Comeuppance.

The noble assumes all the wrong happenings are the cause of their despicable dealings. Makes them assume that they deserve the justified castigation. Thereby, seeking forgiveness with great adherence is their last hope.

He is ready to accept his fault. The only thing he needs right now is Arthit's forgiveness. Tell Arthit how sorry he is. But for that, he needs to meet him. And for Kong's extreme dread, he hasn't seen Arthit after that gruesome interaction. Not a slight glance, or even his shadow. Like Arthit was despised for the idea of sharing the same air as Kongpob.

Is Arthit that angry? Kongpob doesn't blame him though. Also, he can't handle the absence of a controlling presence. Kongpob has forgotten to blush for more than eighteen days. And his shy nature was dying to blush for Arthit. He wants to hear Arthit call him by that sweet name. Wants to be the center of Arthit's attention once again. Is it too early to feel this way, but... He didn't care... He just wants to meet Arthit now. And he hated himself for that. Hated to look destitute.

Kongpob rubs his eyes frantically, he is not liking to be left alone. Tew is busy bickering with the seniors, for his right to seat at the new polished table near the window, again. Like, to Kong's little annoyance, Tew just needed something to pinch on. The worms in his body don't digest if he isn't eating someone's brain.

It was not long back when Arthit was talking to him, right here. Whispering those soft words. Cradling his body close. He closed his eyes, trying to waver his thoughts. He doesn't want to remember, and he can't stop those thoughts either.

He shouldn't be caring. He should rather be happy that Arthit won't cause any fuss with Knott, about Kong, anymore. They will walk their way. Not cross the lanes ever.

"P'Arthit!"

Kongpob snapped his head in the direction, hearing Tew's call for Arthit. His shallow breaths took an abrupt halt to their actions. As he felt blessed looking at Arthit's sexy stunning face after days, just outside the library door, on his way to walk ahead, but glancing in their direction. The corner of his lips curved up slightly, almost unnoticeably. Feeling so warm, like given a thick fluffy blanket on a cold night.

"Here. Here." Tew gestured with his hand raised. "I need your help."

As a senior, it was in Arthit's discipline to help his junior. No matter how distressing the kid is. He rolled his eyes, dragging his feet over the place. Doing everything in his power to not look at the face, probably the sad beautiful face, staring at him hopefully.

Of course, he was here to watch Kongpob. He won't hide it from himself. From the inside, it was a battle against himself, both sides stopping him from meeting Kong. Accepting that it truly was Kong's fault. Just because Arthit keeps him on top of everything doesn't excuse the fact that Arthit hates being insulted. He thought Kong won't do that, thought the days of handling Kongpob were enough to put some sense into his brain. And his dream was shattered when Kong rejected him.

It is unsettling when he does something, and puts all his good efforts, to achieve that one thing, and they aren't appreciated the way he expects it to be. He had almost reached the top when the rope was cut and he tumbled down. However, Kongpob didn't know Arthit hates falling.

So, even if Kongpob cries right then and there Arthit won't be looking at him. It was Kong's choice after all. Going against him. Maybe this will be enough of a lesson to teach Kongpob a few helpful things. Sort out his mind, and fill it with nothing except Arthit.

His nose fills with the sweet scent. One step and he could swipe Kongpob in his arms. Kiss him in front of all. Take all the moanful sorrys against his lips. Because he's aware that will be the first words Kong will utter. Kiss him until he's out of breath. Kiss him until Kong cries for him to let go. Till the boiled frustration is not taken out on Kong's petal-like lips. Soft and chewable every which way.

"They aren't even studying and have occupied the place. I asked them politely, but they refused to let me sit over here." Tew pouted, wriggling his shoulder towards Arthit.

"Stop using that fucking annoying tone." Arthit snapped, pushing Tew away. He grabbed the collar of one of the boys, dragging him to his feet.

"You can't do this, Arthit... This is wrong..."

"Dyla, am not in the mood to deal with anyone, so mind your own business and let me do what I want." Arthit's voice raised once more, as he glared at his batch mate.

Dylan jerked his hands off. "You are meddling in my business, Arthit..."

But Arthit didn't listen. He shoved Dylan back. And grabbed Tew's collar next. Dylan once had been Arthit's guest that cost him a broken nose, and his iPad turned into ashes. After which Arthit threw plenty of Bahts on his face for the compensation.

