Step 1- draw the outline
Step 2- Do the base colours(I used the blur tool to get the effect)
Step 3- Draw the pupil
Step 4- Colour the top part of the eye black with the airbrush
Step 5- Colour the bottom part of the eye white in the same way except lowering the opacity
Step 6- Draw the shine in the eye
