Your POV

I was currently sparring with a clone in the ruins. While I was taking a spar, Steven and Connie is training with Pearl. Connie was training her sword skills while Steven is enhancing his control to his powers.

As I finished taking a spar, I took a break and drank from the water bottle and took a sit down admiring their training. Pearl then walked towards me and sat beside me.

Pearl: So how was Homeworld?

Y/N: Well it's quite better than the last time I was there. Probably because my rank is now as high as a Diamond.

Pearl: Did you do it with others?

Y/N: Did what?

Pearl: Oh....you know...

She then blushed and made a ring symbol with her left hand and she inserted her index finger.

Y/N: Ehehehehehe....uuuuuuhhhhhh...

Pearl: I don't mind sharing you. Just tell me. (*moves closer*) Who else?

Y/N whispering: Well I did with the Yellow, Blue and....White Pearl. Then with Yellow Diamond and then Skinny Jasper and then Blue Diamond. And then White Diamond and that's about it.

Pearl: (*giggles*) You caught a lot of gem's heart didn't you Painite?

Y/N: (*chuckles*) True. But you caught my heart first.

I pulled her for a quick twirl and she just laughed it off while she had her arms around my neck and I did the same thing. I then turned my head and saw that both Steven and Connie have stars in their eyes

I quickly regained my composure and I let Pearl go and she's still blushing. I cleared my throat and they immediately snapped back to their senses. And they started giggling to themselves. I then stood up and made my way near them.

Y/N: Okay since Pearl is taking a break. I'll take over for now. Our focus for today will be about your skills.

Steven: Alright.....Y/N.

Y/N: Ok-wait....Y/N?

Connie: It's a nickname that we thought for you.

I then looked at Pearl and she just shrugged.

Pearl: I think it's a nice name!

Y/N: Y/N it is! But you can still call me by my real name. Now who wants to go first?

Connie: I do!

Then Connie stood up and made her way towards me and she picked up her sword. I used my War Smith to summon my own sword.

Y/N: Ah Connie! So are you ready to go?

Connie: Absolutely sir!

Y/N: Splendid. Now, begin!

She dashed forwards at me and tried to hit me several times. Big mistake, I evaded to the right and gave her a leg sweep sending her to the ground.

I then told her to get up and she immediately got up, but this time I am the one who attacked first. I tried to hit her and I accidentally cut some of her hair. Shit! I have to hold back.

Pearl: Nice one Connie!

Connie: Thanks ma'am

Y/N: Focus!

Connie: Right!

Steven: Wooohooo! Go Connie!

We kept evading each other's attacks like it was a synchronized dance. She almost impaled me and I used my sword to block the attempt and at the same time my sword shattered. This girl is strong!

She was about to decapitate me with her sword but I summoned my gauntlets to catch the blade, but what caught me by suprise is her kick. It was a strong one, strong enough for me to feel it.

When I looked up she had a look of fear and regret in her face. She quickly ran to me and let go of her sword and tried to help me up.

Connie: Oh my gosh! I am so sorry!

Y/N: Don't be. And that was pretty impressive if you ask me. And if you knock down an enemy, don't say sorry. It's good that you resolve problems by talking. But sometimes it has to be a fight to resolve some things. In the battlefield there will be no mercy. The enemy will be unfair so focus in the battlefield. A little more training and you'll be fine. And that kick was strong! Wow!

Connie just rubbed the back of her neck sheepishly while blushing. Then it was Steven's turn to fight. He stood up and summoned his shield and I summoned my gauntlets.

Y/N: Are you ready Steven?

Steven: Born ready!

Y/N: Alright. Then let us..Commence!

Steven threw his shield at me and I caught it with one hand and then it dispersed. Then the next thing I knew that I was hit by a pink spiked bubble made by Steven launching me to the edge and fell off.

I summoned my wings and flew back up and punched the spiked pink bubble sending it to a pillar. Then Steven dismissed the bubble and summoned his shield and ran towards me.

I punched his shield sending him a few feet back I was about to give him a right hook but he used his shield to block it and summoned a bubble around his whole fist and gave me an uppercut giving me a bit of concussion.

I shook it off and took a stance and was about to counter the upcoming attack but Steven moved behind me and hit me with the edge of his shield. He is slowly improving.

I then towered over him and punched his shield cracking it making it dissapear.

Steven turned around and looked up. He admits defeat by lying on the ground. I told Steven and Connie to come closer and they did.

Y/N: You two are already strong enough on your own. So I want to see how you fight together. Come at me!

Then they both ran towards me, Connie tried to hit me with her sword and I dodged every attempt and was about to give her a left hook but they both shifted positions and Steven blocked the hit.

I jumped back and rethink my strategy. If I could somehow catch them off guard I have the advantage. I summomed five clones using swords. Then they all ran towards the young fighters at the same time.

Then Connie impaled the first clone in the abdomen making it poof and Steven threw his shield decapitating the clone trying to flank them. One clone was about to hit them and they didn't notice.

Then Steven noticed it and tackled Connie out of the way and then suddenly they were surrounded by a light and formed Stevonnie. Stevonnie summoned a shield and grabbed their sword.

Three clones remaining and one of them rushed at Stevonnie attempting to land a hit on them only to get cut in half. Then the last two clones ran forward and did a synchronized attack only to be blocked and Stevonnie impaled one clone and and sliced the other in half.

I then tried to hit them but she used her shield and attempted to hit me with a combo. The last one was an upward slash leaving them open. So I tackled them and I pinned them on the ground.

Y/N: Yield!

Stevonnie:...........Fine.

I then got up and held my hand up to them and the light came back and Steven and Connie defused.

Y/N: You two are improving greatly! Keep it up and you'll be as strong as me someday.

Then they both had stars in their eyes.

Steven/Connie: Really?!

Y/N: Of course! You guys are strong with each other.

After that we freshen up and headed back to the temple. As the cyan light from the warp pad swallowed us back to the temple, I took a seat on the couch and saw Steven and Connie looking me and kept on  giggling to themselves. So I decided to ask them.

Y/N: Alright, what is it?

Steven: Oh it's nothing Y/N

Connie: It's just here in Beach City...

Y/N: What?

Steven/Connie: Slipknot is coming!

Y/N:...............Slipknot?

Connie: Yep.

Y/N:..........Here?

Steven: That's right!

Y/N:..............In Beach City?

Steven/Connie: Yes!

Y/N:.................(*inhales*) YEAH BABY SLIPKNOT IS COMING!!!

And then I ran out and kept on shouting like a madman. A famous band is coming here. Let alone one of my favourites. I kept running around the beach while Steven and Connie kept giggling and Pearl just gave a subtle laugh and Amethyst kept laughing out loud and Garnet just smile. God I love Earth.

And Finished

Finally exams are finished. I added Slipknot here as a bonding opportunity for Painite and Amethyst. And yes it is Slipknot.
