Here are some concepts of the different ceremonial wear throughout the different tribes.

RainWings tend to dress in bright fruits and flowers

SandWings are prone to donning bones and teeth, with an occasional cactus flower or headdress made of thorns

NightWings prefer the smooth elegance of silver moon-jewelry

And IceWings just kinda paint some black markings all over themselves.
More on this later but its said they do this to mock NightWings for the long-ago war between the two tribes.