"Sit here dear junior..." Arthit hissed, at Tew. To his utter disbelief, Tew grinned at him. "I don't wish to see you leave this seat before the evening."

"I want one more seat, P'Arthit." Tew used that tone once more. And raised his hands in surrender before clearing his throat. "I mean, Kong is with me, I need a seat for him as well."

Kongpob visibly trembled, as he watched Arthit turn the other way. Away from him. Obviously to leave, without acknowledging Kongpob. He felt so lost, so lonely, so unwanted. He was drowned in utter shame. That the next thing he knew, he was behind Arthit, following him, as he grabbed his wrist with both of his hands. His breaths shook at a violent rate. It was as if his feet dragged him to its owner. He felt stupid to think so. Now what is he going to do next?

Arthit stiffened, rigid as a rock. Not finding it in himself to turn back, for he knows he'll melt. His anger still left their pieces.

Kong needed to apologize for his wrongdoings. He opened his mouth and closed it again. His lips parted, as Arthit looked over, and he was pulled ahead abruptly. Arthit glared down at him. Still furious.

"I'm sorry." He whispered instantly, never once looking up. "So so sorry, P'Arthit."

Arthit scanned around. He doesn't want other eyes on his Kongpob. They could see how beautiful this fragile form is. How inviting. And captivating. How Arthit's tough stance is broken by a mere village boy.

He gripped Kong's hand. Holding his palm, not hard enough to cause any discomfort, taking him out of the library. Kongpob follows like a punished puppy. Not anymore, he won't be the reason for Arthit's anger after this. He won't...

Kongpob swallowed as he was shoved into the empty classroom. He turned around as Arthit locked the door. Taking those heavy raging steps at him. And for a moment Kongpob thought Arthit is going to hit him well. Where after which, he'll never be able to say no to Arthit. Which he has promised himself.

The first thing that surfaced in his mind was to hug Arthit. For a quite few minutes. Listen to the heartbeats, to calm himself. Knott telling him everything will be fine wasn't soothing, but this is. Arthit is soothing.

"Who do you think of yourself?" Arthit steps up with each step Kong takes back. Till his hips bumped the table. "Making me fuss over you? Did that satisfy your heart? Having a city boy jaunting around for your attention?"

Kong swallowed, hastily shaking his head. The words are painful for him. He wasn't habituated to this disdain. His tears finally found their route down his cheeks. He didn't use Arthit. He just liked having Arthit near him. Loved his presence. Craved the same.

"What did you think of yourself? Are you some miracle that I would do anything for? If you needn't want to go with me, you could have just said so, instead of insulting me in front of your fucking brother. Defying my words. How dare you, Kongpob?"

Kongpob sobbed now, loud and very clear. Arthit has got him all wrong. He could never think of something like this. He feels the pain in his chest and throat, spreading through his body. He feels his real self dispersing into the suffocating air. Looks like Arthit never understood the real him. And it is hurting Kongpob.

"I am no one." Kongpob dropped his face on Arthit's chest. Quivering with the overwhelming situation. "I am no one in front of you, P'Arthit... I know."

The ache in Kong's body grows every second. His knees gave up. He took hold of Arthit's shirt, preventing himself from falling. Hoping that Arthit doesn't push him away anymore.

The words hit him hard, making him affirm that Kongpob has zero pride. That he is forgiving and benevolent. That he believes only in goodness. Arthit smirked, as he looks down at the boy, he knows exactly how to take advantage of this melancholia. Kong doesn't have pride but Arthit has. Immense, covetous pride. Even though not his but Kong will have to think about Arthit's pride, before doing anything stupid.

Arthit felt a soft tug, with a soft nudge against his chest. He found himself in that regretful feeling. Hating himself once more. How can he dare to make his Kongpob cry, again? Yes, he was angry but not as much as he is at himself right now.

He pursed his lips, wrapping his hand over the delicate thing. Shivering under his stance. He picked Kong up, making him seat on the table.

Arthit can't have Kong being scared of him. Or much worse hate him. Arthit ran his finger over Kong's locks. Another hand draped around his back. Holding him lovingly.

"I told you not to cry, Kongpob." Arthit pulled back, cradling his face. "Why do you keep forgetting everything that I say?"

"P'Arthit..." The small boy whispers, eyes cast on Arthit's chest. "I am sorry, for that day."

