Permission.

"This is the best spot." Tew dragged Kongpob with him. Ushering him over the empty chairs in the library. The spot had all the lights to keep him awake and concentrate on his study.

Tew loved the setup by the window. When the lights would be shone through the glass and give his face a sun-kissed effect, he would ask Kongpob to capture and later post it on his social media accounts.

Kongpob followed silently until he raised his head. He blinked quickly, and looked away, coughing. The boy on the other side, his determined eyes seemed to hold Kong under his spell.

Not a day went by when Kongpob didn't interact with Arthit. And Kongpob wasn't such a fool to not understand that it wasn't all coincidence. He is taking time to accept that he likes having Arthit around.

Loves to blush when the hazel eyes are trained on him. Feels giddy to share a little conversation with the senior every day. Even if he gets to speak only a handful of words. The rest continued with him nodding or shaking his head after each inquiry.

When Arthit traces him head to toe, he squirms silently. Like Arthit has seen everything of him. And appreciates it as well. The thought did send butterflies to all his cells. He then didn't mind if his cells undergo apoptosis. Cause the reason is to die for.

He found himself gloomy when Arthit isn't around. Which only lasts for a couple of minutes. A break of free coffee or soft drink is worth a little bit of absence. His heart would jump out when Arthit casually dabs his thumb on his lips and kisses the thumb afterward.

He remembers the first time Arthit performed his action. With Kongpob running out of his sight the next second. Hiding in the boy's room, to calm his running heart. The solace of being distant from Arthit didn't last long. As Arthit followed him into the room.

Ignoring the other student's presence, Arthit held him close to his chest. "I'll chase you everywhere, Lily... You can't run away from me... So don't even try again."

Kongpob knew Arthit's commands must be obeyed. It didn't scare him though. Instead, he smiled bashfully, gripping the sides of Arthit's shirt. Stuffing his face on Arthit's shoulder. Blushing with the cheers that roared.
Convincing himself that his decision to study at this university was not that bad.

"Tew, would you mind sitting somewhere else?" Also, Kong was trying to put some space between himself and his senior.

Kongpob was doubtful, whether Arthit's actions were to convey something or to trap Kong in his game. The possibilities rose when a boy, a jumpy beautiful boy - who can catch every other person's attention, would be seen with Arthit, quite a few times to settle the unnerving questions in his mind. The answers of which he will never have the gut to ask Arthit.

"Why?" Tew frowned with a pout. He tugged Kong's arm. "It is nice here... Don't you think."

"Take your hands off." The voice boomed. Getting reactions from the audience.

Tew glared at his senior. Annoyed with his presence. "Why do you always linger around us... Don't you have any work?"

"Excuse. Me?" Arthit tilted his head. He would have simply punched Tew for his punky behavior if not for Tew being Kong's friend.

"You excuse ussss..." Tew tuned in. He turned to Kong more determinedly. "And no Kongpob we will not be changing places because of him."

Kongpob pouted without his own knowledge. Which stirred something inside Arthit. As his eyes widened. He is not gonna lie, but he has never seen anything more adorable than this. His nails dangerously dugged into his palm, controlling himself from striding over and kissing it away.

Unlike his nature, Arthit is much calmer when it comes to Kongpob. He is not one to wait for anybody, but here he goes, letting Kong adjust to all things. For, he knows, he'll make Kong understand how charitable Arthit is turning himself to, and why Kongpob must give himself to Arthit. Let Arthit take care of him.

Moreover, the rural boy never denies his advances. Signaling with his smile as the green light. His unwitting nature doesn't know that Arthit is someone who breaks the signals and laws and has things his way. Plus, for Arthit, Kongpob is the axiom of decency that needs to be violated.

Arthit licked his lips, drumming his fingers on the table. Only Arthit has the authority to violate Kongpob, he'll make sure of this. He wonders how the rose gold texture will feel on his tongue. He wants to dig his teeth into the exotic glowing smooth skin. Explore the hidden corners by taking his time.

"He is creepy," Tew commented, rolling his eyes. "We'll ignore him Kongpob, okay?"

