My trial was being broadcasted live all over Homeworld to see. I am nervous as hell right now.
I walked inside the court and I stood at the triangle as I saw both Yellow and Blue Diamond enter and thay both sat in theur respected chairs.

Both Defense and Prosecution entered the room along with Yellow and Blue Pearl. Blue Pearl drew me standing on the triangle with my hands on my back. And Yellow Pearl was recording ecerthing I say.

Yellow Zircon: Painite, you have been accused of Helping Rose Quartz back on Earth. How do you plead?

Y/N: Not guilty.

Yellow Zircon: Well hope that you aren't guilty, because if you are you will be shattered. Let's start by asking a few questions. Why did you go back to Earth?

Y/N: I went back to Earth to think. I needed some space from Homeworld since stress was getting to me.

Yellow Zircon: Are you implying that you preffer Earth more than Homeworld?

Y/N: That is not what I meant! I only needed some space from Homeworld. I didn't say that I prefer Earth than Homeworld.

Yellow Zircon: Did you encounter the rebels that are so called "The Crystal Gems"?

Y/N: I did.

Then all of the gems including the Diamonds looked suprised.

Yellow Zircon: What is the reason that you didn't report this?

Y/N: It's because they only want to live on Earth and be happy there and be free. So I let them be. Besides, they're the ones who helped me out of the misery I was in before.

Yellow Zircon: Did you help preparing them  for another war?

Y/N: They have no reason to start another war. They already have what they want, freedom.

Yellow Zircon: How many of the Crystal Gems are left?

Y/N: Not enough to start another war.

Yellow Zircon: Do you have any reason why you helped Rose Quartz?

Y/N: I'm telling you, he isn't Rose Quartz, the one you are seeing is an offspring of Rose. Why do you think that he had no memory of Pink's shattering. Let alone the Diamonds. He is a different person and nothing will change my mind.

Yellow Zircon: Do you see My Diamonds? He is protecting the rebel. The rebel who shattered Pink Diamond. Pink Diamond treates you with care, am I correct? Why did you betray her? How would she feel that you betrayed her? Probably she-

I punched the pillar that was right beside me and it left a huge crack. The room was filled with silent and all of the gems inside became one with the silence.

Y/N: Do NOT! Bring Pink into this! This is my trial! This is about me, and ONLY me!

Yellow Diamond: That's enough Prosecution. Don't anger him any further. And he's right, don't drag Pink into this. Does the Defense have anything to say?

Blue Zircon: Yes My Diamond. All those questions asked? Did you answer them truly?

Y/N: I did.

Blue Zircon: What was the main reason why you helped Rose Quartz?

Y/N: I helped "Rose Quartz" because of what she did for me. She helped me out of the endless suffering I am going through. I thought it was another trick to get me to join their side but, she showed me that I can be happy. I don't have to follow anyone anymore.

Yellow Zircon: Did you hear that my Diamond? He siad that he doesn't have to follow anyone anymore. He did it because he wanted to. He helped Rose Quartz in his own will not knowing that it will affect his status but he didn't care. He is so selfish.

Blue Zircon: But! But wait. I have proof that why he did it for himself. I'd like to call those that Painite helped back in the day.

Yellow Zircon: Uuuhhh... OBJECTION!!!

Yellow/Blue Diamond: Overruled

Then Taylor was suddenly teleported to the court. At first she was restless and when she saw me she knew what was going on.

Blue Zircon: What do you think about Painite?

Taylor: Oh, well. He's kind, he loves helping others and he is such a funny gem. He helped me when I was in a state where I was always feeling sad and depressed.

Blue Zircon: Thank you Peridot. You may return now.

Then after that Taylor got teleported back to where she was doing her job.

Blue Zircon: I would like to call Holly Blue to the court please.

Then Holly got teleported to the court.

Blue Zircon: Holly Blue Agate. You have been experiencing trouble in handling your team, am I correct?

Holly: Yes, I did.

Blue Zircon: But now you can manage your team with ease nowadays correct?

Holly: Yes.

Blue Zircon: And mind telling us who helped you?

