"Luke? Can we do something?"
Elena was bored. She hadn't really left the house for the past two weeks, aside from travelling to the studio and the one disastrous therapy session. A promise had been formed afterwards, and Luke intended to make sure it was kept:
"No more therapists?"
"No more therapists, I promise."
Luke looked at his sister, a piece of toast still in his mouth. "Yeah, sure." His voice was muffled as he tried to speak with his mouth full. "Where do you wanna go?"
"I dunno." Elena shrugged. "The mall?"
Luke blinked. The mall? That meant travelling in a car. Is she willingly-
"Can we?"
Hopeful blue eyes peered into his own, and a small smile graced her face. Luke nodded, and the smile on her face grew. She leapt from the table in excitement, shouting a I'm gonna go get ready, before racing up the stairs.
Luke laughed as he watched her, a proud smile on his face.

Elena held hands with her brother as they walked through the shopping mall. It was a habit that had developed after the crash - it was almost as if Elena needed the reassurance that Luke was there. Luke didn't mind. Luke hoped their relationship would stay like this forever.
A baseball cap was placed on top of Luke's head, and a pair of sunglasses covered the majority of his face.
"Your disguise is shit, by the way."
"What?" Luke laughed. "It covers my head and everything! No one can see my face!"
"It has the same affect as Steve Rogers' disguise in that scene in Captain America: The Winter Soldier when he's in the mall." Elena laughed.
"What's wrong with his disguise?"
"You can clearly see it's him!" Elena exclaimed.
Luke playfully pushed her away, and Elena returned the gesture. She grabbed his hand once again and pulled him over to the nearest clothes shop, dragging him inside.
"Look, Luke! This'll suit ya!" She grabbed a huge cowboy hat off the rack, before trying to reach up and put it on his head. The six foot four man - I'm not six foot four, I'm six foot two at best - was too tall for Elena to reach, and eventually, after Elena wouldn't give up, he grabbed the hat and placed it on his head.
Luke grabbed a pair of rather eccentric sunglasses off a stand, quickly shoving them on to Elena's face. The two started to laugh as they pranced around the shop, pulling faces. The snap of a camera caught the attention of Luke, his head snapping up to find the source of the noise.
"Shit."
