Rain's POV:

I shook Sky awake early next morning. God! It was the hardest thing in the world to wake up this boy. If I had to train another 100 years, I would find that easier than ensuring that Sky woke up on time. "Sky! Sky! SKYYYYYY!" "Huh! Whaaaa?" he murmured as he buried his face into the pillow. "Wake up Sky. Get ready. It's almost time. Everyone is waiting for us," I shook him again. "Why is it so hard to wake you, you terror?" I asked. "Wake up now!" "Okay, Okay, I am getting up," he said.

I went to my room to start getting ready. Around 20 minutes later, Sky bounced into my room. "I am ready!!" he said. "Are you excited babe? In some time, we will meet everyone," he asked. I looked at him. "What? What is it?" he asked. "What is bothering you?" "I don't know whether to be excited or sad. I feel terrible even thinking like this today of all days. I haven't seen my family in 3 years, but this family that we have made here seems more my own. There is nothing they don't know about us. From the day we were born, until today, whatever has transpired in our lives, they know everything. And while I love my family, make no mistake about it, I just couldn't show them my true face," I said to his, feeling a bit dejected.

I closed my eyes and went into my meditative mood. I slowly found myself floating into an abyss. I knew where P'Fah would be, so I focused on finding him there. I just hoped I would not find him with P'Chai, because that would make me feel like a voyeur, so I really kept my fingers crossed.

Luckily, he was alone when I saw him. He was fast asleep. I slowly drifted into his sub-conscious. "Phi? P'Fah, can you hear me?" I whispered. "Rain? Is that you?" he asked, jolting upright in bed, his eyes filling with tears. "Phi, I don't have much time. So please listen carefully, okay?" I said. "Of course! Tell me what you need. You know I will do anything for my little brother," he said. He was one person I had really missed in the time I had been away. He had always loved me a lot and I was sure, if he had known about Venice being my mate, he would have really supported me.

"Phi, it's time," I said. "Let Pharm and Zander know. And bring us back. We are ready to come home. But don't tell P'Phayu anything yet, please?" I said. He nodded, now openly crying. "I can't wait to see you Rain, can't wait to talk to you, can't wait for you to be present at my mating ceremony. I am so, so happy, so very happy," his voice breaking down. "Phi, no time to cry, okay? We are really happy to come home as well. We are waiting Phi, just hurry," I said. "I love you," I added. "Love you too my Queen!" he said, just as I broke off the connection.

Saifah's POV:

I was jarred out of my sleep at the fading image of Rain's face, as if it was the tail end of a dream. "Rain!" I called. Chai came running in from the ante-room he used as an office. "Ro? Baby? What is the matter?" he asked, worry in his tone. "I saw Rain. I saw Rain, Phi. I swear I saw him," I cried out. "Rain?" he asked. "I am not lying babe. I swear I am not!" I said, clutching his hand tight. "I believe you. What did he want? It's been 3 years since we have heard from him. I am sure that it is very important," P'Chai said to me. "Yes, yes, it is important. I need to contact Pharm and Zander. Where is Phayu?" I asked him. "Pharm and Zander? That means he is coming back?" he asked, his relief evident in his smile.

"And why did you ask about Phayu?" Phi asked. "He didn't want him to know, I don't know why," I said. "Only he can answer our questions now," Phi said. "In the meanwhile, I will call Pharm and Zander. You call Phayu," he said to me. I nodded, immediately picking up my phone. "Hey Fah. What's up?" he asked. "Phayu, where are you?" I asked. "I am at the hospital to see Rain. Why? What is it? Is all well?" he asked. "All is well. I wanted to see Rain too. Maybe I will come in later," I said, and abruptly hung up. I was sure he would be wondering what was wrong with me. But I had more important things to do.

I dressed quickly, just as P'Chai came in. "They will meet us at the hospital in 20 minutes. I have informed Mom and Dad, and Rick will inform their parents. The others are also coming. They are all looking forward to this," he said, smiling. "I am ready. Let's go. I am in a super hurry to get him back," I said. We reached the hospital in record time. Zander and Rick stood at the entrance with their parents. My parents, Pharm and his mate Dean, Don and Phailin, Pat and Pran, all of them waited there. As soon as I got out of the car, Rick rushed towards me. "Fah! Did you really see him? What did he say? Is he really coming back?" he had so many questions, that I started laughing.

"Rick, calm down. Let's first get started. We will take it step-by-step," I said to him. "Right now, we need to go," I gave him a gentle push. "Yes, yes, of course, let's go," he said. We all quickly rushed towards the room Rain and Sky were in. As soon as I opened the door, I saw Phayu inside. "Fah? What is it? What is the matter? Is everything okay?" he asked, totally shocked. "Phayu, please wait aside a bit. We have something to do," I replied to him. Just as I finished speaking, my parents, Rain's parents, Rick, Dean, Chai and everyone who had been there at the time of Rain's accident, came into the room, including the doctors.

Sky's POV:

We all walked to the spot where I had arrived 3 years ago looking for Rain. As we both stood with our guardians, we turned to look at them. "We are going back now. When will you all get there?" Rain asked them. "We will be there soon. Don't worry both of you," Raejin smiled. Just as I was about to respond, both of us were surrounded by a pulsing yellow and purple light. The light grew closer and closer and enveloped us tightly. Suddenly, I felt a warm hand holding my right hand and I noticed that Rain had fisted his left hand as well as if someone was holding it as well. "Zander," I whispered, as Rain and I smiled at each other.

The two lights moved closer and closer and suddenly dissipated outwards with a pop sound. I could still feel Zander's hand in mine. I heard the remnants of the spells that P'Fah and Pharm had used. I could also feel the pull of Zander's powers. We both looked at each other as the pull became stronger and stronger until we were being pulled back into the tunnel, back into the light. All of a sudden, there was a loud bang and baby! We were back!

We both opened our eyes to see a large plethora of people just staring at us. "Squirt!" Zander shouted as he threw himself at me. "Ouch! Zan! My ears!" I said, putting my hands over them. I looked at Phayu, and I saw him staring dumbfounded at Rain. It was like he had received manna from heaven. Even though I felt sorry for him to some extent, I still had not forgiven him. He had to learn his lesson in humility sooner or later. I turned around and looked at Rain just as Uncle Type rushed over to hug me. "Sky, my baby!" he said as he hugged me tight. "Uncle Type, I missed you," I said clinging to him. He had been more of a father to me than my own. Seeing him like this made me so happy.

Rain had still not looked at Venice. The doctors wanted to run some tests, so they asked us to sit in wheelchairs. But we both got up and walked comfortably to the door. At the sudden silence, we both looked around. Everyone was staring at us in complete shock. "What? What?" I asked. "What happened?" Rain asked as he looked around as well. "How are you able to do that?" Rick asked. "Do what? Walk? Haven't we been doing that all our lives?" Rain asked. Before anyone could say anything, the door opened and our guardians walked in, led by Raejin.
