You saw books on your bed and a note besides. There was a confused look on your face and you quickly started reading the note.

I don't know how should I write it because I'm not good at this. But I heard that you don't have all your books so I've bought these for you. Don't think I'm pitying on you, I just want to help and you can surely pay me back later.

"Alright! Thankyou b..but to who? Jeon Jungkook? No no! He won't do it. No! It's Jeon Junghyun, yeah!" You tried convincing yourself and sat down on the bed.

It was finally dinner time and you were debating whether you should go down or stay in your room. But then you went down because you had to thank the person who bought you the books.

You all were sitting together when Mr. Jeon initiated the regular conversation.

"How was you school Y/N?" Mr. Jeon asked you.

"It was nice. I am really looking forward to attend the school. Actually it's pretty good as compared to American schools!" You stated without even sparing a glance to Jungkook and he too was eating quietly in order to prevent any attention.

"By the way" you started "Those books..those books in my room?" You asked hesitatingly.

When you asked this, you saw that Jungkook had stopped eating his meal and was looking at you, frightened. You eyed him and he was muttering under his own breath.

"Me" Junghyun said.

"Hm?"

"I bought you those books."

"Oh! I somehow knew it. But you didn't have to. I could have just managed."

"It's alright! Keep them and don't worry too much about it."

You nodded and ate you dinner.

|Jungkook POV|

I was too flustered as to what should I say but my hyung saved me. When everyone had settled and no one was present in the hall, I quickly ran to my hyung's room.

Unlike other times, he welcomed me with a sly smirk and I wasn't able to comprehend that.

"Hey bunny! Why you here? Tomorrow will be your first day as an employee so go get a peaceful sleep."

"I just wanted to..wanted to..you know just spend time with you."

"Spill it out kiddo! Don't act like this. I know eevrrrything." He replied with a smirk.

"What are you saying?" I was literally shocked.

He didn't took long and took out his phone showing me the photo in which me and Y/N were sleeping peacefully on her bean bag.

I wanted to say something but my words were stuck in my mouth. I was only mouthing and hyung was laughing at me.

"Can you elaborate, my dear Jeon Jungkook!" He asked me with a grin.

Instead of feeling awkward and scared, there was a relaxing feeling that someone is there to know what I'm thinking. And that someone being my hyung brought a smile on my face.

"I don't know hyung. I saw her crying and just went there to know. After that I realised that I was being too mean towards her earlier and she isn't a bad girl. Her past is horrible and it made me ki..kinda hurt!"

I told hyung about our last night conversations and saw his face turning dark.

"Damn! Y/N has suffered so much."

"She has! And that is why-"

"What?"

"That is why...I..I..I don't know!" I stuttered because I didn't know what to say.

"Do you love Y/N?" He suddenly asked me.

"L..love? I don't know what lo..love is. But maybe I like her!?" I asked.

"Hmm..! Either way, you are attracted towards her."

Nothing but a nod came as a reply because hyung was correct. I am attracted towards her because I like her very much. About love, I wasn't sure and didn't wanted to say something that I'll regret.

"Did something happen yesterday?" Hyung asked me.

I knew what he was trying to ask and hence I moved my head in negative and ran outside to avoid further questions. Though I wasn't too tensed about telling this whole thing to him, but telling him that I kissed Y/N was another thing. Moreover I wasn't even sure about how she felt. Did she just go with the flow or she wanted that. I had lot of questions for myself but had answer for none!

My heart was pushing me to talk to her but my steps were altered whenever I gathered up courage to go in her room.

Since she was also trying to avoid me so I thought that that incident might have been a bad one for her. With a heavy heart, I decided to give her some time and not to force her to talk to me.

I seriously didn't like this chapter because it's short and kind of boring..
