Avi shook her head looking down. Sm held her hand.

Sm (cups her face): 1 minute Inspector. Main thing you are hiding Avneet. Don't be shameful for his faults. It wasn't your fault

Avi shook her head still looking down. Sid went and stood beside avi.

Sid (confused): What happened mom?
Sm: Wait I will tell you

Sid nodded.

Sm: Inspector I want to share this on behalf of Avneet
Constable: Okay!

Sid (shocked): What!

Sm nodded to Sid. Sid make fist of his hand. He was controlling his anger

Constable: We are leaving and he will be behind bars

Sm: Inspector please take him

Police left with Elvish dragging him out of house.

Sm: Sid go and get fresh
Sid (hug her): Are you okay? Mom
Sm (hug him back): I am perfectly fine. Now you go and get fresh

Sm (cups her face): I am proud of you.
Avi (pleading and tears were filled in eyes): Mom I want to go
Sm (cold voice): No you aren't going anywhere.

Avi nodded. Sm took her in room.

Sm: You sit here. I am going to make dinner

Avi nodded. Sm left avi went in gallery and sat on floor. Looking at stars

Avi (She was crying badly by now): After you left me. I literally don't want to live this life. You were the only one after mumma, papa as my real family. No doubt still mom is my family but I am missing you badly Jai. I want you to come and tease me, Pull my hairs, call me mumma. Come back Jai please.

She open her arms to come and hug her.

Jai: Hello di. My car is not working please come to pick me from college

Hangs up the call. She was having pain so it was difficult for her to stood up. Just then Sid came. He saw avi and chuckled

Sid: So you didn't enjoyed?
Avi (blushing): Shut up. Stop making fun of me. I have to go and pick Jai
Sid: You take rest. I am going. Don't worry
Avi: Hmm... Okay he is in college. His car isn't working
Sid: Alright

He pecked her lips and kiss her forehead then left. Avi laid of sofa.

After an hour. Sm and avi were sitting at Avi's home. Avi was worried so much. Sid came back alone

Avi (sweating her forehead, she was breathing so fast): Where is Jai?
Sid (worried): What Happened love?

He quickly went and sat beside avi. Hug her tight. She too hug him. Sid was rubbing her back to calm her down

Avi (sobbing on sid's shoulder): Where is Jai sid?
Sid: He already left from college with his friend. He will be here in few minutes. Now tell me what happened?
Avi (sobbing): Don't know but I am very scared

Avi's phone rang. Caller I'd Jai. Avi quickly received it

Avi (Sobbing badly): Jai. Ummm..... Jaii where are you? Why you are not at home till now? Sid came to pick you but you left from there.
Voice: Mam He is no more

Avi heard this and she was totally numb

Sm took phone from her hand

Sm: Jai
Voice: Mam I am not Jai. He met an accident on shivaji road and he is no more.

Sm was shocked. She somehow told this to Sid
