I heard some rustling but not much happened after that. Tho I heard this person swear and thought that he was about to hit me when he gets inside. There was no way someone who is coming to a place like this has no bad intentions at all. He also didn't seem like a hero at all. As if a hero would actually come to this place at all. Yeah there was no way that would happen.

??? : Damn Lock!

??? : May I?

??? : No it's fine we don't nees to be careful here anyways.

After that I heard a bit of more noises. More rattling and then something bursting. That noise scared me so much that I startes to back away even further into the corner. My shoulders, my arms, my every body part was shaking. I was just scared.

??? : Hey kiddo... It's okay. It's over.

Oh how long I've been waiting for someone to say these words. I wanted it to be over soo badly that I looked up at the man who was now coaching in front of me and holding one arm out to me.

??? : I am here to get you. Nothing is gonna happen from now on.

??? : It's over kiddo. You don't have to endure anything anymore.

The more I listened to the sweet words the more my eyes went wide. What I felt could only described as relief and happiness. So without thinking twice if this could be a trap I stood up and ran to this man hugging him. If this was a trap, then I didn't care at all. I was so scared all this time and soo lonely.

Tears started to fall down my cheeck as I tried to stay as silent as I could hugging this stranger and burying my face into the fluff of his coat.

??? : Shhhhh... It's fine.... I got you now.... Don't worry about anything... You are now a baby bird and one of us.

He really came for me?!

This is soo soft.

He is also so warm.

This feels soo good.

It's been years that I had any physical contact with anyone but the cold floor there that this felt so nice. My tears were rolling down my cheeks uncontrollable and this guy patted my back while also holding me close to him and hugging me back.

??? : Don't be scared baby bird. I am about to pick you up. Tell me if anything hurts.

??? : Shhh cry it out my baby bird. Cry it out.

He picked me up as he said but more than that he used his own coat to cover ny dirty small body. It felt soo nice and warm that I couldn't help it. The fatigue and the happiness mixed together with the relief and the exhaustion made fall asleep in his arms. I felt safe and there is nothing I could do more about it.

Papabird's POV:

I couldn't believe what they said. He was quikless. A small child like this was quirkless and put in this dungeon?! There was of course no way I would let the mans dept get repaid like this aince the kid in front of me was pure.

Hari: I am taking him from you.

Me: No.

Hari: But he is fealth-

The moment he started saying the word I turned around and gave him just one look that was telling him everything. He was free to continue but on his own risk. I was certainly not about to let anyone call the child which is pure without any virus, without any quirk to get into anyone's hands. He was precious and I  had to say he was also cute and soo small and fragile. I just had to take care of him.

Me: Tell the others he is mine and if anyone doesn't wishes to die they should pay him respect and take care of him.

Hari: I understand. Are you sure about taking him i-

Me: I thought I said he was mine.

Hari: Yes but he is a child and needs a lot of ca-

Me: Hari! Don't test out my patience. He is a baby bird from now on. Don't make me repeat myself again.

Hari: Yes. I understand.
