<next day, after the trip to Gringotts>

Evelynn packed all her stuff, except a small piece of parchment. She just couldn't leave without leaving a note. It was short but sweet. 

She smiled sadly at the note, and took a deep breath. Her sad smile turned into an insane, wicked grin, very unlike the cheery, uplifting smile she always had on her face.

She was tired of pretending she's alright. She was tired of people bossing her and her actual family around. She was going to leave this madness behind. And she's going to return as a queen, and give the elder Malfoys pure and sheer hell. She wasn't going to let them tear the world she loves apart. 

Those Malfoys have got hell to pay for.

She closed her eyes, bottled up her anger one more time, and Disapparated.

Henry watched as a girl, no more than 18, stumbled onto the sidewalk, holding her stomach. She had glistening purple hair and was wearing a black T-shirt and jeans. He immediately ran to his adoptive mother, Regina.

"Mooom!"

"Yes, Henry?" Regina answered, turning around from the kitchen counter.

"There's a girl outside, and I think she's new here, and she's holding her stomach, I think she's hurt." Henry said quickly, his eyes wide with fear.

Regina face contorted in concern, as she left dinner and walked over to the front door.

She opened the door and gasped.

The girl was passed out on the floor in front of her.

Evelynn walked beneath a building window, well and completely aware that it was Henry's room. She cackled internally as she heard the boy run towards somewhere, her face still showing pain. 

She walked towards the door and fell down intentionally, and acted like she had passed out, well aware that the Evil Queen is going to take her in, at least for Henry, if not for her.

She heard a gasp and smiled inside her head, knowing that she had fooled the great Evil Queen.

Evelynn acted like she had a headache and slowly sat upright.

"Hey, are you okay? You were passed out in front of the door." A boy asked.

Evelynn nodded and said, "Yeah, just dehydrated." in a perfect American accent.

"Well, you need to take care of yourself, girl, you gave us a right good scare there." A lady with short, jet-black hair walked in, reminding Evelynn too much of Harry.

"I'm sorry, miss, I'll be back on my way." Evelynn answered, getting up from the couch.

"Wait!" The lady called. Evelynn turned around. "Do you have anywhere to stay? Your relatives, friends?"

Evelynn shook her head, looked down at the ground and said, "No, miss, I'm new here. I was looking for work when I came here, and I didn't have enough money to buy food or water. Well, I did, but I had to send the money back home."

"Well, I can give you a job." At these words, Evelynn's head shot up, eyes full of crocodile tears.

"R-really? You would give me a job?" Evelynn fake-choked on her words.

"Yeah, can you babysit Henry?" She asked, Henry behind her going, "Hey! I'm not a baby!".

Evelynn nodded her head and the lady said, "Great. Since you don't have anywhere to go, you can have the extra room, next to Henry's."

"Thank you so much, miss." Evelynn choked, now full-on sobbing.

And the mayor seemed to buy it as well, comforting her.

"I just realized, I never caught your name, young lady." She said, pulling away from a hug.

"Evelynn, miss. Evelynn Moore." Eve answered, sniffling. She felt a pang in her heart, as she got flashbacks of when Dobby was around.

Evelynn yawned and stumbled out of bed. She walked into the kitchen, rubbing her eyes when she noticed a small creature, mopping the floor hard.

"Hello? Uh, who are you?" Evelynn asked, trying to look fierce.

"Dobby, miss. Dobby the house-elf." The little thing answered, continuing to rub the floor vigorously.

"Evelynn? Are you alright?" Henry asked in a tiny voice, as though scared of the 18-year-old. Regina had left the room.

Evelynn shook herself out of her trance and replied with a big smile. 

"Yeah, yeah, I'm okay. So, today's Saturday, right? What d'you wanna do?"

Henry's face immediately lit up and he said, "Can my friend come over today?"

Evelynn chuckled and said, "As long as your mom's okay with it, little guy."

Regina had left for work. Henry and Evelynn were playing videogames while they waited for Emma, Henry's friend, to come over.

"Oh, come on!" Evelynn threw her hands up in rage, the controller safely held in her hand.

"Another round?" Henry suggested.

"How about we do something else? Like, tell me what you're working on with your friend!" Evelynn said, trying to help him, genuinely.

Henry looked skeptical, but gave in.

"Alright, but, don't tell Mom, okay? I don't want her to know." Henry whispered, and Evelynn furrowed her eyebrows in fake anticipation.

But, at that moment, the doorbell rang. Henry shot up excitedly.

"I think it's Emma!" The boy ran to the door.

"Henry, wait! God, I'm such a couch potato." Evelynn mumbled the last part under her breath, as she jumped out of the couch and made her way to the door.

"Hey- Who's that?" A blonde woman asked from the door.

"That's Evelynn, she's my babysitter." Henry said bitterly, like 'babysitter' was equal to broccoli.

The woman chuckled and Henry let her in.

"Hello. I'm assuming you're Emma?" Evelynn said sweetly, sticking out her hand, her mind praying that she won't be rejected like her brother. Thankfully, Emma took the handshake.

"Yes, I'm Emma. Nice to meet you, Evelynn" Emma said just as sweetly, and Eve knew that she had to find that crown quickly.

"Nice to meet you too, Emma. So, Henry was about to tell me what you guys are working on." Evelynn said, trying to initiate a conversation.

"Henry, are you sure?" Emma turned to Henry. Henry nodded. 

"We'll need all the help we can get." Henry said.

"Alright. Uh, I know what I'm about to say can sound a little crazy, but, Henry and I think this town's under a curse." Emma said, flushing a little red.

"A curse? What curse?" Evelynn said with fake interest. Truth was, she finished watching OUAT a long time ago.

"A curse where everyone forgets who they really are. The fairytales, like Snow White, and Rumplestiltskin are real, except, everyone's forgotten themselves." Henry said, leaning against the wall.

"Woah. But, how do you remind them?" Evelynn asked.

"That's what where working on." Emma answered.

"Wow. This is insane. Tell me where I can help, I'd be happy to." Evelynn said, nodding her head.

"Yeah. Anyways, Henry, how about you give a little break? We've been working on this for the past few weeks." Emma said, turning to look at Henry. He shook his head.

"We can give it a little break after we figure out how to bring their memories back." Henry said.

"Uhh, I'm gonna go get a game from the store room." Evelynn said, feeling a little awkward.

"Sure." Emma and Henry chorused as Evelynn got up.

Evelynn made sure Emma and Henry didn't see her and sneaked into Regina's room. 

"Muffliato." She muttered and started rummaging through her room.

"The crown, the crown, the crown... Aha!" Evelynn exclaimed triumphantly, as she whipped out a dark black crown, decorated with precious black crystals. She held it to her chest and sneaked out of the room, knowing the spell would wear off in exactly 10 minutes.

She went to her own room, tucked the crown away safely, got out a deck of UNO and sauntered out. 

"Sorry it took so long, it was under my pillow." Evelynn apologized, sitting down and shuffling the cards.

"No problem." Emma said automatically.

Evelynn started dealing out the cards and it was safe to say, Evelynn had fun for the first time since she got there.

Fred and George walked into the shop and found a note near the love potions.

It said:

Dear Gred, Forge & fam,

I know you don't want me leaving, but, trust me, I have it all planned out. I pinky promise I will visit you whenever I can. And don't try to look for me, it won't work. Stay safe, and kick some asses for me.

Love,

Evelynn.

Their eyes brimmed with tears as they tucked the note away safely. They've got a busy day ahead of them.