Holly: It's Painite. I came to him asking for advice in leadership and he gave me a greag advice. Ever since then not only my team was happy, I am also happy. It's because of Painite that I am finally contented and happy with my team.

Blue Zircon: Thank you Holly Blue. You may return now.

Holly then got teleported back to the zoo and I smiled knowing that she took my advice.

Blue Zircon: There are much more gems that Painite had helped throughout his time. Not only two. Don't believe me? This video will show you.

Suddenly a video played in front of me and the live feed was replaced by the video. The video was 2 minutes long. Wonder what this is?

Then Skinny Jasper was shown in the video.

Skinny Jasper: To me Painite is a very nice person. He helped so much gems around Homeworld including me. From our jobs to personal problems he helped us. He didm't even want anything in return.

Then the Famethyst was shown in the video. But 8X-J was the only one speaking.

8X-J: Yeah he's so nice. He even wanted to train us so we can be prepared for anything that comes. He  is the very being of kindness.

Then the Topaz that Aquamarine was with was shown in the video. But this time she was in seperate, they were speaking as they were holding hands.

Topaz: Painite made the the decision to assign us with each other. The two of us like each other and we can't stand being apart. He is the reason why we can be together.

Then the video showed the manager that calles me a clod back in Folgan

Manager: When I accidentally insulted him he just let it slide like it was nothing. He forgive gems that make mistakes under his command because he belives that everyone can make mistakes and they all deserve to be forgiven. And for that I respect him.

Then both Curly and Freckles was shown in the video.

Curly: When we accidentally attacked him back at Folgan we thought he was going to shatter us. But he didn't, somehow he just forgave us just like it was nothing.

Freckles: Yeah, he even gave us names when he met us since he knew that we didn't have one.

Then the video showed the  Rubies that I defendes when the Class 8 attacked Homeworld.

Ruby 1: Even when we told him to move out of the way he still confronted the Typhon.

Ruby 2: We kept telling him to move out of the way but he won't listen. He really wanted to protect us.

Ruby 3: He really cares about other gems and no matter the rank or look or size he will care about every gem.

Then the video showed all of the gems that had an appearance inside the video and all the gems I helped back then. And they were all smiling

Everyone in the video: Thank you Painite. We hope that you will be found innocent.

Then the video ended and the live feed was back on. I then started crying at the moment the video ended and the camera panned towards me.

Blue Zircon: As you can see My Diamond Painite had the reason to do what he wants. He made so many gems happy and he didn't get any reward for it and he was fine with it. If you think that he became selfish, think about the time when he was always selfless. It's time for him to think for himself. I rest my case.

Then the Diamonds looked at each other and they both nodded.

Yellow Zircon: Has the Diamonds reached a verdict?

Yellow Diamond: We have.

Blue Diamond: Painite, in this court where you are judged to be guilty or not guilty. You are hereby announced as.....

I was trying my best not to cry of what's to come. Blue Zircon kept on rubbing my back trying to calm me down.

Blue Diamond: You are hereby announced..........not guilty.

I dropped to my knees while crying and the gems who were watching outide cheered. Blue Zircon went beside me and kept on rubbing my back. Then I stood up, wiped my tears away.

Yellow Diamond: Rise Painite, you are proven innocent.

I just nodded and both me and Blue Zircon walked outside along with Yellow Zircon.

Y/N: Thank you so much.

I gave her a hug and I lifted her up and I started moving around in circles as she was laughing. Then I set her down and she gave me a hug.

Blue Zircon: No problem.

Yellow Zircon: Not bad, Blue. Not bad.

Y/N: It's you.

Yellow Zircon: So? *chuckles* I'm just kidding. Look I'm....sorry I was trying to make you look......guilty.

Y/N: I know, you're only doing you're job. Come on we still have one last trial to go. You guys go on ahead. I do something.

Then they went to Steven's trial. As they got out of my sight I pulled out a device from my gem and I pressed the button. It was a tracking device that my ship will follow if activated. My ship will be here half a day later.

Then I went to Steven's trial hoping that he will also be found innocent.

And Finished.