That's the thing he doesn't allow. Kongpob sighed and nodded. Avoiding the endless thoughts running through his mind. And the fluttering of his heart.

To Kongpob's extreme relief, Arthit didn't disturb him. Letting him concentrate on his work. Although Kongpob forced his face into his book, he knows that Arthit is staring at him. He can feel the range of madness directed toward him. Ninety minutes of undisturbed focus on him disturbed Kongpob.

The senior realized he could watch this beautiful sight for a long long time. He could see the red touch lying on Kong's face, giving the face an adoring glaze, enhancing Arthit's greed. Telling Arthit that it was just for Arthit, keeping it reserved for Arthit will be taken care of by Arthit's bullheadedness.

Kongpob looked up slightly and blushed when Arthit smiled at him. And damn that smile. The dashing, driving-one-crazy smile. Stuck at the moment so deep, Kong felt himself unable to look away from his senior. The stare allows Kong to think that Arthit only cares about his presence, that he'll not waver his attention from Kong even if someone is being murdered right by his side. It was intimidating and exciting.

The movies he watched were full of romance and fluff. He can't fit Arthit into any one category. But Arthit is not the lead of the story, his character is more likely comparable to the villain. A villain which Kongpob always hated. Now though he feels attracted to those types. Now every dream of Kong is taking turns.

He jumped on his seat when Arthit walked over. He could feel Arthit standing behind them. Biting on his lips in anticipation. Kongpob was embarrassed, cause Tew was enjoying the show. Resting his head on his hand. Like he came here to watch his best friend having a lone moment with the senior. He was about to turn... Then he gaped with a blink, his eyes wide, like a deer in the headlights.

"Wait for me..." The intimidating boy whispered in his ear. "I'll get something for you to drink."

Arthit kissed the base of his ear. Both could feel the sensation, but only the receiver shivered, while the other seemed satisfied. Closing his eyes, he sniffled hard. Kong's natural scent was tenderly sweet and soft.
Arthit never performs this cliche intimate activities, but boy he is totally fascinated by this. So he did it again, a bit deep.

Kongpob flinched this time, covering his ear. As he looked aside, his nose brushing Arthit's. They seemed lost in themselves. The opposites attract one another.

"Wait here, okay?" Arthit nudged their noses once more.

Kongpob dropped his head, nodding slightly. Breathing slowly. No, he didn't feel captivated.

Once Arthit left, Tew leaned towards Kong, smirking. "Do you always have to listen to everyone? You can refuse you know."

Kongpob stared at him, for quite a few seconds. "I try to you know... Or we would be sitting somewhere else if only you listened to me as well"

Tew draped his hand around Kong's neck, choking him. "Smartass in front of me... And nodding your head like a cow in front of P'Arthit?"

"That isn't true." Kong countered quickly. Holding Tew's arm and smiling ear to ear. "Leave me."

"You would have allowed him, right, then why not me?" Tew pouted, grabbing Kong tight to himself.

"Why would I allow you, who are you?" Kongpob chuckled. Trying his best to be out of the grip.

"I'm your best friend and you are mine... I won't agree if you believe otherwise." Tew whined.

Kongpob never felt so happy. Tew became his best friend in just a few days. He'll apprize their friendship. At least it is the only thing that is going according to his wish.

Arthit forcefully separated the two boys, placing the bubble tea in front of Tew. "Mind your own business and Don't disturb us."

Tew gave him a thumbs up, who wouldn't mind a free treat? Plus, the free psycho romantic mini shot's live performance.

Arthit took a chair turning it to face Kongpob. Without any effort, he swirled Kong's chair as well. The other gasped in surprise, meeting his eyes softly.

He passed the other bubble tea to Kong. He leaned back on his chair, quietly watching the boy. The red lips that wrapped around the straw, the flow of the drink down his throat with the dance of his Adam's apple. When the visible parts are so alluring what will Arthit do when the treasure trove is laid open?

Kongpob gulped. "What do you want from me, P'Arthit?"