"I don't like to hear sorry from you..." Arthit cleared the tear stains, dabbing the side of his palm on Kong's face. "But the way you behaved was blasphemous."

Kong cringed at the words. He nodded his head in shame. "I just can't say no to him, P'Arthit."

"Why does he matter to you so much?" Arthit sneered. Glaring at the blue eyes.

The mention of someone other than him is intolerable for Arthit. There must be nothing between them. Yet, Kongpob had to pull his brother. Every. Fucking. Time.

"He is my cousin, from... From my mother's side. Because of their family, I got a chance to study here. If not for them, I don't think I could have afforded all these facilities..." Kong stared at Arthit softly. The silent plea, by all means, never reached Arthit. "I feel indebted to him... And I'm so grateful that they helped me... I can't go around and become selfish."

Just for a millisecond, Arthit thinks of going to Knott and his family, thanking them. For he wouldn't have met Kongpob. And the thought of this, clawed his insides, as he hugged Kong once more. Pretty tight. Like nothing could ever separate them. Arthit would like to see anyone doing so. While with Knott, he grinned, he'll deal with Knott himself.

"I'll talk to them," Arthit says sternly. The determination scares Kongpob. "You don't need to feel obliged for anything."

"No, don't do this." Kong can't even think, what it'll look like. He is more than happy with everything. "P'Arthit please."

Arthit frowned. As his jaw tightened. Kong could read what Arthit is thinking. He quickly shook his head.

"Please, not this, P'Arthit." Kong pleaded desperately. Clinging to Arthit. "I promise I'll do anything, but don't ask them. Just please."

"I can sort it out for you, Kong." Arthit snapped, holding his jaw. "Why care about others?"

"No. Please no, P'Arthit." Kongpob cried. Shaking his head. "I won't listen to anyone... Just let them be... They have helped me."

"I could see they have helped you, but now you got me, I can provide you with all those facilities, I can provide you more than that." Arthit uses that tone, the tone of ultimatum. Half hoping Kong would allow this time.

Instead, he was greeted with a heavy downfall of tears. And the sexy biting of lips. The eyes looked scared, so scared. But beautiful. Too beautiful for Arthit to never let the boy slip away from his life.

Arthit gritted his teeth. Holding the damp face. The bluish eyes tugged his sense. "Ssshhh... It's okay... I won't."

"Really?" Kongpob pouted with a sniffle. Sighing in relief at the defeated nod by his senior.

Arthit nudged their noses. He bent down, hugging Kong. Kissing his nape. "You are a darling, you know that?"

Kongpob blushed deeply. There comes the necessary warmth back to him. As he smiled giddily. The kisses became his freebies. Accommodating his neck along the way of Arthit's lips. His skin ran with goosebumps when Arthit kissed the throbbing vein under his ear.

It was an addition to their part. The intimacy. Running and sliding softly through them. At least for him. Arthit is hard already.

Arthit cupped his face, tracing the cheeks gently. "You are so beautiful, like a dream, you know that?"

Kong didn't answer, as he decided to softly avoid meeting Arthit's stare. His neck burned up to his cheek. He was told this before, not the dream part, but being beautiful, because his parents call him, very beautiful.

"In the coming days, I'm going to make you mine, you know that?" Arthit whispers. His eyes are dead peering into the gorgeousness. If Kong would have looked at him, he could have been able to tell that Arthit is talking to himself. "Away from everything, in my world."

Kong tangled his fingers over the lap. Again those unintelligible words. Something he thinks he'll take time to learn. Or, something tells him, he might never be able to understand them. He gasped, and his shoulders shuddered. As he was made to look up, his chin pinched. Their chests pressed.

"There's no one in my world... Only me..." Arthit's eyes sparkle staring at Kongpob. "I'm taking you, Lily, to be with me."

Kong shivered as the atmosphere appeared cold. And Arthit is the only warmth for him. He dropped his head on Arthit's torso. Breathing from his parted lips. Licking them wet.

"P'Arthit... I..."

"You don't have to say anything. I'm giving you all the time that you need." He looked back into his eyes. "Just don't go behind my back, and do something unwanted." Arthit tapped Kong's cheek with his thumb. "I don't want to hurt you, Sweetheart... But I can force you. I will force you, Kongpob, if you dare insult my wishes."

"I won't anymore P'Arthit" Kong nods his head. "I'm sorry."

