"HORROR GAMES!" Alex yelled. He knows I hated horror games. "You're kidding." Braden shook his head. "Nope!" I rolled my eyes. "Well then, what game?" I asked. "Bendy And the Ink Machine. And you're playing." Alex said, with a sly grin. "I hate you guys so much.." I frowned. "Okay, so house tour and then gaming?" Braden asked, getting a nod from Alex. "So lets start."

We showed Braden around the whole house, which took about half an hour. We played games (with lots of screaming involved..) and went out for food. By the end, it was almost six o'clock. But that was all the time it took for me to learn a lot about Braden.

Alex left to use the restroom, leaving me and Braden alone together.
What the heck do I say? My heart started beating a bit faster. Thankfully, though, Braden said something before anything got awkward, "So, how long have you and Alex known each other?" He asked. "I dunno, like since we were ten.. Or something." I said, clearly sounding nervous no matter how much I tried to hide it. Braden only smiled. He must be pretending to not notice. "That's cool!" He said. "And how long have you two known each other for?" I asked, my anxiety slowly starting to melt away.
"Two years." He stated, pausing to think about how long he knew his friend.

I started to play with my fingers. What the hell is taking Alex so long? I wondered, my anxiety rising again. I need to say something, but what?

Just be honest, don't fuck anything up. "So... How long did it take you to get to England?" I asked. The weird part about me living here was that my American accent hadn't been hindered the slightest bit while living here. "Two days." Braden said again. Then, we ran out of things to say to each other. I looked around the room, hoping Alex would come save me from my awkwardness likehe always did. I started fiddling with my nails, tearing them absent mindedly as I glanced at Braden to see what he was doing, if he felt as awkward as I did.

And then the unexpected happened.