"Did I ever say I'll answer your questions?" Arthit raised his brow. Tilting his head. He didn't want to sound rude, but he was so engrossed in studying the kid that he instantly followed his habit. Coming out tough.

Kong dropped his gaze, clasping his knee with his nail. Shaking his head gently. Arthit intense attention on him, Kongpob wanted to know why? Why Knott has been drilling him about Arthit?

Arthit pulled Kong's hand in his. It is so fragile. "You'll hurt yourself."

Kong sulked down. This is unfair. One minute Arthit is sweet and fun and the other minute he goes around ordering and asking rhetorical questions.

He continued having the bubble tea. Both know they are the only ones surfacing through their minds. They didn't share any words, sitting in silence.

"Are you done for the day?" Arthit took the cup away. Dabbing his thumb on the center of Kong's lips.

Kongpob looked away, feeling the shuddering wave swipe through his body. Knowing Arthit kissed his thumb.

"You are sweet," Arthit whispered with a smirk. He glared at Tew over Kong's shoulder when he tried to open his mouth. "So are you done?"

"We... We have a group discussion."

"Term project?"

Kongpob nodded. Looking at his lap. Hiding his red cheeks. As if it was possible.

"How long can it stretch?"

"I don't know."

"Hm. Hm." Arthit pinched Kong's chin. Rubbing with his thumb. "I'll wait for you... I'll drive you home."

"You don't have to," Kong whispered.

"You don't get to deny me!"

"I'm not denying P'Arthit, I'm telling you that I can go home alone or Phi will drop me." Again a whisper. A tune lower than the previous.

"And I have told you I'll drop you... What is so difficult to understand in this?"

"Gossip is swirling over the campus." Kong blurted, biting his lip.

"Regarding what?"

He speculated whether Arthit does this purposely. Or is actually unaware of the surroundings. Or is he so self-centered that others don't matter to him at all?

"Kongpob let's go." Tew looked at his watch. "Everyone must have gathered."

"Yes." Kongpob raised from his seat. Stuffing his things back into his bag.

Arthit followed up. He grabbed Kong's arm. Getting him back to himself. Arthit rested his hips against the table. Kong between his parted legs.

"I'll walk him to the room once we finish our discussion... You can go ahead." Arthit didn't even spare him a look as he ordered Tew. Continuing to maintain his stare on Kong.

It wasn't a request. And Tew very well understood as he glanced at Kongpob who obeyed Arthit like Arthit's words are the ultimatum.

"Do I look like someone who prefers to be ignored?"

Kongpob felt a pinch on his throat and heart. He did upset Arthit, he didn't want to but he still did the same. He simply shakes his head.

"I am not in the mood to not have reply in words." Arthit hissed. Holding Kong close.

Kongpob flinched with the sudden change in his voice. He briefly looked at Arthit and decided to look away. Feeling his eyes damp. Hating that he can cry so easily. "I'm sorry."

Arthit at the moment was not ready to console the poor boy. No matter how adorable he appeared to be. And how hurt he looked. He will not console. If this is the way Kongpob understands Arthit then let it be.

"You follow what I say... No arguments henceforth." Arthit cupped his neck, caressing his collarbone.

"Yes, P'Arthit." Kongpob sobs. He covered his face behind his palms.

Arthit felt slapped on his face a million times, watching the distressed kid. And knowing he is the cause behind it, made him want to punch himself. He held Kong's face in his crook, hugging his small frame into his broad chest.

"Don't cry, Lily." Arthit caressed Kong's hair. His fingers glided down the silky strands. "I don't like it."

"I won't. I'm sorry." The junior croaked.

"Oh... Don't be sorry. Never be sorry in front of me."

"Please don't be mad at me," Kong whispered, mumbling on Arthit's shoulder.

"I'm not, hm?" Arthit cupped his face, tracing his thumbs on the wet cheeks. "But you have to remember what I have told you."

"I will... I promise, P'Arthit." He smiled widely.

Arthit chuckled, shaking his head. He kissed Kong's eyes. "Come let me walk you."

