His name is Hearme
Tho most call him Hear
I mean, if you ever see him.

As a kid, Hearme was envied for his beautiful voice, more angelic than the current ruler too. One night, he was kidnapped, and returned beaten, bruised, and a scar grossly fleshed across his neck

Hearme's vocal chords had been removed.

From then, he left his home, and moved to the outskirts of Step Kingdom. He is very antisocial, and never able to sing. He's lucky to barely manage a whisper. The only music he can make now are the sodden drumbeats of thumping wings.
