Do you wanna read a book that is seemingly endless with a triangle that keeps going in circles? (Don't ask how triangles go in circles...it just does okay!) 

Then this is the perfect read for you.

The series and the book are as different as they can get, so I wouldn't recommend it to people who can't accept any other story other than the series version. Personally I liked the book version more.

Book Elena is more of a bitchy, blonde, cheerleader than the nice, brunette, girl-next-door version of TV Elena. And most of the TV ships fall in deaf ears in the book. Matt might actually be a good guy. you could hate Caroline. 

Basically everything you thought was true might be broken.

Except Damon is still hotter than ever;)

If you wanna read this book make sure to read it with a clean slate or you might hate the book.
