"Can you change it?" Jack asked and I didn't even bother looking away from the television.

"Nope." I told him flat out with a blank face and heard Merritt chuckle from the couch he and Henley were on. Danny was on the other side of the couch I occupied and I had my feet in his lap, whereas Jack was sitting on the floor, leaning against the table.

"But it's boring-"

"Jack Wilder, this is a Louis Theroux documentary and if you don't like Louis then you can get out of my house." I looked over at him as saw him roll his eyes with a small grin on his face.

"Never get between Elle and her Louis Theroux, Jack." Daniel muttered with a smirk.

"And I'm assuming you know from experience?" Merritt questioned with a raised eyebrow.

"He stopped my recording of Louis Theroux so he could watch some documentary-"

"Listen, it wasn't just some documentary," Daniel interjected quickly, "It was a documentary on The Eye, I thought it'd be interesting."

"You know what is interesting?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Let me guess, Louis Ther-"

"Louis Theroux." I said, "Now hush. This is the best bit."

"The best..." Jack trailed off, as if he couldn't comprehend what I'd said, "How many times have you watched this!?"

"Too many." Daniel whispered the same time I said 'not enough'. My head snapped over to him and he quickly raised his hands off my legs in surrender. Merritt let out an amused chuckled.

"Ohoho, Danny boy," He reached over and pat the brunet on the back, "You're in the doghouse tonight buddy, have fun on the couch."

...

I sat at the table with Henley, Jack, Merritt and Daniel as I chewed thoughtfully. "Do you guys remember when you handcuffed me?"

It was silent for a moment, as they all looked between each other, occasionally glancing at me. I'd just look back with a raised eyebrow as I put more food in my mouth. Merritt cleared his throat, "In other, less kinky news..."

...

"What if the moon was replaced by some other planet in our solar system? Wouldn't that look amazing?" I began with a whisper, from my spot on the roof. Daniel remained silent for a moment, tilting his head as he looked up towards the stars.

"I mean...maybe...but we would be dead." I turned to glare at him.

"Why can't you just let me be happy, Atlas?"

"Because your idea of happiness is extremely illogical-" I sat up and looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

"Hold your horses, Spock," I began, "Isn't pretty much everyone's ideas of happiness illogical then?"

Daniel thought for a moment before shaking his head. Elle laid back down, curling up against him as he spoke, "I don't think everyone's idea of happiness is illogical," He said, "Because I'm sitting here with you and this is the happiest I've ever been in my life."

Before either of us could say anything, Merritt's head popped out of the nearest window, "If you two are going to get it on on the damn roof can you at least chose the area furthest away from our room? Thanks." Then, without another word, the window was slammed shut. Daniel stared at it for a moment in shock and I couldn't help but giggle.