Kongpob blushed, as they walked. He tucked to Arthit's side. His waist held possessively. With no one to stare at him this time. Intrigued by Arthit's personality once again.

Arthit realized he'll have to place his claim urgently. Other eyes could admire Kongpob as well which Arthit can never digest.

"I will be waiting by the fountain. Come once the meeting is over. Okay?"

"Yes." Kongpob looked up, forgetting to take a breath. Watching the handsome face much near.

Kongpob almost fell when Arthit kissed his neck, on the sensitive part. He held the door handle as Arthit walked ahead and smirked back at him.

Knott felt his rage coming to an eruption. When he found Arthit at the place where Knott waits for Kongpob, every single day. He cursed, seeing the evil sly smile adorning Arthit's face. He reached over, standing beside him, arms crossed, without acknowledging Arthit's presence.

Both give out heated vibes. Both are not ready to back down. Both want to possess Kongpob. Both hoped the other to be out of their way.

"I like your cousin," Arthit says. He crosses his arms too. Gazing straight. His mind is somewhere else. "And you like him too."

Knott snapped at him. Is he that obvious? Or Arthit knows him too much?

"But you are not supposed to have feelings for him, not because you are his cousin or whatever the fuck that is..." Arthit straightens, facing Knott. "But because I'm not letting him go, Knott... I won't."

Knott scoffed with a laugh. "You always have these neurotic thoughts. They don't make sense... He is easygoing, that's what caught your attention... And I know you better than anyone... You don't like him Arthit, you like his habit of surrendering."

"Doesn't matter," Arthit says calmly. "All that matters is I want him."

"Are you going to use him for your pleasure?"

Arthit held Knott's shoulder. Pressing it tightly. "If that was the case, I would have done that the day his beauty called me."

"So what do you want from him?" Knott glared.

"His complete focus." Arthit's lips curved up, remembering the boy. "I want to be the axis of his existence."

"You think that'll happen?" Knott rolled his eyes.

"You think your dad's gonna accept you? He's already setting your marriage with Commissioner's granddaughter if I am not wrong." Arthit raised his brow. Challenging Knott. "Moreover, I do think I'll be the center of his attention, he's already under my spell."

Knott composed his posture as Kong approached them slowly. "I don't think so... He will surely follow what I say over what you order."

Kong's mind shuffled, he was ready to run back, looking at the two perfectly build boys, waiting for him. He bit his lip, with whom should he go? The other person definitely will be angry at him. Knott's anger he can tolerate and Arthit's... He can't even decipher what might happen.

"Are you done, how was your meet?" Knott stepped up.

"Yes... It went surprisingly well." Kong smiled. He could see Arthit from his peripheral vision. He was stuck from all sides.

"Come on, tell me what all you did, on our ride back." Knott pinched his cheek, pulling out his car's key.

"P..." Kong held Knott's hand. "That... I... P'Arthit said he'll take me home, would it be fine?"

Arthit glared at Kong, so dangerously hard, Kong could feel the burn even from the distance. Arthit wanted to kill everyone around. Why would Kong need Knott's permission? Why. In the. Actual hell? When will Kong understand that he needs no one permission, just Arthit's and only Arthit's. He fisted his palms, going crazy, as he spectates the conversation.

"Oh! But I can drive us back." Knott cradles his cheek. Smiling at him. "Tell him that and come with me, okay?"

Kong gulped. He doesn't want to have any more experience of Arthit's sour mood. His body trembled and his heart came close to bursting out as he walked to Arthit.

"P'Arthit, I'm sorry... I..." He looked up, forgetting the next word. Forgetting everything that made sense. Observing the dark burning gaze directed at him. Arthit was enraged beyond the limit. The way his jaw was tight and nose flaring and the veins on the temple ticking, had Kongpob's soft body shivering.

He opened his mouth once again, to apologize. Only for his heart to shatter like broken glass when Arthit strode out of his way. In so much rage, without once checking back on Kong. Kongpob loathed to be the reason for anyone's anger and he felt, for some unknown reason, Arthit should have been the last person who was upset at him. No not even last... Arthit must never be upset at him.
