Blue Diamond's POV

We were in the Discussion Chamber. Yellow kept thinking what to do with Painite since he did prove himself in front of every gem. We have to reward him. But with what?

Yellow Diamond:.....Hmmmm, (*sigh*) I don't know what to give him. He deserves to be respected but no one will because of his status being just a warrior.

Then it suddenly hit me.

Blue Diamond: How about.....we change his ranking. And make it as high as our's.

Yellow Diamond: That's.........not a bad idea.

Blue Diamond: Well then it is settled. He will be treated and respected like a Diamond.

We both announced Painite's advancement in the ranking. And we sent Amethyst Guards with Holly Blue Agate to fetch him for us.

Your POV

I was still in my cell at the dark corner. My eyes hurt and they are red. But my pain inside...is worse than this. Suddenly the cell doors opened and three gems went through. There were two Amethyst Guards and one Agate. Then they did the Diamond Salute. Making me tilt my head in confusion.

Y/N: Ok I'm so confused right now.

Holly: You may not know, but you are now the same ranking as a Diamond. My Painite

Y/N:  What? Are you just pulling my leg again?

Amethyst Guard 1: It's true sir.

Amethyst Guard 2: You are now a higher ranking than all of us.

Y/N: Ok, I accept the advance in the ranking. But first things first. We need rules:

#1: Just call me Painite. None of those with My. I don't like those.

#2: If you want to ask me something, don't hesitate.

#3: If I said that I want to be alone, leave me be.

#4: Do not be afraid to make mistakes when you are serving under me. I can forgive you.

Y/N: Did I make myself clear.

They all nodded. Then I followed them to god knows where. Then I took notice that Holly Blue is looking at me. Probably wondering why my eyes are red.

Y/N: What is it Holly?

Holly: O-oh i-it's just.....why are your eyes red.

Called it.

Y/N: (*sigh*) I kept crying for the last 2..no..3 days.

Holly: Why?

Y/N: Because of what I did in the Shatter Dome. What I did to that Citrine.

Holly:....(*sigh*) Forgive me for asking, My Pai- I mean Painite.

Y/N: It's fine. You wanted to know.

We kept walking until we reached a large door. They saluted to me. Then I entered and saw Yellow and Blue Diamond. Yellow just stood there looking at me while Blue made her way to me and knelt down to get closer to me.

Y/N: Hello, Blue.

Blue Diamond: Hello Painite, how are you feeling?

Y/N: Well......knowing the fact that I have been crying for the last three days. It's easy to say.......I feel like shit. (*smiles*)

Then Yellow just smiled and I heard Yellow and Blue Pearl giggle.

Blue Diamond: (*giggles*) Yellow has to talk to you.

I then shapeshifted to match Yellow's height. I was 2 feet higher.

Yellow Diamond: Hello Painite.

Y/N: My Diamond.

I then grabbed her hand and kissed it. Making her blush.
I mentally facepalmed knowing what I have done.

Yellow Diamond: My such a formal way of greeting. (*blushes deeply*)

Y/N: Well I do need to be formal in front of two of the most beautiful beings I have met.

Blue Diamond: Oh stop. What do you think about your current status?

Y/N: Well it is better than before, so I can say that it's the best. Thank you, you two.

Yellow Diamond: It's the least we could do. Besides, the one who confirmed your advancement is White.

Y/N: I'll thank her as soon as she is free.

Blue Diamond: Painite? We have to ask you something.

Y/N: Alright, hit it.

Yellow Diamond: Why are you not mad at us when we tortured you. Instead you smiled. Why?

Y/N: Well. I do know that you didn't want to do that to me. You have to follow your own rules. Because if you bend the rules for me, you bend the rules for everyone. And you are already working so hard everyday and I don't want to be another problem. You had no other choice, you needed to do it. And I understand.

Then I noticed that Yellow was crying. I then gave her a hug and she buried her head to my chest.

Yellow Diamond: I'm so sorry for torturing you. You are already hurt inside and I made you hurt on the outside too. (*sob*)

Y/N: Hey, it's fine. Like I said you had no other choice.

Then she looked at me and we are both stared at each other's eyes. Getting lost in them and she blushes even deeper

Yellow Diamond: Painite, I love you.

Y/N: I know, the way you cried back then. Looked like you were also hurt. Blue's crying is the one that mostly gave it away. I love you too, Yellow. And you too Blue. Both of you are the reason why I exist.

Then Yellow gave me a peck on the cheek. And continued to hug me. And so did Blue. All of us started talking about what I did on Earth. Excluding the making out parts. I then told them about the over heating incident that happened here in Homeworld.

Y/N: And I've been stuck like that for 6 weeks.

Blue Diamond: Oh you poor thing.

Y/N: Naaahh. It was only six weeks. I can do that standing on my hands.

Yellow Diamond: Uaaahahahahahah. Only six weeks, it's true that's nothing.

We then talked about the time when I still fought to reclaim all the colonies that was overrun.

Y/N: Remember the time when I emerged and went straight to battle?

Yellow Diamond: In just two days you already reclaimed the fort.

Y/N: Yeah, I didn't actually think I can win that.

Blue Diamond: Why is that?

Y/N: Because I didn't know my full potential yet and I still hadno full control on my powers. I thought that I might destroy the fort too.

Yellow Diamond: Well you didn't.

Blue Diamond: Indeed, that day you proved your worth and it is the same day we have fallen for you.

Yellow Diamond: Especially the way you fight, your kindness and bravery. It is the main reason why we fell for you.

Y/N: Oh...well thank you. I'm going to have a look around.

Blue Diamond: Ok take care.

Then I left the room and started wander around the zoo. As I wandered I went across a training room. Then two Amethyst Guards came to me.

Amethyst Guard 1: Sir we have a question.

Amethyst Guard 2: What do you do to keep yourself strong?

Y/N: Well...I take a ten mile run and 50 sit ups. 50 pull ups. And 70 push ups. And take a spar. 3 days every week.

Then they looked at each other and smiled they started running and I smiled. Then I left the room and eventually went across the crew quarters. And then saw the docking area seeing three familiar faces. Steven, Pearl Amethyst, and Sapphire and Ruby. Holly must be giving them a tour. Then they saw me and Steven almost screamed I put my index finger on my mouth indicating him to be quiet. Then they all went seperately. Steven was put inside the human containment area. Amethyst went to the crew quarters. And Pearl, Sapphire and Ruby went inside the bubble room. And I saw a lot of Rose Quartzes bubbled. Oh boy...
