To my greatest love,

     I still think of you every day. Every day, I remember the events of our lives when we were together. I pray every day that you are doing well, even if I'm not by your side. It's been a year—a year without you—and, until now, it keeps on hurting, my love. I heard that you're an engineer already. Congratulations, love. I am more than happy about the news that has reached me. Now that you've reached your dream, I also hope that you'll reach the dreams we dreamed together.

     I'll do it too, love. I'll reach them without you, because that's what I promised you. I didn't take the board exam. My mind is still foggy, and I can't think straight. I don't want to let my family down by failing and causing them to be disappointed. I do not desire that to occur. I will take the board exam once I am ready, because that's what you want me to do.

     You will forever be my flower. I'm grateful for everything and will always be. Engineer Lopez, I'm really proud of you!

I want to take her to the place where we find the best inner peace. The place where all the problems vanished. Naglakad kami papunta sa sasakyan ko, I opened the door for her and went to driver seat afterwards.

Pinaandar ko ang sasakyan at nagsimulang mag drive. Hindi nagtagal ay nakarating kami sa simbahan.

Her eyes are looking at me with happiness. Seeing those eyes sparkle, I also smile.

"Thank you, I thought you forgot that today is Sunday," she said. "Hindi ko na pala kailangang sabihin sa ‘yo." Ngiti niya.

"We are busy from Monday to Saturday, but I will never forget sundays." Tsaka ko hinawakan ang kamay niya at sabay kaming pumasok sa tahanan ng Diyos.

Church.

Pagpasok namin ay linapitan kami ng usher at nakipag kamay. We both smiled as we did a share hand with them.

Umupo kami upuan na malapit sa harap. Her cousins are here too. Katabi ni Aris si Vera, siya yata ang pinaka bata sa kanilang tatlo, next is Krizza, her and then Honey is the eldest. I admired their relationship, all of them are active in the church even though they're having a hard time in their academic.

God before anything else.

Kahit gaano pa ka busy ang mga buhay nila ay hindi nila nakakalimutang magsimba. Praise and worship came, we all stood up.

"His is the time for revival brother and sisters. Break every chain, break from all the circumstances that stopping you . . . hallelujah . . ." Aris raised her hands and start to worship.

"There is power in the name of Jesus . . . There is power in the name of Jesus . . . There is power in the name of Jesus." Yes, Lord. There is power in your name, oh God.

"To break every chain, break every chain, break every chain . . . To break every chain, break every chain, break every chain . . ." I sing and praise Him.

Aris praise Him and cry feeling his presence. Grabe, Lord 'pag ikaw 'yung nag move.

"There's an army rising up . . . There's an army rising up . . . There's an army rising up . . ."

"To break every chain, break every chain, break every chain . . . To break every chain, break every chain, break every chain." Lord, help me to break those chains, help me to succeed breaking those chains.

I can't do it alone, Lord.

"If you think you can't break from those chains . . . Remember He's our way maker, a miracle worker. Nothing is impossible from God. Strengthen your faith . . ."

"I hear the chains falling . . . Yes, Jesus. I am hearing the chains falling, hallelujah." I am singing and slowly and slowly I felt His presence.

The peace in His embrace only you, God. This is a different kind of peace, Jesus. Only you are capable of providing this. Slowly and slowly, I am hearing the chains fall, God. Jesus, no more shackles, no more chains. No more bondage; I am free.

"I hear the chains falling, the chains are falling . . . I hear the chains falling . . ."

I praised Him more. I will never get tired of praising you, Lord.

I am free.

"You may encounter bad situations, circumstances that you think you can't fight them. They are the reasons that you just want to sit back and don't want to fight. He gave those trials to you because He know you can do it. He knew you can fight those. It's for you to be molded, seek for His help if you know you can't do it alone. In Philippians 4:13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength."

Your mercy never failed us, Jesus. You are worthy of all our praise.