Arthit smiled dearly. Kissing Kong's forehead. "My little Lily."

Kong blushed. The name he was dying to hear, finally making its way into his mind. He was back to his previous smiling self.

"Come." Arthit held out his hand.

"Where?" Kongpob jumped down the table. Taking his sack. Letting Arthit take his hand.

"You said you'll do anything, right? Come then."

Now once again stuck between the two seniors. Kongpob regretted the words badly. Very very badly. Guess the happiness in his life has decided not to breathe for more than fifteen minutes.

"Tell him, Flower."

Kongpob came back to Earth. When the voice rang right next to his ears. Shivering him to his toes. He was back hugged. The pale chin resting on his shoulder. And the pale arms territorially draped his torso.

Knott stepped up quickly when Arthit kissed Kong's neck. And smirked at him triumphantly. Tangling his fingers over Kong's tummy. Pulling him back. Nuzzling his neck till he sees a bashful smile making its way onto Kong's face.

Knott wants to hold the boy close. Terribly against himself. Trace the delicate curves under the bothersome clothes. Hug him to sleep, and kiss him awake. He is ready to come clean to his father about his feelings. But spectating the actions of the other, he thinks defeat is just behind him, one way or the other. Just one step back and it is going to embrace him.

"P'Knott..." Arthit says, his eyes fixed on Knott's burning stare. His voice was teasing and nonchalant. "From now onwards, P'Arthit will drop me and pick me up... You tend your affairs, my P'Arthit cares for me more anyway..."

Arthit was purposely talking in the third person on behalf of Kongpob. The three of them knew it very well. One was tremendously satisfied. One is tremendously worried. The last is completely unhappy.

Arthit swirls Kong over, meeting his eyes. Kissing his nose. Plus, this time the corner of his lips. "I like being with him, so let me be, P'Knott... He is grateful that you assisted his Lily till now... But you can rest assured, I'll be treasured perfectly under his oversight."

"Kongpob, you don't have to feel pressured by him..." Knott snarled. Then mellowed his voice, looking at the fallen shaking form. "Come to me, Kong... I won't say anything to you... I know you don't mean anything."

Arthit smiled at Knott over Kong's shoulder. His grip involuntarily tightened on his junior. "Do you want to go, Lily?"

Knott felt the earth slipping from right under his feet. With a tiny shake of the head from his dear cousin. His frustration rose on his face, observing the satisfied evil curve of the pink lips.

"Just drop him safe at home," Knott says blankly. Then walks away.

The calm, caring words swiped his heart. As he drowned in extreme sadness. He has hurt Knott. So wrongly. He sobbed on Arthit's shoulder.

"I hurt him, P'Arthit." His voice muffles. Coming out broken and low. Destroyed. "How can I do this to him?"

"You've done nothing wrong, you get me?" Arthit runs a soothing hand down his back. "He needs to understand, you aren't bound to abide by his demands." Arthit closed his eyes. "He has had enough."

"But he'll be upset, I didn't listen to him... He'll hate me... He'll think I took him for granted... What if he tells Uncle and Aunt how selfish I am... They all will loathe me... They..."

"Just shut up, Kongpob." Arthit snaps and grabs his shoulders, cupping Kong's cheeks. Making him face Arthit. "He was imposing his actions on you, Baby... And there is no need for you to go with him. Do I make it clear?"

Kongpob blinks his tears, nodding silently. Feeling worst. But Arthit says it is right. So maybe he is just overthinking. Arthit is elder and has known Knott personally, of course, he can distinguish what is correct and incorrect.

"You have me don't you, Little?" Arthit pouted. Tilting his head on either side. "Hm? Don't you?"

Kongpob giggled lowly. Again a soft nod. Something tells him, he could trust Arthit blindly. And let him decide for himself. Kong knows how naive he can be. Maybe Arthit could walk him through the right track.

"Come're, let me feel my Lily." Arthit hugged him tight. Peppering his shoulder. All the way up to his neck. Making him giggle some more. "You won't leave me, right?"

"No." Kong mouthed with a smile.

"Thank you so much, Baby."

Arthit planted kisses on his face. Thousands of them. Until Kong pried away, which wasn't accepted. Until one-fourth of Arthit's big greedy heart was filled. And Kongpob closed his eyes, blushing severely. Unable to see the heinous grin on the pale face.
