Continuing our journey with (Y/N) and Cilan on my side, we set down by the mountains and travel by foot to Striaton City. We didn't even feel the pain on our feet as we long to save Unova from its great crisis.

Striaton City, back to where it all began. The gym badges, Cilan, love, and even the end of Unova.

"I have to see if Chili's okay.."Cilan muttered, clenching his fist in sheer anger. It was a cold and windy day, but I prefer calling this a night due to its dark and cloudy sky. It was around 10 in the morning, but the sun was still covered by haze, as well as scattered clouds.

I turned to Cilan and stare at his green, sparkling eyes. He was sad, and you can see it directly by just looking at his eyes. Bloodshot eyes, with tears streaming down his cheeks. (Y/N) quickly pulled out her handkerchief and wiped Cilan's cheeks.

What is this feeling... My heart was beating fast and loud. You can hear the beat of my heart as it echoes in my head. My whole body felt numb and weak... I was shaking all over.

Cilan kneeled down and weep.(Y/N) hugged him and buried her face on Cilan's back.

I was supposed to be the one there.. But I was just standing there and staring at them...

"Cilan... Shh shh..."(Y/N) was tapping Cilan's back gently. He was still sobbing... And even I myself have no idea how to calm him down..

I looked away and bit my lower lip."We have to go..."

Cilan looked up at me and said,"Yeah... Yeah we should... Im sorry.."

Cilan stood up while (Y/N) placed her handkerchief back at her pocket.

We continued on our way, until it's already lunch time. We've been walking for several hours now... We even encountered wild pokemons that came by to attack us.

Cilan prepared the tables and (Y/N) and I helped as well. He was cooking the meal while I sat in front of (Y/N)... Until I have this guts to ask her—

"—Do you like Cilan?"She then turned to me with a shock in her face.

"Like? No. I don't. I haven't think about that just yet."She said, biting her finger and then glancing at me,"I have lots of crushes you know!"

"Crushes?"I then raised an eyebrow and look straight at her eyes.

"Yeah. Infatuation. I like a person temporarily because I like their attitude or their looks. But basically, that's not true love. Rather it's just like uhm... That person will be your inspiration!"She replied with a grin on her face.

"Oh."I then looked at Cilan who seems almost finished preparing lunch.

He was smiling, the first time in a few hours I saw him smile. But still, His eyes were staring at a vacuum space. He was zoning out.

"Pika pika..."Pikachu was hungry, so I gave him a pokemon food that I got back at the pokemon center.

"Victini would love some too.."Victini hopped beside Pikachu as they ate together.

The two pokemons ate until Cilan shouted faintly,"Lunch is Ready.."

He placed a stew on top of the table and a rice as well. Cilan sat beside me while he get some food for me and himself.

(Y/N) was quiet the rest of the lunch time, she was busy eating while Cilan and I are busy chit-chatting and of course, me trying to calm him down and lessen his stress.

After a while, we were all full and we have to continue our way to Striaton City.

While walking, another sound of faint static was heard. However, The effect of its sound wave is strong, and it can still make you crazy. The vibration...

"Arghhh!!"Cilan, (Y/N) and I covered our eyes desperately as we try to continue walking until the Static was gone.

"Why does that sound kept on repeating every once in a while... No one's even controlling it..."I pant and look back at the road we just pass by.

"Maybe it was Ghetsis and Colress. They still want to take over Unova so maybe their brainwash selves still wanted to do that. At least that's just a hunch because we are not there."Cilan raised his index finger as he explained further.

"Mmm... We'll see as soon as we get Chili and head back to Nacrene City."(Y/N) mumbled as we continued to walk down the path.

3 hours have passed, and we're not yet halfway to Striaton City. Cilan was already worried sick about Chili and Cress, while I'm worried about Serena—

—bad time to say that... I guess...

(Y/N) was shaking her GPS but the signal seems to be off."Arghh stupid!"

"Don't stress yourself out because of that. That really won't work because the satellites being blocked by the brainwashing machine."Cilan muttered while closing her GPS and placing it back in her bag.

"Hmmph!"She looked away and brushed Cilan's hand off her shoulder.

"Okay let's continue."Cilan shrugged and continued walking.

What's up with these two anyway?...

Another 3 hours have passed, im pretty sure I can see the city from here. Cilan dashed down the steep and grassy hill...

"Cilan waittt!"(Y/N) and I followed behind, but we tripped over, making Cilan,(Y/N) and I roll down the hill.

"Hahahahaha!"Cilan giggled, as well as (Y/N) and I,"that was fun!"

"I know!"(Y/N) stood up brushing her clothes and breathing a heavy sigh,"But Striaton City is way ahead"

Cilan nodded,"We should go. We can enjoy things later."

"Hmm"... I'm still wondering how we got here in just an hour...

Probably because we only focus on one destination without turning on the other way around.
