ODESSA can only stare at Mo'at with a shocked expression. Words ringing in her head. She wonders why it is her, and not Neytiri or someone else. She wonders how it is her. Questions flood her mind once again, thinking that they had been answered once before. Apparently they hadn't been.

"Oh thank you all mother!" Neytiri spoke as she looked up. It seemed as if her own prayers had been answered, maybe they weren't even a prayer, but a miracle.

Odessa didn't even move as her own mate wrapped her arms around her in a hug. She was beyond confused on how this could happen again.

It was a shock to many around them the first time. Rumours had spread the first time, and speculations had been spoken. A catastrophe it was.

But it ended in a healthy baby boy named Neteyam, and a healthy baby girl named Kiri.

"How?" Odessa finally whispered. Her voice was so quiet, that it had been carried by the soft breeze. Her head was tilted to the side, where her dark hair swayed over her shoulders.

Shock.

Mo'at moved so she was face to face with Odessa. "I believe it is a gift from Eywa. When we had transferred you into your avatar permanently, you had gone through the eye of Eywa, you must have formed a deep connection then."

No. No. No. "No." Odessa spoke and shook her head. Her yellow-ish eyes darting from any object in the small little area. She knew it wasn't certain yet, but she knew that one of the many science geeks could tell her for sure.

"My Dessa. This is a wonderful thing. Another child. Maybe a girl, we could name her Tuktirey. What we would have named Neteyam." Neytiri didn't even care that it wasn't her who was carrying the unborn child; she was just glad that she would have another addition to the family. "This is a gift from the all mother. She gives to those who deserve."

She gives to those who deserve. She gives to those who deserve. She gives to those who deserve. — It's ringing in Odessa's ears now, she doesn't even realize that her mate is still speaking.

Why does she deserve? What makes her so special? Why her?

"So I am carrying a gift from Eywa?" Odessa finally asks, her words slow as tries to process the things she hair said. "Why me?"

Odessa Lynn Everett, was indeed carrying another child. She may not believe it, but it was true. Any tests the science geeks would preform would tell her the truth; that she was carrying another child.

Mo'at nods, her hands hovering over Odessa's stomach. "You are indeed carrying a gift from Eywa. Only now it has become your gift."

Another child. Her gift. Their gift. A gift.

"I don't get how?" Odessa asks and this time is Neytiri who moved closer towards her shocked wife, a smile resting on her face, her ears tilted upwards as she listens to the quiet chaotic breathing of her mate.

"Because you are destined to bring great things to the people, Dessa."

DÉJÀ vu.

Odessa has already gone through this, almost six entire years ago. Her body had been fine moments ago, but now it felt as if she had stepped underneath a blaze of fire. Her body was hot, and waves and waves of pain had washed over her as if she stepped underneath a rainfall.

Neytiri was quick to step towards her mate, her arms reaching out and holding her steady.

"Is it time?" Neytiri asks as she watches Odessa nod frantically. She takes that as a yes and helps Odessa walk throughout the growing crowd of people who are interested in what is happening.

Unlike the first child, Neteyam, his birth had come like a hurricane. Neither had been prepared, and the pain Odessa had felt before she had actually made it to where she would give birth was insane, like nothing she had ever felt before.

Odessa took in a big breath of air, holding it before letting go. "It's time."

Neytiri smiled as she held her mates hand; she could feel a tingle of pain flow through her body, just like the first time six years ago. She could feel her mates racing heartbeat against her own. "It is time?! Now?! We are not to our home yet."

Odessa's body seemed to relax. The pain wasn't as bad anymore. She didn't feel such a pressure anymore. Her heartbeat even seemed to relax. "We have time, Tiri."

She was right. They did have time.

Odessa smiled at her mate, taking a wobbling step forward as Neytiri walked close beside her. The two started to navigate their way back towards their home, where Odessa would deliver the baby.

Jake practically jumped in joy when he saw his friend. He knew that her child would be born soon, if was just like before.

Once the three reached the area, Jake was told to stand outside where he could wait. He grumbled many things that anyone around could hear, but understand that only the mate and Tsahik, or Niave the healer, were to be present during the birth.

Mo'at had worked her magic. Waving her hands, chanting many things, saying wise words. In a short time, she had almost made Odessa feel as if she had never even been in pain. Her body and mind had relaxed, and only now was she able to feel pressure against her body.

After many short moments, Mo'at smiled as she gently placed a blue baby in Odessa's arms before she left the area; giving the two parents a moment before the child was to be introduced to the clan. Neytiri had herself pressed against the side of her mate, staring down at her daughter. Just like she had done when Neteyam had been born.

She was perfect. Four fingers and four toes, a pretty little nose that looked like a copy of Odessas. Very little hair on her head, cubby cheeks and small little bioluminescence white dots scattered across her body. Bright yellow eyes that sparkled when she opened her eyes to take her first look at the world; the smallest smile appearing on her face as she looked up at her mothers.

"Hello, our little one. We see you." Odessa cooed as she smiled back at her daughter. Neytiri placed her hand against the side of her daughters cheek, holding it and moving her thumb side to side. "Hello, Tuk."
