"She said, never," Yoongi said as he stepped out of the woods. 

"And you finally decide to show yourself," Mia said as she cackled lightly. 

"Mother, it is way less of a pleasure seeing you again here," Yoongi curled his fingers back. 

"Mother?!" Hoseok exclaimed as he heard that word.

"Ugh! Save the drama for the later pup," Mia said as she shot her hand toward Yoongi and shot her neon blue essence at him. 

Yoongi crooked his fingers slightly and blocked his face with the palm facing Mia. His hand shook at the contact for a second there before he slowly glided that hand down to his buck level and looked at it before raising his gaze at Mia and smirking at her. He was now holding her essence in his hands as she continued to drain it out of herself. She looked at just his palm taking it all into him. He smirked and clenched his palm suddenly. Mia's essence disappeared before wrapping her fingers around her wrist and yelping hard. 

"That is what I call, 'clutching power'," 

He walked up to Julia and helped her up. 

"Are you okay?" He asked her. 

"Yeah, I'm fine," she replied before whooshing back home. Yoongi looked back at Mia. 

"What do you want now, Mother?" Mia looked up at him while twisting her wrist to fix it. 

"To check on you, nothing else," Yoongi just shot his fire at her such that she fainted. 

"Hoseok, we might have something important to talk about, including this wench of a mother," 

"Now, tell me, what did you do?" Yoongi asked Hoseok, sitting right in front of him. Hoseok was feeling like the most heinous and terrible creature on earth right now and gave Yoongi an apologetic look. 

"Do not worry, I know very well she didn't tell you she is my mother. She has a habit of making people do her dirty work for giving them hope in return," Yoongi assured him while giving him a signal to tell him how they met.

"*Gasp*! What in the world?!" Mia exclaimed as Calice splashed water directly on her face. 

"It was time you woke up," Calice said as she shattered the glass with her grip. 

"How was he able to manifest that much power?" Mia asked while panting softly. 

"Well, you need to pay attention to the actual problem at hand right now, Mia,"

"After 1857, I was one of the only survivors from my pack because of the fact that many of them died because we lost the war we had with my uncle's pack," 

"You mean, two years before we found you?" Yoongi asked after looking down and nodding. 

"To be honest, I was close to death and was the only survivor of the pack and I'd fainted after coming across the silhouette of a woman approaching me in her robe. It was Mia. She helped me heal and since she was very much young, I found her attractive with time," 

Hoseok looked at Yoongi as if he was asking for permission to continue.

"Go on,"

"And then, you know," Mia said while snickering. 

"Not that, wench, why didn't you tell him you were Yoongi's mother?" Calice asked while twirling her fingers, causing Mia to grunt lightly. She was controlling Mia's body temperature with her powers.

"How in hell are you doing that?" 

"Answer my question first," Calice's face drowned in leisure as she yawned and twirled her fingers more, the green essence growing in her palm as she folded her other hand and placed her other elbow on it. Her green palm was now beside her head, holding the green flame. 

"Alright, alright I'm telling you!" Mia exclaimed. 

"What was it next?"

"She asked me to find you and when I did, I realised you were weak and helpless alone, given the fact that you joined Jin's pack," Hoseok looked down. 

"I joined you and kept a close eye on you and protected you, just because she asked me to. I even asked her who you were to her but she never answered and dodged the question and everything I asked," Hoseok then looked up at Yoongi. 

"But then the Hybrid came into the picture and she asked me to follow her until I realised you were following her too, I decided to do both, watch you and her. Mia soon told me through text that the hybrid was no ordinary creature and that her aura was deadly. That is why I told Hyung about this and that is why he also asked me to keep an eye on you, in case you tried to consume her aura," Hoseok said. 

"But it seems like her aura is inconsumable, which means she is protected by someone. Maybe it's you, protector," Mia said as she sat back and smirked. 

