Cardinal came back to the bus after hanging out with the ghouls and some of the members of Metallica after putting on successful concert. The rest of the performers were still at Metallica's bus and decided to stay longer. Cardinal decided to check on you before figuring out whether or not he was going to call it a night. He knocked on the bus door and then let himself inside, the door creaking slightly as he closed it. The lights were dimmed a bit which was a bit odd. He then realized that there was either someone here or maybe someone had been there and dimmed the lights. He crept into the part of the bus where the bunks were and noticed the door to the lounge was slightly open. 

    He took a peek to see that you were fast asleep on the couch, and you were using one of his jackets as a blanket. He smiled at how clever you were, along with your sleeping form. He approached you and got down on his knees, so he was at your level. Slowly running his leather gloved hand through your h/c hair. You groaned a bit. "Cardinal is that you?" you said in a sleepy voice. "Yes dear, I see you found my jacket." you chuckled a bit. "It's cozy." you yawned. "Here let me help you to your bunk." he said. "Alright." you replied, still half asleep. 

   Cardinal helped you up and led you to your bunk which was in the middle between Cirrus's bunk and Cumulus's bunk. And right across from Aether's bunk. You crawled into your bunk and curled up underneath the blankets. you wanted to give cardinal his jacket back, but he told you to keep it. 

   "There we are, now, I'm going to go back out for a while. Then I'll be back with the ghouls, ok?" he said. you nodded. "Sleep well Y/N." he was about to leave when he realized he had forgotten something. He went over to you and placed a kiss on your forehead. 

   "Don't ever think I would leave you without a goodnight kiss." he winked. you smiled. "You always do." 

    At that moment you had fallen back asleep. Cardinal took one last look at you to make sure you were good before heading back out to join the ghouls and Metallica for a little while before heading to bed himself.
