those," Trollzart declared, "And I have to say, Prince Trollex, you look elegant with that coat."

"Really? Thank you. This isn't the first time I wore clothes. I wore Country and Funk-styled clothes yesterday, and Aggie taught me much about clothes."

"Did she, now? Well, you are lucky that you found the right teacher."

The three laughed as Aggie blushed by the compliment. She never thought she would be Trollex's teacher of land. She was only being a good friend with a fellow royal... and obviously not having a funny feeling around him.

"Well, I better hide these, and put them in my collection when I get back home," Trollex said as he took off his coat, and put all of his Classical stuff in his hair.

After saying goodbye to Trollzart, Trollex realized he's been gone longer than he thought. He decided to go back to Techno Reef before his parents found out he was gone. Aggie decided to fly the hot air balloon back to the beach of Harmonious Land.

When the balloon landed safely on the beach, Trollex hopped out of the basket, and hoped his hair could hold the things he wanted to add in his collections from the Pop and Classical tribes. He looked back at Aggie, and smiled at her.

Aggie shyly looked away before asking, "So, uh... tomorrow again?"

Trollex frowned, "Honestly, I can't tomorrow, because my mom and dad arranged for me to have a meeting with the council about my... arranged marriage."

"Oh." Aggie nodded, also frowning.

"But don't worry, since I have your number, I can text you when I'm available."

"Really?"

"Sure, I can reply to you."

"Great!"

Trollex then sighed, saddening that he'll be off back to Techno Reef soon, Well, I gotta go. I don't think Beat and Smollex are gonna cover for me any longer."

"Yeah, you should go. I have to send Sheila back to Poppy," Aggie added.

"Oh, don't worry about me, you two should enjoy the moment together while it lasts," Sheila giggled, making Trollex and Aggie blushed while looking down embarrassingly.

"Umm, I'll see you then?" Trollex asked as Aggie nodded before driving the balloon back into the air to take it back to Pop Village.

Trollex just watched the balloon flying as he dove back into the water.

Luckily, when he made it back to the Techno Reef, the Smollex decoy worked as his parents didn't suspect a thing. When no one followed him or looked at him, Trollex secretly went to his grotto to put all the stuff he collected from Pop Village and Symphonyville, and arranged them properly.

After returning Sheila to Pop Village, Aggie decided to take the bus back home.

On her way, she was frowning because Trollex wasn't around with her escorting her home. She couldn't stop thinking about him. He was very cute, handsome, and nice. He was very friendly and understandable to her. He even looked ravishing in that fancy coat Trollzart gave to him. She couldn't get his adorable and handsome face off her head as Aggie slapped herself across her face, trying to come to her senses that Prince Trollex wasn't the Troll for her. He's going to get married soon, and she shouldn't have a crush on him. She should accept that he's only a friend to her, and that's that... but why does Aggie still have this funny feeling for him? She sighed as he leaned her head on the bus window.

Later at night, when Trollex laid down on his clam bed, he started to think why he was feeling so different around Aggie. It's a whole new thing, and he didn't feel this way before... or for a long time. Trollex loved a lot of things about Aggie, even though he met her two days ago. She has a beautiful smile, a lovely voice, and a positive personality. He liked that about her, but why was this feeling so strong if Trollex liked Aggie as a friend... does this mean... he's in love with her?

It might not be possible. A Troll can't fall in love with someone they just met. It needed process. And he can't be in love because he was about to get married in the next three months. Trollex just hoped he's not in love too soon, not even to Aggie.

So, in this chapter, Pop and Classical were introduced. I got the song, "Move Your Feet / D.A.N.C.E. / It's A Sunshine Day" for Pop from the first movie of Trolls, and "Violin Concerto in E Minor, Op. 64, MWV O 14: III. Allegro molto vivace" for Classical from Trolls World Tour. I figured the title of the Classical music that Trollzart and the other Classical Trolls played in the movie by looking at the credits of the songs, and by Google. I also got the idea that Classical Trolls sang Opera from the novel version of the movie.

For Land Trolls, they have cell phones, while the Techno Trolls have clam phones for cell phones.

The songs don't belong to me.