"Oh, some lunatic is protecting an exiled hybrid," Calice mumbled sarcastically.

"Because when Yoongi tried to consume her aura, his heart stopped for a second there, and for you, I'll know if you're telling the truth or n-" Mia choked on her voice and made Calice smirk in satisfaction. 

"And the moment you try to read my mind, your heart stops for one whole minute," Calice said as watched Mia faint again. 

"Heavens, this could take a while,"

"It's alright, you can leave now," Yoongi said. 

"Wait!" 

Hoseok turned around to the source of the sound, just to see Calice standing in the doorway leading to the room where she kept Mia. 

"What is it?" Hoseok asked. 

"I'd like to see your alpha," 

"What about Mia?" Hoseok asked, concerned about her. 

"She'll be up in a minute to be exact," Calice replied. 

Hoseok ran his tongue around his mouth and nodded at Calice before lounging at her and grabbing her neck. 

"Who are you? And why attack Mia? She was just trying to protect Yoongi,"

He slammed her against the wall. 

"That is all you got?" Calice asked as her eyes glowed green. 

"I don't care if you're a protector. All I know is that you attacked Mia and you better let her go," 

"Oh, that has to sound like you're in love with her, huh?" 

Calice pressed her thumb on Hoseok's forehead swiftly and showed him and small vision of how Mia attracted all kinds of men to do her dirty work. Hoseok backed away while wobbling a bit and looked at Calice. "H-how did you do that?" He asked. "Now is the time you know that I'm an Illictus,"

(Note: Calice's true powers will be revealed by the end of Season 1.)

"That is why I was able to resist your sudden attack," Calice said while walking down the far corner of the woods after having a long run. 

"You are the first ever wolf to be transformed into a protector, huh? Explains everything," He finished, permitting them to follow him into the woods.

"Just a little more time and we'll be there," Calice made Hoseok frown. 

"How did you know?" He asked as he turned around to face her. 

"An Illictus can sense wolves around them," She assured him.

"Alright, we're here," He said as he reached a lake. 

"Hyung!," He called out before receiving a reply, "I sense a protector," 

Seokjin soon emerged to pounce on Calice in his wolf form. But before he could bite her, he looked into her eyes glowing green and stopped. He backed off and turned back. He was now naked in front of her. 

She looked away in disgust. 

"Seriously? This is your alpha?" She raised her hand to the level of her head and twirled her fingers. A layer of clothing covered Seokjin. 

"Exactly what I was waiting for," He mumbled as he looked at himself while kneeling in front of the lake. 

"Now, why must you bother to see me?" He asked. 

"I had to talk about Yoongi,"

"He did what?!" Seokjin asked before glaring at Hoseok. 

"Don't get all hinged up, he didn't know Mia is Yoongi's mother," Calice said.

"But how did Yoongi manifest that much power?"  

"Why? Are you worried he'll take your place as alpha?" Calice asked cheekily, making Seokjin sigh in annoyance. 

"Well, I just wanted to know how he did it," 

"Yes, as if I was going to disclose that to you," Calice said before getting up. 

"But I do have a deal to discuss here," She said. 

"How about you do something for me if I give you the Hybrid in return?" She asked. 

"And why would I trust you?" Seokjin asked her back. 

"Because I might know who could be protecting her," 

"I think the protector has you under her hypnosis," Mia blurted as Yoongi looked up from the pocket journal he was writing in.

"I have the protector by my side by my will," Yoongi said while flipping a page and continuing to write.

"I don't perhaps understand what you mean to imply here," 

Yoongi just smirked at that and got right up, his journal disappearing with a flame, teleporting into oblivion. 

"I can tell you why she sided with me though," He snickered and clenched his fist. 

Mia began to grunt and yelp as she felt her brain getting fried. Yoongi went closer to her and towered over her figure. He grabbed her lower face and squeezed her cheeks in while raising her face, setting them on flames. 

"To kill you, with the lire,"
