"Piper, its one night. You'll have fun I promise!" Keegan, my best friend begs me.

  He was trying to get me to go to an Amusement Park.

   "I know you think roller coasters are stupid and ferris wheels are cheesy, but it'll be fun!" He begs again.

  "If I go, I'm not paying for anything!" I exclaim.

   "Okay, fine." He says.

I nod and finish up my homework. I knew that meant a dreadful night at the Amusement Park, I don't mind.

"See? It's not that bad." Keegan says over the music.

   "Keegan, I just saw a kid throw up after being on the ferris wheel....it can't get worst." I say.

   "Oh my god, she's here!" He exclaims. I frown, knowingly. Keegan has been obsessed with this girl named Sasha for all our high school career.

   "Would you hate me if I went to talk to her?" He asks. I sigh and shake my head no. I really do care. I already didnt want to come now I'll be alone.

It takes him 20 minutes to get 2 words out anyway.

   "Piper?" I hear someone say. I turn to see a really cute guy. Im confused because I dont recognize this really cute guy, but he knows my name.

   "Ummm....Hi?" I say, surely my confusion is written all over my face.

   "It's Parker...Parker Felton, remember me." He says and my eyes go wide.

  "P...Parker? Goofy Parker? Short Parker?" I ask in disbelief. He chuckles and nods.

   "That's me." He says and I about died right there.

  "Wow....um, wow." Is all I could say. I mean the guy went from back to school Forman Mills model to Abercrombie & Fitch sex god.

   "Hey, I know this is weird because we haven't seen each other in like 2 years, but do you want to grab a bite and get on the ferris wheel, I heard its a killer." He says and I chuckle.

    Parker has always been charming no matter how awkward he was. Truthfully I had a crush on the little dork and now that his personality is equal with his appearance, I think I might fall head over hills just sitting next to him and that didn't sound so bad.

  "Sure. I'd love to." I say and we lock arms and head to a concession stand.

  As we ate I look up to see Parker staring at me.

  "What? Do I have something on me?" I ask. He smiles.

  "No, just savoring the moment." He says. I furrow my eyebrows.

  "Why?"

"Want to head to that ferris wheel?" He says, ignoring my question.

   I nod.

"Fun fact, I hate heights." I say as we reach the top.

   " Oh come on, its beautiful here. Just sit back, breathe in, and look." He says and I did, and it was.

I look at him savoring the moment and suddenly ferris wheels weren't all that cheesy anymore.

Yep, I'm totally head over hills already.

This night was totally unexpected.
