Day 4...

It was break of the day...
Kathir woke up to see the time to be 4.30 AM...
He twisted in the bed for sometime to sleep but his sleep has been already taken away...

He took his mobile and opened whatsapp as his routine habit to check if there is mullai's message...
He felt so stupid as it was just 4.45 AM... She would be in sound sleep...

He got up from the bed and moved on to the balcony opening the door...
It was still dark out with no signs of sunrise and a extremely cold and calm morning...

"mullai ku balcony oda bedroom na romba pidikum..
tho inga than paathi neram irupa... coffee kudikarathu, padikarathu, phone pesarathu elame inga than..."

He sat on the chair in the balcony with a smile imagining she would have sat in the same place when she had stayed here...

Though there was a vague problem, he was feeling very fresh and light may be because he found some means to solve it.. He wanted to speak with mullai before he proceed to arjun's house but not by disturbing her sleep....

He pinged mullai in whatsapp just to know when she will be awake and then just laid his eyes on her whatsapp profile waiting for msg to deliver...

K msg : Oi...

Time passed away just by admiring her picture, musings about her and thinking about things to be done today... When it was around 6.30 her msg got delivered and status changed to typing....

Kathir called her immediately knowing she woke up.... She attended the call in first ring....

By 8, kathir got ready, made some important calls and came to living room...

They had their breakfast teasing suji's cooking again..

K(looking him sharply) : anne neenga yetha solanum na direct ah solalam... ithu than karanam ah...

K (smiling a little) : athu sari...

Suji comes to the living room....

K (suspiciously): sari anni... yetho onna pani itha sari pana pothum... yaru pesina yena.. na yethum pesala....

They reached arjun's house by 10 AM...

Suji nodded and pressed the calling bell.. After one long minute, the door opened and arjun's sister came out to see who it was...

Arthi (Arjun's sister) hugged suji in surprise....

Kathir looked at sankar with a question in eyes and sankar nodded in a gesture to wait...

They came inside and sat in the living room...

Kathir wanted his work to be over.... He jumped inside the conversation...

Arthi was about to get up but suji held her hands...

Suji glanced at sankar and kathir before starting...

Sa : aama ma...

Su : arthi...

Arthi looked so much shocked...

She looked at kathir for a second and asked in a feeble voice...

They could literally see arthi trembling for words....

There was a awkward silence...

When all these were happening, Kathir was silent and calm analysing arthi's reactions and words... He understood she is completely thwarted and genuinely worried about her brother's actions... He could see her feel distressed for not knowing anything about her brother.... Above all, there was a little disbelief about her brother even after hearing all which was seen in her eyes.... Kathir thought its time to call up arjun rather than discussing it to her..

Arthi left the place while all other three took a quick look at eachother....

They just waited for arthi to turn up with arjun...
After few minutes, arjun rushed down with arthi...

On seeing tears in arthi's eyes, they were able to make out that arjun has accepted the truth....

Kathir was busy in his mobile didnt notice arjun coming in...
Before he saw him, arjun started blasting out....

Sankar got up angrily from his place.

His voice was so so intense that intimidated arjun and arthi to the core...

When arjun was starring at him in dread , Kathir roared again...

K (pointing his finger at Arjun) : ithu than unaku final warning...

He moved swiftly out of the house in fury...

Sankar left the place soon after kathir without a word...

Arjun who was confounded by sudden change of talks stood motionless.... So was Arthi...
She had irresistible tears and sametime frantic with worry....

Suji patted her shoulders in gesture to cool down and followed sankar.....

Kathir who saw the fright in both arjun and arthi's eyes comprehended that they wont dare to approach mullai...Even sankar and suji felt the same thinking even if arjun tries to create any problems definitely arthi will stop him... It might be a wild guess but they felt they are right on their guess....

They informed murugan and parvathi about the happenings, discussed about it for sometime and felt relieved...

Kathir informed his friend's brother on the same, passed on his thanks for the moral support and just asked him to help if there is any need in future...

Kathir expressed his happiness for sankar and suji's help and love for them and drove happily to kunnakudi with a instinct that all ended well and his mullai is out of stress....

Now all the time he have, is just for her unlike the terrible two days...
