"I can't believe this..."

I said out loud to myself angrily as I released the box, kicking it out of pure anger. I was attempting to lift a box of all my things, since the Magistrate had decided to make a new rule that all people working on the Magistrate's side had to live together in a newly made dormitory.

It was stupid in my opinion, but I didn't dare oppose Grandmaster Karne. He scared me greatly, with his fierce look and strict rules.

I then stared down at my arms. They were thin and stringy. Darn it, why am I so weak?

I was a healer for the Magistrate, so my body wasn't very built in strength. I could barely lift up a box, for crying out loud!

I would have to ask for help, the one thing I hated asking for.

I looked around for someone, when my eyes settled on a certain bulky knight, Fernando. The male often liked to flirt with me, calling things like handsome, and pretty. I didn't know why he liked to compliment me so much. I was regular looking, while he was insanely handsome, with his dark eyes and charming personality.

"Hey, Fernando, could you help me for a sec?"

I called out to him, and the fiery knight looked up from what he was doing. When his eyes settled on me, he flashed a dazzling smile my way. As he made his way over to me, I felt my palms get sweaty.

Was he going to flirt with me?

"What do you need my help with, my beloved little prince?~"

Fernando said, looking down at me with a flirty expression on his face. I sighed and looked down at the box, pointing at it.

"I can't lift it up... I can't believe that I'm so weak-"

"No worries, Y/N! Your knight in shining armor will help you!"

The knight lifted up the box with ease, making me feel weak. As he walked up the stairs, I mumbled a "Thanks..." and he looked back at me, smiling.

"It is no problem, my dear prince!"

When Fernando set the box in front of my room, he turned around and looked at me expectantly.

"Now, a kiss?"

"W-What?"

I let out, wide eyed as I stared up at the male. He just smirked and walked closer to me, making me almost trip over my own feet.

"C'mon now..."

Fernando purred, and I hesitated before pressing my lips to his warm cheek.

"Ah. Thank you! Now! I must be going! See you later, my prince!"

The knight then said, rushing away and patting me on the shoulder. I stood there in front of my dorm, shocked.
