suga's pov

"i'm breaking up with you, suga," my girlfriend, lenna says. "i love someone else."

"lenna, i love you! you can't just break up with me!" i shout.

"i'm sorry," she cries.

"lenna.... please," i whisper while hugging her tightly.

she pushes me and left me alone.

great. now, i'm all by myself.

chaeyoung's pov

"oppa," i say while comforting him. "it's gonna be okay. everything's gonna be alright."

it's hard when your girlfriend broke up with you. all your sacrifices for her became nothing.... it was useless.

i try my best to help him. i help him to compose his music. i always buy ice cream to cheer him up. buy board games to make him happy. send him food to not starve.... i did everything.... everything to bring back the oppa i used to know.

i came back from a vacation and suga oppa will fetch me from the airport.

"oppa!" i shout at him and when he sees me, he smiles. "i missed you." i hug him tightly and he does the same.

"how's your vacation?" he asks as he grabs my luggage and places it on his trunk.

"it was amazing," i express. "i wish you were there. it would be even more amazing."

he smiles.

i sit on the passenger seat and he sits at the driver's seat. it's a long drive from the airport to my apartment.

"i'll make you a coffee. go inside." i open the door widely so he can get in.

i am making coffees for the both of us and gave one to him.

"chaeyoung-ah," he says. "thank you."

"why?"

"you know, it's been a year and you've always been there for me through my hard times. i really appreciate that."

i smile. "it's nothing. i'm doing that because i want you to be happy."

"i have already moved on from her for six months now," he says. "thanks to you."

"me?" my eyes widens. "i'm happy to know that."

"i feel like i'm the luckiest guy in the universe to have you," he expresses and i giggle.

"stop." i slap his arm playfully.

suga's pov

this is it. i have to ask her.

"chaeyoung-ssi," i start. "i have to ask you something."

she gave me a 'mhmm' and i inhale and exhale.

"i love you," i confess. "ever since you've been there for me, i have fallen for you deeper, and deeper, and deeper."

she looks at me with a shock expression and hugs me.

"i love you too oppa," she whispers with tears falling from her eyes. "you don't know how much i love you."

i hug her back and kiss her forehead.
