ah! this little guy is sure making me anxious sometimes, but I just want to be a good lizard mom.

Charlie's been pretty shy, although I believe it's because of his new environment and new home. however, he's been making progress 🥰 he's starting to recognize me when I check on him, if he's awake. he'll start to like bob his head and wink at me when he sees me, and he likes to make a mess of his mealworms. he likes to come out late at night and early in the morning, and if I see him outside of his hiding place, he'll stand there and look at me.

and I managed to get another picture of him, but he's still a little hard to see.

I've thought about getting another one, just so Charlie isn't all that lonely, but I'm iffy. only bc I don't want gecko babies, and if they're both males, I'm afraid they'll hate each other, besides I only have a ten gallon tank 🙁
