Parks were meant to be places for people young and young at heart to go so they can relax, run free, play and unwind.

Parks are places where memories are built.

Parks vary widely. From the neighborhood playground to the mega theme park.

Some parks have pools, basketball and tennis courts. Baseball, football and soccer fields. There are even dog parks.

The park near my house has a merry-go-round and monkey bars and murders.

That's right... a merry-go-round and monkey bars and murders.

The place that was designed for children to play and have fun has been taken over by criminals.

A park where criminals buy and sell drugs, have sex and commit MURDERS.

What is the world coming to?!?!?!?!?!?

Soon there may not be a safe place left for anyone.

Many childhood (and adult) memories are based on park settings.

We can illafford to allow our parks to become gangland property.

If for no other reason than childhood innocence the parks must remain a safe environment.

Think back to when you were a child... The park meant so much then.

Let's bring that safe fun feeling back for the children.
